The property was ok. Needs updating. Pool was advertised as open. Told it was temp. Closed and could make arrangements. The ac didn't work properly. Booked a double queen with a sofa couch, did not receive that so my kid had to sleep on the window nook with padding. This was a fast trip unfortunately for a funeral. Hotel was not as expected but was not costly.

Wish the pool was open, would've been nice. The hotel was alright, it was mainly sprayed with air freshener so that's all the scents you got. Around the property was just covered in dog poop from other's not picking up from their pets. Other than all of that it was a great stay. My significant other and our company had a decent time.

We were traveling for summer for a month in Maine and stopped off here for convenience and cost and boy were we pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return. I’d give them 10 stars across the board. The only reason I rated the facility slightly lower is because the pool was closed. Aside from that, everything was top-tier from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness was outstanding—the place smelled fresh, and housekeeping came two to three times a day. The hallways were always clean, with air fresheners and regular trash pickup. They even managed mail for short-term guests. Traveling with a small pet, I really appreciated how well-kept the rooms were—no odors, no pet hair, and no signs of other animals. Overall, it was an excellent stay for me and my family.

Very disappointing hotel. The check in was great. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was another story. We just walked in and the phone was ringing asking how things are. At that point no idea as we just walked in. Upon looking around the room the air conditioner was frozen over and blowing hot air, not a big deal as we opened the window. The fridge was dirty on top along with the walls. Dog hair was everywhere! (Lots of pets staying in rooms, barking at all hours). Thank goodness this is our only night stay. Went down to check out the pool only to find it close. From the pictures not opening any time soon. Also no breakfast as described, one coffee pot and vending machines. I booked this hotel just for the pool and breakfast. Thank-God Bob Evans is right next door! Overall would not recommend this hotel unless you want a noisy, lumpy, disappointing stay.

I come here alot and usually dont have too many issues while staying here but this stay was not good!! It all started with alot of hair in the bed cause the sheets wasnt changed, then we killed roaches that came into our room a couple different times,the ppl next door to us was so loud cause of the double doors and they even tried to open our double door from the other side,dogs barking and howling all night,toilet had mold in it!! PLEASE DONT GIVE ME A ROOM WITH DOUBLE DOORS ANYMORE!! Other than that our stays are usually good!! And please take care of your roach problems when we 1st came there were no issues then all of a sudden all type of stuff started happening!! Thanks again have a good day!!

This hotel was pretty crummy and worn out. The carpet in the common area was ripped and stained, each hallway smelled of a different kind of smoke, and my room was not very clean. You definitely would not want to go barefoot on the floors, and the scratchy towels had makeup smudges and hair strands. The bed, cable, and bathroom were generally acceptable, but there were obviously smokers smoking in the hotel because the smell of smoke kept wafting into my chamber (a non-smoking room). This place isn’t terrible, and the staff member I met was great, but this below average place doesn’t deserve a ‘good’ rating.

This hotel is very run down and gross. The halls, stairs, and elevator smelled so bad like urine and cigarettes that we had to hold our breath and run to our room. The room didn't smell as bad. I would not stay here again if they paid me to be there.

It was pretty clean. The beds were so worn out that they slope towards each other. Not very comfortable. No plug in the tub to take a bath and no shampoo. Pleasantly quiet. Friendly staff. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need.

The room was mostly clean. But the toilet didn't smell clean. And the room didn't seem in good shape: the curtain was broken, the sink slanted down so the soap bar slid off it, the electrical outlets were in strange places. The hallway outside the room had a strange smell too.

Shower curtain was rigged by someone who had no idea what they were doing. I had to fix it to stay in place so water wasn't everywhere. Toilet seat would not stay up. Had to lay a twel over it to keep it up when urinating. No hot water in the morning to shower.

We stayed here 3 nights while racing at Nelson ledges racetrack. Had three of the worst nights sleep I have ever had. Dogs barking all night long, from 8 PM till 5 AM all three nights and the staff played dumb about the problem. We spoke to other guests and they all complained about the same problem

I would not recommend this hotel. We checked in with a quiet but nice young lady at the front desk. Our room was not very clean. The sofa had a large tear, there was an inch of dust on the back of the television and the room looked run down. We pulled the bed sheets back and found crumbs, ashes, other debris on the mattress. The bed condition, room condition and just the overall vibe we got from the hotel and the clientele caused us to decide not to stay. We didn't even care if they would give us a refund, just wanted to leave. We went back to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying. We explained our reasons to the nice young clerk. She called her manager and he had her issue us a refund which was a nice surprise.

All handicapped spots in the front were taken, and at least one of the three I saw had no placard or license plate indicating handicapped. Reception indicated there were some in back of the building but by then I had already made two trips in to the office and my husband had also made two trips to the car and back, so made no sense to move it at that point. Would not allow my husband to check us in, since I had made the reservation. Would not allow me to put it on a different credit card, since I needed to use the one I had made the reservation with. Not sure what they would have done had I needed to stop payment on that card in between the time I made the reservation and arrived due to fraudulent activity. Let people use a different card, since it was not prepaid anyway. I little rigid, and not attentive to their customer's needs.

Motel 6 is a great option for less money. For only 66 bucks per night, the place offers friendly and helpful staff, quiet and clean rooms with air conditioner, microwaive and a fridge. The front desk called my room after I checked in, to make sure everything was okay.

I asked for clean towels and to empty our trash 2 times in the 3 days I was there and it was never done. There was a dog on my floor somewhere barking at all hours of the night. There was a roach crawling on the floor when we walked in.

Very good location next to many restaurants, a grocery store, and a Target. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Needed an overnight room to sleep and the price was very economical for this. Quick dining options were nearby and there was a mini-frig and microwave in the room. Cons: For the price and my need of overnight accommodations, I really can't complain. One drawback was that the room did not have bedside lamps so the lighting was all or nothing.

It was pretty clean. The beds were so worn out that they slope towards each other. Not very comfortable. No plug in the tub to take a bath and no shampoo. Pleasantly quiet. Friendly staff. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need.

I liked that this Motel 6 was indoors and had a pool to relax and enjoy!! Also was clean!! I like that there's many food choices close and around the area!!

Went with family for late night stay after reading reviews. Excellent and very clean place for this price. Don't forget to have farm fresh breakfast at Bob Evans just beside the motel.

Very disappointing hotel. The check in was great. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was another story. We just walked in and the phone was ringing asking how things are. At that point no idea as we just walked in. Upon looking around the room the air conditioner was frozen over and blowing hot air, not a big deal as we opened the window. The fridge was dirty on top along with the walls. Dog hair was everywhere! (Lots of pets staying in rooms, barking at all hours). Thank goodness this is our only night stay. Went down to check out the pool only to find it close. From the pictures not opening any time soon. Also no breakfast as described, one coffee pot and vending machines. I booked this hotel just for the pool and breakfast. Thank-God Bob Evans is right next door! Overall would not recommend this hotel unless you want a noisy, lumpy, disappointing stay.

I have stayed here before with no issue so this might just be a one time thing… First of all there are no room keys. You have to have them open the door by a master key which although I think you can still lock your door, it’s very annoying. I have to go back-and-forth with the person working there, as I’m sure it is annoying for them too… The floor was sticky, my shoes were sticking to it in the room… I killed at least five different big bugs in my room. Also, the refrigerator smelled like raw sewage. It will be a while before I go back.

Staff was helpful but extremely overworked. Room was very nasty few bugs here and there. Beds were made but sheets were dirty mattress was dirty hallway floor super dirty smelled like someone relieved themselves in there. Overall not a great place to stay but if you're by yourself and traveling with a pistol and Lysol give it a shot.
