The staff was very helpful. I lost my wallet (left it on top bunk, too high to see) and it was held for me and I retrieved it with $ in tact. They do not answer the phone which cost me a day of angst as to where my wallet had gone missing, but all's well that ends well.

The room was very dirty with dirty finger prints all over the walls, power went out a few times, room leaked rain all over my bed and suitcase. The elevator stopped working multiple times we had to use the emergency stairs to go down with our luggage. A staff did help us though. In the end, we were not offered a discount or even money back for our inconvenience. Staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. I think there is potential for this place if owners put a bit of money into it and cleaned it thoroughly.
