This place is an amazing little property! The staff was friendly, accommodating and went over and above to make sure were had all that were needed. Will say, Germany doesn’t do US style coffee in room so bring your own machine and adapter for power. Aside from that, we loved this place and will return! Breakfast was home cooked, varied and a great way to start the day. The property is an old rose plantation that’s been converted to rooms. As a short term rental owner myself, I really appreciated the little touches of the property, the condition of it (immaculate) and its location to everything was perfect for us. Staff speaks English and seemed to always be on the lookout to make sure needs are met. Upon checkout, we received a bag with water and apples for our journey, also met with a smile from the counter lady and a genuine care for us and our business. THIS is the way you do hospitality! Can’t say enough good things about these ladies and the property, so don’t hesitate to give it a try.

Hotel review only- did not dine in restaurant. Excellent check in process. Nice CLEAN room with small safe and fridge. Complementary bottle of water. Big TV, comfortable queen bed. Excellent blackout blinds. Plenty of storage. We thought it odd that the bathroom door is clear (see photo, door is closed). It wasn’t the best as far as privacy or not waking others in the morning but not a big deal. Overall a perfect stay.

The room was great with a queen bed ,a microwave ,a refrigerator and individual quilts. The only slightly negative thing was it was very hot the day we were there .the AC was not on and we had to go and ask how we turn it on as there was no thermostat for it. My husband came back with a remote . we could not get it to work and we had to go back again hoping that the office was still open. It was and then they said oh we gave you the wrong one. Well they never even told us about having to get the remote to work the AC when we checked in . that should have been automatic. Otherwise everything else was very good

Staff here was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. My only issue is they provide ear plugs… because you need them. The roadway next to this hotel is extremely noisy and you can hear the people in the room next to you. For that reason alone, I would not stay again.

This is a wonderful little hotel located near Ramstein and Kaiserslautern bases. The staff is super nice and helpful and made sure that I didn't need anything (I arrived rather late in the day). The walls are a bit thin, but they provided ear plugs for everyone. The bed was SUPER comfy.

My room was like a little apartment. We stayed there a week, and on the 3rd day we realized you have to request the remote to the AC in order to use it. The food does not come with the room youll have to pay extra. Very tasty tho. The workers treated us very nice compared to the rudeness we endured throughout Germany. If we come back we will choose this establishment.

The apartment was fabulous!!! Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Grocery and eateries were within walking distance. Train station across the street and yet the area was quiet and relaxing. The only issue was that service was non existent. Towels were changed out 1x a week, however we had to but TP ourselves. The staff was wonderful, but the people that did the repairs was seriously lacking. We had a safety issue with our bed (kept falling apart causing bruises multiple times a night {5x's!!!} for multiple nights {3 nights}). We reported it on Monday afternoon. We were told someone would be by Tuesday or Wednesday to fix it and no one showed until 9am on Friday. By that time we had made the repair ourselves. (By Wednesday afternoon we went out purchased what was needed and made the repairs ourselves).

Sehr schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Die Eckbadewanne kann aber nur zum baden benutzt werden und nicht zum duschen, da kein Duschvorhang vorhanden ist. Das Frühstück war mit 14€ preislich fair. Schade war dass für Brot, Rührei, Spiegeleier und Speck immer nachgefragten werden musste.
