This is a hidden gem. The hotel is quiet and clean. Great value that even includes the breakfast. You can park for free in front of the hotel from but only from 7pm to 8am. Breakfast starts at 8am on the weekends.

We verbleven in familiestudio, wat inhoudt 1 kamer met 2 boxspings en een 2-persoonsbed wat volgens mij een slaapbank was. 1 tv, tafeltje en 2 rechte stoelen. Er was een koelkastje en 2 kookpitten maar geen kookgerei/borden. Wel op de 1e etage een gezamenlijke keuken met magnetron, pannen, servies en handafwasgelegenheid. Met de ramen dicht geen last van verkeer. De kamer was warm en de ramen kunnen maar een klein stukje open (buiten 24 graden). Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Zeer vriendelijke receptioniste. Wij hadden geluk dat de auto achter het hotel gratis mocht staan maar parkeren op Lidingö is erg lastig: parkeerschijf 1-3 uur. Het OV is prima: bushalte vlakbij, 2 haltes naar metro, boot of bussen naar het centrum van Stockholm. Advies: neem een meerdaagse ov-kaart via de SL-app.

Har ätit på många frukostar men ägg och baconen var det bästa på länge! Rummet kändes lite gammalt men vi sov bra ändå såklart, kunde haft micro på rummet om det ändå fanns kök med kyl. Allt var dock allmänt bra.

Familjerum med 3 våningssängar och 2 separata badrum/wc i gemensam korridor. Hårda sängar, små handdukar, trögstängda dörrar och låg bemanning på frukost vilket gjorde att mycket började ta slut redan vid 8 (frukost 6:30-9:00) och lång tid för personalen att fylla på (motvilligt dessutom att göra mer äggröra o bacon vid 8:30). Plus för stort rum, gemensamt kök i korridoren, liten kyl på rummet, nära hållplatser kollektivtrafik, nära mataffär.

Frukosten var vidrig. Mjölken smakade surt och kaffet gick inte att dricka. Vi fick gå ut och äta frukost då den inte ens gick att äta. Juicen var ok. Rummen kändes inte helt rena. Skrynkliga gardiner men toan var ren.

Väldigt enkelt boende, känsla av hostel snarare än hotell. Vi kom en familj på 5 och trängdes i ett litet rum med våningssängar utan möjlighet att packa upp våra väskor. Ingen garderob eller annan förvaringsmöjlighet, inte heller luftkonditionering villet blev ganska varmt nu på sommaren. Helt okej boende om man nöjer sig med enklast möjliga och bara vill ha en sovplats.

The room was extremely small with separate toilet and shower. The two beds did not have the same height, so me and my wife could not lay close. The breakfast was overall very simple with very few cheap toppings for the sandwiches. Burned bacon. This was not hotel standard.

Our room was very cold and the bathroom was even colder, We got an extra towel to put on the floor when we mentioned it to the receptionist ! We wanted to use the safteybox in the room but it was locked ! The receptionist could'nt help with that either. Breakfast was so poor. Saturday there were no eggs, old dry bread and you couldn't know what kind of youghurt you were eating No one from staff was available at breakfast. We are sorry,but we will probably not come back

Lidingö Arena Hotel was surprisingly convenient for travelling into Stockholm City. Check in was good and staff throughout our stay were very pleasant. Спасибо большое to Alexandra who helped advise us about places to see when on holiday and for her help at breakfast. Room - quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. I'd definitely stay in Lidingö again when next in Stockholm.

Great hotel and especially great staff. Locally owned and you can tell. I was a little worried about it being a little outside the city but transportation was a non-issue. We liked to walk so we could walk into the city but there is a bus stop across from the hotel and buses ran ever 10 minutes. There are only 4 metro lines in Stockholm so very easy to get around. You just swipe your credit card when you get on the first mode of transporation and you have 90 minutes to use any form of transportation after that for no additional charge. Very easy!

Booked just hours before arrival and when we arrived we understood that we should have given notices 24 h in advance (even though the room wasn't even booked then) about late arrivals. No one was on sight so we couldn't get in or even get a hold on anyone, we had to book another hotel to get some sleep. So we paid for this without even getting to use the room. Dreadful.

Bra generellt, grym service i lobbyn. Väldigt kallt på rummet, även med extra element i rummet och vi fick aldrig upp värmen under våra fyra nätter. Frukosten är ok, men inget wow. Vi glömde kvar två snuttedjur och de hittade dom direkt och skickar hem till oss!

Vi hade ingen städning på våra två dagar, fungerade bra med toa i korridoren. Svårt att få kontakt med personalen under bla frukosten, hade låst in sig på kontoret.

We were visiting family close by in Lidingö so this hotel was perfect for us to stay. Very helpful staff and great room with comfy beds and fridge and hob (we didn’t need this though). I would definitely stay again. Good transport connection to Ropsten Metro and taxi to Silja Line ferry terminal cost me 120 Sek.

Helt perfekt hotell. Rent och snyggt. Bra frukost. Nära till city (15min). Bussar in till Ropsten går hela tiden därefter röd linje. Och som pricken över ”i” supertrevlig personal. Stort tack till Monika och teamet som hjälpte till med en lyckad helg. Vi kommer tillbaks!

Helt perfekt hotell. Rent och snyggt. Bra frukost. Nära till city (15min). Bussar in till Ropsten går hela tiden därefter röd linje. Och som pricken över ”i” supertrevlig personal. Stort tack till Monika och teamet som hjälpte till med en lyckad helg. Vi kommer tillbaks!

Lidingö Arena Hotel was surprisingly convenient for travelling into Stockholm City. Check in was good and staff throughout our stay were very pleasant. Спасибо большое to Alexandra who helped advise us about places to see when on holiday and for her help at breakfast. Room - quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. I'd definitely stay in Lidingö again when next in Stockholm.

Great hotel and especially great staff. Locally owned and you can tell. I was a little worried about it being a little outside the city but transportation was a non-issue. We liked to walk so we could walk into the city but there is a bus stop across from the hotel and buses ran ever 10 minutes. There are only 4 metro lines in Stockholm so very easy to get around. You just swipe your credit card when you get on the first mode of transporation and you have 90 minutes to use any form of transportation after that for no additional charge. Very easy!

Couldn't really ask for more from a budget hotel. It was comfortable, friendly and the breakfast was much better than I expected. Transport network in Stockholm is so good that even the distance wasn't an issue, plus Lidingo is a lovely place.

Detta hotell behöver verkligen steppa upp om de ska få hotellgäster, frukosten, urusel, fattades hela tiden nånting de skyllde på att det var mycket gäster men det var det då inte, kan man inte tillgodose typ tio gäster i matsalen samtidigt med frukostbuffé då kan man lägga ner verksamheten!

The room was extremely small with separate toilet and shower. The two beds did not have the same height, so me and my wife could not lay close. The breakfast was overall very simple with very few cheap toppings for the sandwiches. Burned bacon. This was not hotel standard.

Har ätit på många frukostar men ägg och baconen var det bästa på länge! Rummet kändes lite gammalt men vi sov bra ändå såklart, kunde haft micro på rummet om det ändå fanns kök med kyl. Allt var dock allmänt bra.

Frukosten var vidrig. Mjölken smakade surt och kaffet gick inte att dricka. Vi fick gå ut och äta frukost då den inte ens gick att äta. Juicen var ok. Rummen kändes inte helt rena. Skrynkliga gardiner men toan var ren.

Terrible service, no explanations about anything (parking, breakfast, bathrooms) The room was filthy, I would not walk barefoot in it. A dirty, greasy frayed rug on the floor, disgusting. The private bathroom wasn't in the room, but down the hall. I was left to discover this by myself, no explanation was given. The parking was said to be hotel parking with a fixed price per day, but when I got back to the car I had a fine because it was a parking company facility and had to be paid completely separate (I asked about how the parking worked upon arrival and this wasn't explained at all) Breakfast was serviceable, but extremely basic and not what was advertised. Basic bread, butter, cheese, ham, hard-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. There were literally only soup spoons to be found, so good luck stirring your coffee or eating your egg other than biting into it. If it was a dirt cheap place, I'd know what I was getting, but at 350€ a night, you expect some very basic minimums and they weren't there.
