We were surprised by the Large spacious Beautiful King room. Hot tub was HOT, hours of pool and hot tub stood out because most of the time when we book other hotels: for the pool but it is either under renovation or we were not there during open hours - GREAT Service. We were so delighted to be offered the top floor corner room with great views. I can’t say much about breakfast since I couldn’t have any before my surgery. The front desk clerk kindly turned off the obnoxious music coming from the lobby tv when I commented that it made conversation difficult. But what really made this hotel a winner was being able to recharge our electric car on site overnight, free of charge. We had enough going on with my surgical procedure early the next day before driving home so this was just what we needed.

I was quite happy with everything. The staff were very nice, accommodating, the rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was convenient and hot. The picture online do not do it justice and it was only given 2 stars. The pool is also open until midnight which was nice, I didnt check out the gym.

The area is a lottle difficult to find when you go for the first time, butafter that, easy access to and from the freeway. Good area to be in, lots of hotels, restaurants and shopping mall is close. This is a great place to stay for busiess or families. Nice pool and hot tub.

There was a blade left in our bathroom from the renovation, and it smelt like vinegar. The pool tile/grout was disgusting and needs to be bleached asap. Did not feel clean walking around or using the pool

I won’t stay here again. Upon arrival we noticed a half dozen snot wipe marks on the back of the bathroom door, a big hair (not ours) in the shower, and the main pool water was merky and looked unclean. The water slide and hot tub water were ok however. We booked it because it was a good price point however due to the uncleanliness we will stay elsewhere next time we are in Kamloops.

They were in the midst of doing renovations so it was a bit dirty around the main areas of the hotel, but the kitchen and rooms were clean. The pool area definitely needed to be cleaned more often due to the amount of guests/kids. There was dirty towels lying around and people's hair and the hot tub was VERY foamy and needed a good shock of chemicals. It wasn't very appealing to swim but the kids LOVED the waterslide. The breakfast staff wasn't very friendly at all but the food was good and the kitchen area was spotless. We have stayed at this hotel many times with no issues and this time we understand major renos were happening so things weren't as clean as they normally have it. We would stay here again.

The room was not super clean. The shower had residue on the walls, the mirrors had finger prints on them, and the room smelled like plastic off gassing. They attempted to pull all the fees for the trip out of my account three days before the trip. On my way to the hotel they called and said they required payment just for one night, i paid. Then upon check in i paid the full remainder for our four night stay. On our way home they attemped my bank account twice for over a thousand dollars. When i explained that its already been paid they just wouldnt accept that. I called my bank and confirmed it cleared, called them back and they lied about attempting my account. It was so unbelievably frustrating i will never stay there again. I never had a hotel be so shady with the payment process. Its so simple everywhere else ive ever stayed. Otherwise hotel is clean and staff are excellent (except the dum dums at the front desk processing payments).

The best complimentary hotel breakfast we’ve enjoyed in a long time. Food was fresh and well prepared. The breakfast attendant, Gina, worked had replenishing food as well as keeping the dining area clean. Hotel seemed understaffed - we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, and when they arrived proceeded to handle a phone call rather than attending to 4 groups of guest waiting to check in. The same clerk also didn’t have Tim to replenish pool towels when asked to do so. Gina at breakfast needed an assistant to help her as well.

The breakfast menu was great. Good variety and excellent coffee. Our room was clean. The only real drawbacks (and I was aware) is that there is not a lot within walking distance as far as restaurants and shopping. A shuttle to and from the airport would have been great too.

The bed is not soft. The breakfast selections are the same for our 5 days stay at the hotel. The bathroom supplies like conditioners etc are not refilled. Some cleaners are not polite and not greeting the guests. We need to call them multiple times to request bathroom supplies. Advantages are the staff starting to clean our room every day. Closer to highway. 24-7 coffee and teas. Overall the hotel is 3 star in My opinion. It was just ok. Need to change the beast menu options

Best hotel in the city, breakfast was the best "free hotel breakfast" I have ever had with real hot food! the room was modern, clean spacious, the only inconvenience was the slow elevator.

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Room we stayed in was finished with unique finishes and colours which will likely date very fast but look great now. Lobby was being refinished while we were there. Breakfast wasn't anything worth while, the eggs and sausage were terrible.

The room was clean. The mattress was horrible. It was actually broken. It felt as though an elephant had sat on one side of the mattress. The other side was so lumpy I could have been sleeping on a pile of boulders. It was worse than a worn out college futon. It was late and we were only staying a few hours so it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to switch rooms. The woman working the breakfast was so mean to the kids and rude to the adults. She wouldn't even let me make my own waffle as 'You don't know what you're doing and you will just make a mess' which was insulting. She yelled at kids for making a mess, she scolded the adults for using the wrong utensils and not putting things back where she wanted them. If you don't have kids you may want to skip this hotel. The pool as a slide and is open until midnight.
