The staff were friendly and the room was mostly clean. Hotel is listed as pet friendly but pets are only allowed on the bottom floor. Did not get the room I booked due to that and had to waste an hour to get my refund on the lower grade room. Got to our room and the TV cable box would not turn on. Pulled out the microwave to make sure it was plugged in and found an old pair of underwear. Disgusting. Tv would not work, turning off on its own constantly and having to wait 20 minutes for it to reboot. They offered to put us in a different room, when they could have just changed out the cable box, but we didn't feel like moving all our stuff. Elevator is only for floors 1-4 so if you can't do stairs, don't stay here. Room was definitely not worth the charges so will not be staying here again.

We opted for a lovely spacious room on top floor - only drawback was no lift or anyone to help take suitcases up. However when we left there was help down the stairs so it may depend on arrival/departure times. Lovely indoor pool, good value restaurant overlooking the straights, Great balcon. A bath with a view

Hôtel et chambre simples mais efficaces pour un séjour d’une nuit. nous concernant. Petit déjeuner basique, rien d’exceptionnel mais encore une fois efficace pour commencer la journée du bon pied. Accueil à l’hôtel et au petit déjeuner très rapides peut être trop succins. Restaurant à proximité en voiture à moins de 10 minutes mais faites attention les horaires de fermeture sont très précoces (9.00 pm closes) Dans l’ensemble pour une nuit c’est parfait.
