Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

Excellent experience overall. Upon arrival facility looks a bit worn but everything and everyone was lovely.

Stayed one night and had a great experience overall. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was comfortable. I especially appreciated being able to adjust the temperature to my liking. We’ve stayed here in the past and will happily continue to do so in the future. The only thing to point out was the sofa bed, the springs poked through enough that my child couldn’t get comfortable. Updating the mattress would really improve the experience for families.

Room are dated. Bed sheet torn. Breakfast was not stock in timely manner. we ended up getting breakfast elsewhere on second morning.

Our shower space was dirty. I.e. a set of false eyelashes attached to the shower seat. There were hairs in bathtub and the bath seat had mold or general filth on it. We didn't use it, just observation. The coverlet had blood on it.
