Thank you to the staff who were helpful and happily chatted with us. Bedroom clean, good shower. Nice cooked breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee, juice. Small bar but nice, restaurant we thought a little pricey. We had a two night break which was nice. We will see you again. Thanks

Easy check in process with welcoming receptionist. Plenty of parking when we stayed but imagine it would get full if there was an event on. Room was clean and had the usual facilities all in good working order. Bed was comfortable and shower was decent. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Thanks again.

Clean room and a great breakfast. Didn’t like that a cheap rate meant you had to drag your bag a long distance up and down stairs. No elevator. Otherwise happy.

Had a fantastic overnight stay at this hotel in Yateley. Adjacent to the hotel is a superb Italian restaurant, serving 5* food. We received a warm welcome from all of the staff and they made our stay special and very memorable.

This was a 1-night stay for work. Car park was free, nice friendly staff at reception. I was in room 36 which was okay in size for 1 night. TV and WiFi were good. Ensuite was okay but no heating in ensuite. Bed was comfortable, but too short for me and I am not over 6 feet tall. Radiator in room did not work but there was an electric heater in room. I also ate in restaurant attached to hotel, food was lovely, service was not fast.

Very warm and friendly staff at reception, and very helpful. The general public areas of the hotel were quite tired and in need of updating. The corridors were like a warren to find my room, and in need of serious re-furnishing as the carpets looked like they were laid when the hotel was originally built. My room was very clean and comfortable, but again, could do with some updating. Breakfast was fine and again the staff were very helpful. Outside and grounds were a bit like a building site but having said that, for the price, I would stay there again.

No good for disabled people, it’s really hard work. If you’re disabled it’s up and downstairs and there’s a lot of stairs would’ve stayed there again no because of the stairs

I booked a standard double room. The first one I was booked into smelled of mould. So did the second. I had to upgrade to a ‘superior’ double room, but the only difference appeared to be that it didn’t stink. £10 extra to have a room that wasn’t mouldy. The bath came complete with a male ‘excretion’ stuck to the side of the bath which only became obvious when it started to float on running the bath. The toilet roll holder exploded when touched as the spindle was only held in place by loose anchors. The toilet had a streak of something brown and streaky (on the outside of the bowl - see photos). Window was filthy. Overall a tired and dirty room. Nothing short of a disgrace for this one-time well reputed hotel and restaurant. Nobody was available on reception to complain to, so I left with only this review available as a means of feeding back.

I stayed at the Casa hotel for one night due to moving house the following day. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and welcoming. I was allocated room 23 as I made my way to my room I did get a little lost due to stairways and corridors but this was not a problem. I arrived at my room and was pleasantly surprised, the room was bright and extremely clean I couldn’t fault it at all. The bathroom was spotless and the amenities were perfect offering tea and coffee, television and items such as iron hair dryer and shower products. All in all a great stay and a great night sleep (bed was super comfy)

It had a traditional feeling about it. No lift to our part of the hotel (2nd floor) which was very inconvenient. Bathroom shower was very weak as was the toilet flush. Basin waste plug got stuck and we had to call the proprietor to release it. No AC but fan was provided which was a great relief. No safe in the room - you can leave stuff in the office safe.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. I attended an event this time and everything was perfect. From the atmosphere to the food all amazing. Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. Will definitely stay again.

I now use this hotel every week for work and cannot fault it, the staff are great and on the occasion things haven’t been right sorted within minutes. The bedroom are a good size. I find it very quiet and the Wi-Fi has great strength unlike other hotels I have stayed in.

So we had room 49, which is rather in need of a complete overhaul as it is looking a little dated, with some water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. With no aircon, it did get a bit hot. The bed, thankfully, was very comfortable. I did see a newer room that our friend was staying in and this was better. The biggest problem was that for two nights in a row there was a wedding at the hotel and the room literally vibrated with the noise. As we had come in from abroad, and were really exhausted, this was unpleasant for our sleep. It would have been good if the hotel had at least told us that this was going to happen. We did alert the property but they must tell their guests in advance

Absolutely shocking! I gave this place a second chance to redeem itself from the week before however this was abysmal in the state of the room and the service given. We stayed for two nights, on the first morning on taking a shower, the shower tray completely flooded and then flooded the entire bathroom to the extent that this went out to the carpetting in the bedroom. My partners clothes for work that day were ruined. We told reception about this and was met with "we will tell housekeeping". Based on that the week previous there had been a similar however less dramatic event in the bathroom (shower tray flooded only, not the bathroom too) there was clearly an overall issue with the drainage within the hotel as this was less than a week apart, different rooms etc. However, we did explain this and got less than impressed faces and bare minimum responses with "if it's not fixed then we will move your room" On returning back to the hotel that evening we asked reception straight away if it had been solved. Different receptionist and looked like we'd disturbed her watching tv to be honest. "yeah it's sorted". when we queried if it actually had and then raised the issue of if there was any compensation for the inconvenience and ruined clothes she just repeated herself saying it was fixed. The FoH Manager then started arguing with us saying it was fixed so what did we want. Acknowledgement of the hassle, an apology, a discount, just something to make us feel valued not a row

Based on that the week previous there had been a similar however less dramatic event in the bathroom (shower tray flooded only, not the bathroom too) there was clearly an overall issue with the drainage within the hotel as this was less than a week apart, different rooms etc. However, we did explain this and got less than impressed faces and bare minimum responses with "if it's not fixed then we will move your room" On returning back to the hotel that evening we asked reception straight away if it had been solved. Different receptionist and looked like we'd disturbed her watching tv to be honest. "yeah it's sorted". when we queried if it actually had and then raised the issue of if there was any compensation for the inconvenience and ruined clothes she just repeated herself saying it was fixed. The FoH Manager then started arguing with us saying it was fixed so what did we want. Acknowledgement of the hassle, an apology, a discount, just something to make us feel valued not a row

I now use this hotel every week for work and cannot fault it, the staff are great and on the occasion things haven’t been right sorted within minutes. The bedroom are a good size. I find it very quiet and the Wi-Fi has great strength unlike other hotels I have stayed in.

Had a fantastic overnight stay at this hotel in Yateley. Adjacent to the hotel is a superb Italian restaurant, serving 5* food. We received a warm welcome from all of the staff and they made our stay special and very memorable.

Very dated decor, rooms are so far away from reception. On arrival being given our key we then discovered we were at the furthest and lowest part of the hotel (down in the basement practically) to then find our key didnt work which meant traipsing back up to reception with our luggage. Receptionists were helpful however two members on the desk at any one time, no smiles or the usual cheerful welcome you would expect with a customer facing role, instead two ladies chatting slouched back on chairs having general chit chat. Our room was clean however, the TV didn't work (probably due to being down in the depths of the basement), there was a massive crack in the window which let in a draught, the heating didn't work - this was partially resolved by having a very dated portable heater in situ however the date on the PAT test was from 2021 so not sure how much I wanted to use this! On using the shower, the shower doors were loose and let water out, also there must have been a drainage issue as my feet had a lovely bath with the water filling up in the shower tray! Room 25..... I'd try the hotel again but not this room.

Hotel was ok, nothing special inside. Nice location outside. Disappointed to be charged 20% VAT on top of the menu prices ( should be included) and also a service charge was automatically added to my lunch and dinner bill. Surely this is at the discretion of the person paying for the meal. I questioned both charges but was told that it’s written on the very bottom of the menu. I would challenge anyone to try and read these terms and conditions on the menu. Writing was tiny. Even the waiter could not read it when challenged. Not good. Asked for the manager to make contact to explain but never got a call in 12 hours. 😡

Stayed at the Casa a few times now due to customer visits in the vicinity. Has never failed to be a great place to stay and excellent value for money. The location is relaxing but at the same time accessible to road network.

We had a lovely stay at The Casa Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely hotel and was an ideal location for an event we had in Camberley. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Next time, when we have more time, we will take walking boots and enjoy the local nature reserve which is on the doorstep.
We had a lovely stay at The Casa Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely hotel and was an ideal location for an event we had in Camberley. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Good, but tired property, dated and in need of TLC... Staff friendly and quirky. Lovely food, with good choice. Good location and very good value. Remember you get what you pay for, this was very reasonable so you should see past the cracks and allow the staff to engage in the good service they offer and ignore thise cracks that the staff do very well to paper over...

Thank you to the staff who were helpful and happily chatted with us. Bedroom clean, good shower. Nice cooked breakfast, plenty of tea, coffee, juice. Small bar but nice, restaurant we thought a little pricey. We had a two night break which was nice. We will see you again. Thanks

It’s ok to stay one night or two no more then that . I would like to have had a hot bath but unfortunate the water was warmish not hot enough . The sink the water was very hot and the pressure on the bath was very low . The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

A beautiful 17th century building. Hotel and restaurant spaces feel very quaint. I would definitely recommend the restaurant - the food and vibe felt genuine oldy worldly Italian and the service was really friendly. Delicious too. The staff were so nice and friendly. The only let down was the actual room. We were in what felt like the back of the hotel in a basement area and the room was very bland and not so charming... There was no art on the walls, no armchair, the lamp and telephone weren't working and they only gave us one towel. The bed and pillows weren't super comfy. The room was very basic but it does the job if you're just travelling for work. We were there for a romantic stay so it didn't really fit our brief to be honest, although the hotel itself and restaurants we really loved.

Had a lovely stay again as part of my business trip. Rooms are great value and really spacious and tidy. Nice walks on the nearby Common and food was lovely.

It was hot, the hotel had removed AC units they had in the past. The room was clean and staff were great. The restaurant food was good and extremely reasonable in price.

Evening meal was excellent tbh but all went downhill in the morning went to have a shower and very little water pressure, and no hot water so unacceptable not to have a shower , breakfast was poor horrible baked beans, and the scrambled eggs weren’t real eggs manufactured to say the least. . Great restaurant shame about the accommodation.

On arrival there was no staff or bell at reception to hand over a room key.I had to walk around an unfamilar building to find a member of staff.I pre.booked a table in there restaurant and in special requirements made them aware that this visit was due to a birthday.They responded quickly saying they would arrange a birthday plate,but this did not happen,although there was a nice card in the room,saying Happy Birthday
