Mills House Charleston, Curio Collection by Hilton

Outdoor pool and pool bar were top notch and a great perk. Location was 10/10

I was disappointed with the whole experience at the Mills, that I had decided to check out earlier! Never ever again...

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The restaurant was wonderful for both dinner and lunch. Breakfast was from the menu with tasty, fresh choices such as fresh squeezed oj, Greek yogurt with honey, berries and granola or traditional eggs and omelettes etc. You can eat inside or outside in the courtyard by the water fountain or gas fireplace. The staff was friendly and helpful, never too busy for questions, polite conversation or simply holding the door open. It was a wonderful experience

We had looked for to our Charleston trip for sometime since it was to celebrate our 53 anniversary. Unfortunately, our trip was interrupted by one of our dearest friend. Who was in ICU not expecting him to live. I tried to contact Hotels.com to cancel reservations on April 27th. I could not get on your website because you had an old email address that I hadn’t used in years. I then tried to find a telephone number but no luck. I called the Hotel directly but was told the reservation had to cancelled through Hotels. Com. So I called by credit card company to dispute the charge but see it’s on this month’s statement. I have attempted to contact y’all for weeks but haven’t heard from anyone yet. I know companies are trying to do everything over the internet but sometimes things fall through the cracks. HELP!!!
