Hotelowe SPA jest w opłakanym stanie. Od 6 lat tam goszczę i widzę, że od lat nie jest ono ani modernizowane, ani odnawiane. Ciekawe jak jeszcze długo ten stan rzeczy potrwa. Może hotel powinien przestać się reklamować jako "Wellness & SPA"???

The hotel was well appointed with a full service spa on site. Guest access to the hot tub and sauna was great. They have the greatest sauna and steam rooms I’ve ever seen. The herbal steam room was truly a treat. Parking was plentiful and included. Convenient access to historic sites.

Das Hotel ist Ok, keine Spittenunterbringung. Die Lage ... zum Auschwitz Museum ist akzeptabel. Mit dem Taxi braucht man ca. 10 Minuten und 25 bis 30 Zloty. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in einer Dreiviertel Stunde zu erreichen. Da kann man etwas von der Stadt sehen, ua. die Synagoge und das dazugehörige Museum. Das Personal war trocken.und hält leider nicht alle Versprechungen ein. So hätte ich gern meine zwei Einzelbetten zu einem großen Bett verbunden. Das umzusetzen funktionierte leider nicht. Der Spa Bereich war angenehm, leider mit einigen Schwächen, wo zB das Dampfbad nicht zur Verfügung stand. Zu einer kalten Jahreszeit dort zu übernachten, kann ich nicht empfehlen, da die Heizung zentral geregelt wird und max 23°C nicht überschreiten "darf". Das Frühstück umfasst ein breites Angebot, wo für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein sollte. Schade nur, daß Warmangebote dann doch eher kalt waren.

The location is excellent for Auschwitz visit. The free spa is. EXCELLENT. The Herbal Sauna, jacuzzi, and warm marble lounge chairs are an exceptional way to end a hectic day. But first stop at their Trattoria for a bit to eat.

This hotel really works to please. It really feels like a resort. It is built so that there is a courtyard so it feels private. There is a great breakfast and a nice restaurant, but the spa and massages are the star attraction. Book a massage ahead of time. You will not be sorry and the price is great!

Stayed for 10 days...the breakfast spread and breakfast drinks were on point. Never a shortage of food in the morning. The grounds, inside of the hotel and spa were very clean. The restaurant was amazingly delicious with Polish cuisine. Hotel room was quiet at night which was nice. The room however, had its challenges. The shower door didn't close all the way leaving the bathroom floor soaked every time we showered. No ventilation in the bathrooms and the 2nd room did not have air conditioning so we had to leave the door open. The carpet in the room looked really dirty. The room was very bright in the morning the blinds are not dark enough. Housekeeping is very good. They restocked everything upon request. Very friendly staff.

Frühstücksraum war klein,Angebot eher karg,bei der Reinigung der Zimmer wurde nicht staubgesaugt,und trotz eines Blutfleckes der Bettdecken Bezug nicht gewechselt.Der Empfang beim TV Gerät war sehr schlecht,deutschsprachige Sender nur zwei,ZDF Info und Arte.....aber wir hatten nur drei Tage Aufenthalt, dafür war es ausreichend.

The room was very clean and nice. It had a small fridge and a Kettle, some mugs and spoons, tea and sugar. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English perfectly. The location is great, bus stops nearby, shops as well, a great hotel and a great spot.

Very beautiful hotel and pristine. The bathroom in my room had a constant smell of raw sewage. There was 2 receptionists that I met. One with shorter hair was very kind and polite. Another one with longer hair, I had an issue with. I just asked if the massages were included in the hotel fee, or extra. She looked at me as if I was a fool. She spoke english. I repeated myself and she finally "understood" I am an American citizen born and raised, with hispanic descent. The racism at this hotel and the area is very bad. Please be weary. Even the breakfast time, I did not feel safe in this banquet hall. I have never had this issue elsewhere.

The hotel building is beautiful. It's clearly very old and has been carefully restored and renovated. The staff are polite. The facilities are clean. Food is subjective, but I found the breakfast wasn't very good. I appreciate that it is not possible to cater for everyone's tastes, but there was very little for anyone who didn't want to eat 10 different plates of salad. The bread was hard and plain. There weren't any bread rolls or pastries. I was disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. It's not acceptable for this type of hotel not to provide a kettle, tea and coffee. I have seen that other people have raised this issue with the hotel several times, yet nothing has been done. I spoke to reception staff on 2 occasions, and they couldn't explain why they didn't have kettles in the rooms. I was told I could use the bar, and charge the drinks to my room! It's just a basic facility I would expect from any hotel. I think the hotel is more suited to people from Poland than abroad. It doesn't really cater for a variety of tastes and needs.

Jeg besøgte hotellet 2 dage i forbindelse med et besøg hos KL Auschwitz. Hotellet ligger fint, og personalet er venligt. Desværre var den ene seng temmelig elendig da madrassen var slidt op, så man lå som i en hængekøje. Morgenmad er fint, og jeg vil helt sikkert benytte dette hotel igen, hvis jeg kommer forbi. Dog vil jeg bede dem tjekke sengene, ved booking, så jeg ikke har samme oplevelse igen.
Jeg besøgte hotellet 2 dage i forbindelse med et besøg hos KL Auschwitz. Hotellet ligger fint, og personalet er venligt. Desværre var den ene seng temmelig elendig da madrassen var slidt op, så man lå som i en hængekøje. Morgenmad er fint, og jeg vil helt sikkert benytte dette hotel igen, hvis jeg kommer forbi. Dog vil jeg bede dem tjekke sengene, ved booking, så jeg ikke har samme oplevelse igen.

Wanneer er een gesprek op de gang plaatst vindt hoor je dit ook op de kamer... niet letterlijk maar wel hoorbaar.... ook wannneer er gasten vertrekken of arriveren tussen 23.00 en 7.00 uur. We hadden een kamer op begane grond vlak bij receptie. Tip vraag om kamer 1e verdieping. Ontbijt is zeer goed. Divers en wordt snel aangevuld!!

Hotel itself is very nice. Couple issues that made it not enjoyable. Some of the worst pillows imaginable and made for terrible night sleep. Spa was also very nice but all massages or treatments were booked solid for two days even though tried to book prior to stay. It’s a shame because had all the makings to be a great stay but the pillows and lack of sleep ruined it.

Auf den ersten Blick machte das Hotel einen guten und sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Technisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen allerdings funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Das Servicepersonal machte einen etwas unmotivierten Eindruck und die Wartezeiten im Restaurant Trattoria waren etwas lang, obwohl kaum Gäste dort gewesen sind. Die Qualität von den Speisen war gut. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in einer Dreiviertel Stunde zu erreichen. Da kann man etwas von der Stadt sehen, ua. die Synagoge und das dazugehörige Museum. Das Personal war trocken.und hält leider nicht alle Versprechungen ein. So hätte ich gern meine zwei Einzelbetten zu einem großen Bett verbunden. Das umzusetzen funktionierte leider nicht. Der Spa Bereich war angenehm, leider mit einigen Schwächen, wo zB das Dampfbad nicht zur Verfügung stand. Very beautiful hotel and pristine. The bathroom in my room had a constant smell of raw sewage. There was 2 receptionists that I met. One with shorter hair was very kind and polite. Another one with longer hair, I had an issue with. I just asked if the massages were included in the hotel fee, or extra. She looked at me as if I was a fool. She spoke english. I repeated myself and she finally "understood" I am an American citizen born and raised, with hispanic descent. The racism at this hotel and the area is very bad. Please be weary. Even the breakfast time, I did not feel safe in this banquet hall. I have never had this issue elsewhere.

The hotel was well appointed with a full service spa on site. Guest access to the hot tub and sauna was great. They have the greatest sauna and steam rooms I’ve ever seen. The herbal steam room was truly a treat. Parking was plentiful and included. Convenient access to historic sites.

We had a nice stay with the kids at the hotel located close to Energylandia Park. The family room was spacious and clean in a calm environment. The restaurant (Trattoria) offers an attractive menu with delicious dishes. The only minus: soap and shampoo are very poor on quality and quantity.

Absolute stunner in small town Poland! Lodging and restaurant was top notch. Next visit will be including the spa services. The free breakfast buffet and coffee were best we ever had anywhere. We would make a trip to Europe just for this place!
