All gates are locked or either closed. There’s is only one way to get to into the gate which involves going all the way around to either from the highway side. Pool was disgusting and dirty.

The reviews were spot on but no roaches. Came in for a two night stay, VRBO reservation cancelled so this was the only option for our stay for Morgan Wallen @ NRG. Not too dirty but I definitely didn’t trust the floor or the beds so I brought my own bedding and cleaning supplies. The exterior was horrendous and the pool area actually looked scary, the cat lounging on the table looked to be enjoying his life though. It was perfect from a location perspective to NRG. Definitely a rough area but if I NEEDED to I guess I’d stay here again…but not without my cleaning supplies.

And entrance is hard to find... Front desk help is unlikely... No one at the desk and no one ever answers the phone... No microwave, refrigerator, or phone in the room⭐⭐

Ive been staying there a week w/ my dog & my only prob is the pool is not only closed but filled w/ brown water & debris. Now for observations, The staff has been very friendly & when I have a question or need something it’s quickly taken care of. I chose this hotel because of price & location plus they don’t charge a crazy fee for a pet. If you’re looking for the Ritz then go to the Ritz. Everything works fine, a/c can get brrr cold if you like, rooms are large, clean, but not fancy. Parking isnt covered but plentiful & gated.

First of all. I’ll preface with you get what you pay for, but if you can please don’t cheap out on your stay. Especially here. To start, it’s really hard to find the entrance, being that you can only get in if you enter through specifically the one way road that the entrance is at. Once you arrive you are met by a dirty and sketchy area, and then the check in isn’t any better: the girl at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever, and the desk being surrounded by glass was throwing red flags. The elevator was missing buttons and was really cramped. And once you enter the room it doesn’t get any better: it had foul nasty smell, and while it was clean it still looked messy. The beds only had 2 pillows and they were the flattest most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever laid on, and most the lights in the room don’t even work. The water wouldn’t get warm in the shower either. Overall do not recommend, even if it’s as close to the NRG stadium as it is, there are much better choices

The power was out in the hotel when I arrived to check in. Since it was after check in time for my stay, I was unable to get a refund for the charge hotels.com charged me. Had to stay at a different hotel at an additional fee.

Staff was very accommodating, but property was in poor condition. Shower control did not work properly. Bathroom door was broken off; did not close. Shower head was blocked, only dripped. TV remote control did not work. Phone did not work. Roaches ran the place. Very little lighting in the unit. There were ranting and raving people outside the property, with no security gate, and homeless people sleeping on the stairs. Zero security.

This was an awful experience. The shower handle was half off, the door to the bathroom was broken and we would get locked in. No housekeeping or even trash pick up in the room for a 4 night stay. The front desk would not even give us any clean towels. There were cockroaches and disgusting dirt on all the motel doors. The elevator and hallway areas around it had urine everywhere. The staff couldn’t be less helpful. Really scary and uncomfortable stay.

If you’ve ever seen the Movie New Jack City not far from any scene off that movie!! Pics not even the same for the rooms that are actually the room!! Place is sketchy dirty smells like mold in the room roach infested!! Save your money and time and go anywhere else! Staff is helpful but other than that was there less than 10 mins and just left to another hotel.

They don’t care much about the appearance of the building, it looked old, dirty and there was leaks everywhere. The room…. 5 minutes walked my baby barefoot and she had her feet completely black… the tv didn’t work, my oldest peed the bed I went to ask for clean sheets (I was going to change them myself) they didn’t have clean ones. Very disappointing this motel

This property is in horrible condition. We didn’t receive the room we booked. We booked a king but got a room with 2 queens, the room was filthy, and there was loud cars roaring all night. Plus there was roaches in the bathroom. They also don’t do towel service.

The rooms have been renovated which gives you the impression that the room is clean. My room floor looked clean but I dropped a towel on it and it was black when I picked it up. Discovered that whole floor was the same, I turned A/C down in room to find that it actually smelled like that of sewage, as if the toilet flooded and they didn't clean it. Looks good on the inside but not outside. I sat in my vehicle to escape the smell until I left. I had to find some place else to stay, also people were beating on the walls and ceiling for some reason.

The property is very old and not kept clean in any way. Nothing is cleaned or swept or repaired. The property is roach infested and the room door does not seal completely making it very noisy and allowing bugs to come in. This hotel is terrible and should be shut down. My room was room 328. Will never stay there again!

The location and cost were the best features. The hotel itself was a little sketchy. Our AC did not work well and left the room feeling extremely humid. We would return to our room and the bedding and our possessions felt wet. The room was very close to the highway and had terrible noise cancellation. You could hear every sound people next to you made or from the street.

Room had a smell when I checked in but housekeeping fixed that when it was time to shower the water was only luke warm no microwave in the room or fridge but it was comfortable they need blankets not thin covers to sleep under

The pictures online are nothing compared to the actual room. I was shocked. The NRG stadium is not 2 minutes away… there was no iron, no microwave and no mini fridge in the room. I am not sure why I am the one who reserved the room and it was my credit card why every guest staying with you in the room had to provide ID too

The heat did not work. bathroom door was in shambles and didn't close. Half the lights/outlets didn't work. Shower temperature settings were in reverse; hot was cold, cold was hot. If you smoke outside, they accuse you of smoking inside anyway.

It was horrible. I showed up late for my check in; which I knew I was in advance so I got the room protection insurance. When I finally made it to the hotel the staff was extremely rude and told me I couldn’t check in until the next morning. I then went the next day to check in and I was told they couldn’t do anything for me and that they had given my room to another customer. When I called explained that I got the insurance to protect my room from being booked to someone else I was told that it wasn’t their problem and to contact whoever I booked the hotel from. I was then told that they had no room and I had to leave. I was very frustrated since I just wanted to go to a bed to sleep in.

The room was dirty, toilet didn’t work, tub wouldn’t drain, no ice in the entire hotel, and most of the staff was rude and acted as if our complaints weren’t a big deal. Do not stay here!!!

HORRIBLE ‼️ The host at check in was very rude it seemed as if she doesn’t want her job. I did not get a warm welcome or anything of the sort. I asked for towels the entire weekend i stayed 3 nights. I didn’t get towels until my 3rd day there by then there was a new host there i explain my situation about the towels and she got me towels within 5 minutes. The person staying next to us had a dog living in there room and the dog barked all day and all night. I’m not sure if it was the dog next door or something in the air in the room but everytime i went into my room I was sneeze none stop. I had to literally step on balcony just to get fresh air to stop sneezing. On top of that the tv did not work the entire weekend nor did anyone come up to try to check it out to see what was wrong with it. I seen a roach crawling in the bathroom one dead beside the toilet. The a roach was crawling on the sink. Another came from behind the tv. And another i seen come from under the bed. I couldn’t even bring food in my room because of the roaches. I had to sleep with all my bags and shoes in the bed with me. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone.

I reserved one room for five people but was told that I would have to pay for two rooms once I actually went to check in. I also had to show ID's for everyone that would be staying in the room, which I've never had to do at any other hotel before, and I frankly don't understand the reasoning behind that. Once I told the clerk that I didn't want to stay anymore, they tried to lower the price of the room to about half the price of the two rooms that I would have had to pay for, so I just left.

The reviews were spot on but no roaches. Came in for a two night stay, VRBO reservation cancelled so this was the only option for our stay for Morgan Wallen @ NRG. Not too dirty but I definitely didn’t trust the floor or the beds so I brought my own bedding and cleaning supplies. The exterior was horrendous and the pool area actually looked scary, the cat lounging on the table looked to be enjoying his life though. It was perfect from a location perspective to NRG. Definitely a rough area but if I NEEDED to I guess I’d stay here again…but not without my cleaning supplies.

The hotel is ok and very convenient if you have something at NRG Stadium. For some reason the room was very humid, and sometimes there were marihuana odors, but other than that, everything was good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, I would encourage you guys to honor the 100% smoke free policy

I was taking my 12 year old and 16 year old to go see Metallica and Pantera. Show was great!! Motel 6 called me 48 hours before my reservation and had to cancel my reservation. They said there was a storm and their electricity was out. That sucks. I know they couldn't do anything about it, but it sucks trying to get a new room that was $300 plus I had to pay $60 for parking. I chose that shirt motel 6 to stay at because it was $75 and we could walk to the stadium. So it just really screwed the whole thing up.

Our stay was actually just fine. It served its purpose and we were pleased with it overall. The area is not really a great one and the room itself is pretty rough and has no microwave. However, it checked the boxes for the things we needed..... an economical place to hang our heads, and a place within walking distance of NRG Stadium if need be. A bonus was the very friendly person at the front desk.

The issues were with the area it was located. It is definitely not safe for families of little ones. Recommend driving around instead of walking around, even if it is to the Whataburger down the street.

The price was good, the room was clean but the water was brown (had to run it for a while for it to clear up) and the faucet in the shower was messed up. Oh and someone had taken down the smoke detector and it definitely smelled like smoke. The location was not great, but again, it was reasonable for the price.

First of all. I’ll preface with you get what you pay for, but if you can please don’t cheap out on your stay. Especially here. To start, it’s really hard to find the entrance, being that you can only get in if you enter through specifically the one way road that the entrance is at. Once you arrive you are met by a dirty and sketchy area, and then the check in isn’t any better: the girl at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever, and the desk being surrounded by glass was throwing red flags. The elevator was missing buttons and was really cramped. And once you enter the room it doesn’t get any better: it had foul nasty smell, and while it was clean it still looked messy. The beds only had 2 pillows and they were the flattest most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever laid on, and most the lights in the room don’t even work. The water wouldn’t get warm in the shower either. Overall do not recommend, even if it’s as close to the NRG stadium as it is, there are much better choices

To be this close to the NRG Stadium this motel 6 was a big shocker it was so nasty looking it was really dirty stuff spilled on the floors, the counters were dirty, you could hardly see thru the glasses.All the staff except for the lady that checked me in on Thursday were too busy on their personal phones we were told coffee would be ready by 7 in the lobby but it was never unlocked at 7 The room was pretty clean until we found the roaches in the room and in the bathroom I had to have all my stuff fumigated before I brought it back in my home the had my truck sprayed for roaches also so I was really shocked with my stay and would suggest you bulldoze this motel 6 down and start over

There were roaches everywhere! As soon as we came in they were on the floor and all over the bathroom floor. There is no microwave or fridge so if you get food be careful of the roaches. Had we had the funds and not needed something close to Txs childrens we would have left asap! I DO NOT recommend!

we checked in to find our beds had no blankets .we had no remote for the TV and the homeless pregnant woman sitting on the stairs to our room talking to herself was an added attraction ...we asked for blankets and were told they didn't have any , asked for a remote to be told if we wanted a remote and blankets we could change rooms so we looked into the alternate room .when we opened the door roaches scattered everywhere ...we just stayed in the room we were in first ...the homeless woman stood outside our door until around 330 am talking to herself ...you got to be kidding me right now ..I want my money back we could have been better off sleeping in our car .

The hotel check in and process was simply. Parking was a little tricky, the stairs were nasty pee and other smells. The pool is green and unclean. The air conditioner was leaking, overnight it was uncomfortable. The best 4 things are the rates, the cable TV , the showers are Amazing and easy Access to reliant stadium 😊
