Excellent comfortable room in a modern hotel. A good varied buffet dinner was available and good buffet brealfast. Petrol station on the site also, Convenient for next day's onward travel to ferry at Santander.

Hotel was clean. Room spacious. Meals in bar anytime or buffet dinner 8.30pm. Breakfast was basic but ok. Petrol station outside super cheap. Shame about road noise.

Handy location, good room and nice restaurant on site. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Decent cafe/bar too, with reasonable prices.

This hotel is located out of the historic center but it has a place to eat and with taxi you reach the center in 10 minutes.

Hôtel très bien entretenue,chambre propre et spacieuse et personnel très agréable,on envisage de refaire un arrêt l’année prochaine pour nos vacances

On a logé deux nuits. La chambre était très propre et bien aménagé.

Buen precio, habitación moderna y limpieza excelente. Buen ambiente en cafetería con mucha variedad. Volveré sin duda.

Clean comfortable room, but the shower door in our room was fitted backwards making the entry into the shower nearly impossible, god forbid you’d be overweight

This was our second visit to Las Terrazas and we were slightly disappointed when we left. The guy on reception was quick but had no joie de vivre. The room was OK but we both woke up next morning complaining about the memory foam mattress. The cafe food was very strange. We ordered a pizza which was nice but the order of chips saw a serving of over cooked chips with a great dollop of, what we think was tomato sauce topped with a large spoonful of mayonnaise/ali oli. They went back and very quickly were replaced by chips. The same last visit though we ordered differently, the chef seems unable to serve anything without over saucing. One big plus is the filling station on the same plot. Very cheap fuel on the doorstep. We used the hotel as an overnight stop from the south to Santander. It is just a perfect distance for the 2pm ferry. Over all. Cheap and cheerful. We might return next time.

Muy limpio y muy nuevo pero el abuhardillado resulta incómodo y no hay posibilidad de ver la calle por su ventana. También echamos en falta secador de pelo.

La habitación muy amplia, y el colchon muy cómodo. Me ha gustado mucho la decoracion y la amplitud de la habitación y del baño. El desayuno continental correcto también

The hotel was buzzing. Our original impression on going to reception to book in wasnt good. My husband speaks Spanish which is good and understandable but the reception lady took one look and phoned for a replacement. A form was thrust into my hand with no explanation (a new government initiative). The questions asked for name and address then further down asked again for address then asked for things that made no sense in either Spanish nor English. Bad start but things got better. Food in the cafe was good so was tostada in the morning. Though it was very busy the staff had a smile and were helpful. One complaint was the chairs, in the lounge, cafe, foyer, and bedroom they were all uncomfortable but the bed was fine. We will book again as it is a good stop on our way to Santander for the ferry.

The guy that checked us in did not give us any info on where to eat or where breakfast was etc. once he found out we were English he didn’t want to know. The room, however, was fine. Clean and all we needed. Breakfast was a joke. There was virtually nothing to eat and the staff were not interested in filling it up. They helped themselves to whatever was there! We had a bar meal in the evening which was just ok. The guy behind the bar that served us was really helpful and pleasant. Shame about the receptionist and the non existent breakfast!

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée, le personnel est très bien et sympathique. Le plus gros problème, c'est la dame du bar, au restaurant qui n'est pas vraiment aimable. Très stressée, elle ne prend pas le temps de s'adresser au client comme on l'attend d'une employée. Dommage, cela gâche l'impression générale.

Great hotel with superb, comfortable rooms. A very busy and typically spanish bar was also good. The location wasn't ideal for us as we wanted to see a little of Burgos itself and it was a 45 minute walk away. However an ideal pkace if you simply want an overnight stop en route to elsewhere.

Estaba muy lejos del centro de Burgos

Nice modern hotel in the outskirts of Burgos. Very convenient when driving.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous écris pour exprimer mon mécontentement concernant mon séjour à l'hôtel Las Terrazas Burgos. Lors de ma réservation, j'avais payé pour un petit déjeuner buffet, mais il s'est avéré que le restaurant était fermé le lundi, sans aucune mention préalable ni information de la part de la réception. À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste n'était même pas informé de mon paiement pour le petit déjeuner. Après vérification, il a confirmé que le petit déjeuner était inclus et m'a informé qu'il était servi entre 6h30 et 10h30. À aucun moment, il ne m'a précisé que le restaurant serait fermé le lundi. Le lendemain matin, lorsque je me suis présenté pour prendre mon petit déjeuner, j'ai découvert que le restaurant était fermé. Seul le bar à côté était ouvert. En demandant des explications, on m'a informé que le restaurant n'ouvrait pas le lundi, mais que je pouvais prendre mon petit déjeuner au bar. Toutefois, lorsque le personnel du bar a cherché ma chambre dans leur liste, il ne l'a pas trouvée. J'ai dû montrer ma réservation pour prouver que le petit déjeuner était inclus. Finalement, on m'a servi un café, un jus d'orange et un croissant, bien loin du buffet prévu. Je suis très déçu par ce manque d'information et par l'organisation de votre établissement. Nyrenoverat rum med AC. Litet men fungerande. Vi hade betalat tillägg för frukostbuffé men möttes av en frukostmatsal där det var överbelamrat med skräp och matrester runt om i hela restaurangen och där det inte gick att hitta någonting överhuvudtaget att äta. Melonskal på ett fat, gammal äggröra som det kröp runt flugor på, ost som legat länge o rumstemperatur är bara några exempel. När vi påkallade personal så suckade denne och himlade med ögonen mot oss och började därefter skramla och plocka med disken som stod på borden. Hon gjorde ingenting för att fylla på eller ordna något ätbart. Aldrig har jag varit med om ett sämre bemötande eller sämre utbud på ett hotell. Aldrig mer detta hotell, avråder starkt att stanna här!
