Spare yourself the stress and waste of money -- if you are going to book in this cost bracket, find somewhere more reputable. If you're a visitor, pay the extra few dollars for a nicer place with better service. I certainly wish I had read the reviews and found the ones with disgusting reviews sooner. It's unfortunate that Expedia won't let me add photos of the dilapidated building with dirty bed, bathrooms, hair oil and other wet sticky substances on the wall, and gutted lobby.

We arrived at 6am and a lovely greeting inc tea brought to the room. Lovely friendly helpful staff,well located Handy coffee shop outside. Lovely having breakfast on the rooftop with a very sweet chef

Hotel staff promptly picked me up as promised after I landed at Chatrapathi airport at 2am. None of the electric outlets worked and was coming apart. There was bunch of kids who stayed next dorr to me on the 6th floor--made huge noise and were banging on the wall playing at 2 in the morning. Hotel took action when I compalined tho...But still :(

This was our second stay at Regal Enclave. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was really excellent.The staff is also very nice, eager to please. The free breakfast every day was excellent. They have a variety of dishes daily and an omelet station too. They also offer pickup and drop off to the airport; previously it was free but now they charge for the pickup. The only cons to this hotel is it needs to be updated. The bathrooms especially you can notice the age of the property. The sinks leaked and was cracked. Also more electrical outlets in the room would be good. Another thing is the location although convenient is not the best as its close to Khar station which is dirty, but well you get used to it! Some nights were noisy as there were bands outside playing music loudly.(not the fault of the hotel). Its better to get a room on the higher floors.All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Would recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Enclave for a week. All the service people were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with decent Indian Food. Had a comfy, clean room that was surprisingly mostly quiet being in the front The Khar station area is hip with several Bar/Restaurants all within easy walking distance. A Fun area.

The plastic wrapper was still on the bed mattress. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. Service was good though! But you can’t advertise rooms as “luxury” with issues such as the above….

The hotel was nice & so was the room. But the customer services sucks, for every issue i had to call room service & front desk so many times. The front desk lady was very rude & in the hospitality business the front desk staff is key, she made me feel unwanted guest. Even though the hotel is nice, rooms are nice & it's in a nice location i will never stay there & would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything was very good. Food was great, staff was pleasure talking, cleaning was great, only problem was this time they gave us room on otherside at end and disco music was big disturbing, was not able to sleep till 2.30am . Had to catch a flight @7...

I stayed at Hotel Enclave for a week. All the service people were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with decent Indian Food. Had a comfy, clean room that was surprisingly mostly quiet being in the front The Khar station area is hip with several Bar/Restaurants all within easy walking distance. A Fun area.

We arrived at 6am and a lovely greeting inc tea brought to the room. Lovely friendly helpful staff,well located Handy coffee shop outside. Lovely having breakfast on the rooftop with a very sweet chef

This was our second stay at Regal Enclave. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was really excellent.The staff is also very nice, eager to please. The free breakfast every day was excellent. They have a variety of dishes daily and an omelet station too. They also offer pickup and drop off to the airport; previously it was free but now they charge for the pickup. The only cons to this hotel is it needs to be updated. The bathrooms especially you can notice the age of the property. The sinks leaked and was cracked. Also more electrical outlets in the room would be good. Another thing is the location although convenient is not the best as its close to Khar station which is dirty, but well you get used to it! Some nights were noisy as there were bands outside playing music loudly.(not the fault of the hotel). Its better to get a room on the higher floors.All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Would recommend.

The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to all the shopping areas in khar and santacruz. Also lots of good restaurants in Bandra or khar are just 5 to 10 mts away. The breakfast in the hotel is good and so is staff.
