La insonorizacion de las habitaciones es horrible, primero una pareja discutiendo en la habitacion de al lado de la cual ahora me se toda su vida, nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitacion a una suite,donde vimos que el problema no era la pareja si no la insonorizacion ya que puedo decir que los de la habitacion de la derecha pasaron muy buena noche... la calefaccion de la suite que nos dieron no funcionaba la primera noche no dijimos nada porque ya estabamos cansados con el cambio de habitaciones y con nuestro bebe al cual le despertaron 5 veces y la segunda noche cogimos unas mantas ya que la primera pasamos tanto frio que nos pusimos malos.... Luego el desayuno nada del otro mundo, jamon barato, revuelto de huevos que era todo un bloque, zumo de bote... En cuanto a limpieza suelos llenos de polvo y sucios. Sinceramente no volveria nunca. Seguramente la pension loli o un hostal sea mucho mejor.

Hotel com excelentes condições, limpeza e conforto. Em relação ao pequeno almoço, é super completo e variado e estão sempre a repor comida, mesmo para quem vai mais tarde. Para mim, os únicos se nãos foram: ser banheira (em vez de duche) e termos que pagar 15€ por dia para estacionar (é muito complicado conseguir estacionamento perto do hotel, de graça!)

My wife and I stayed for a week at this excellent hotel. The location is perfect (two blocks from (Balaidos), the breakfast is good, the rooms are good (the air conditioning does not work when the weather is cold), but the best thing is the attention of each of the hotel employees, especially Maria.

Hotel funcional habjtacion bien equipada y en buenas condiciones. El hotel no esta en la mejor ubicacion. Esta muy lejos del centro y no hay practicamente nada alrededor salvo dificultades para aparcar. Se hecha mucho en falta que un hotel de estas características no disponga de una cafeteria abierta para tomar algo...

Personal de recepción y comedor muy amables. Bien situado para acudir al estadio de Balaidos.Parada de taxi al lado. Tienen que regular la calefacción (exceso de calor) En la habitación no se puede regular.

La insonorizacion de las habitaciones es horrible, primero una pareja discutiendo en la habitacion de al lado de la cual ahora me se toda su vida, nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitacion a una suite,donde vimos que el problema no era la pareja si no la insonorizacion ya que puedo decir que los de la habitacion de la derecha pasaron muy buena noche... la calefaccion de la suite que nos dieron no funcionaba la primera noche no dijimos nada porque ya estabamos cansados con el cambio de habitaciones y con nuestro bebe al cual le despertaron 5 veces y la segunda noche cogimos unas mantas ya que la primera pasamos tanto frio que nos pusimos malos.... No hicimos una queja pero le comunicamos a la recepcionista que nuestra habitación tenía olor a tabaco y que además había una lámpara que parecía luz de discoteca porque presentaba avería, nos pudieron haber resuelto el problema pero decidieron evadirlo y al final no dan ganas de repetir. No me pareció una estancia en un 4 estrellas.

Hotel é muito limpo, bem localizado. Apesar do estacionamento ser pequeno tem vagas na rua próxima do hotel que é segura e tranquila. Quarto confortável. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, principalmente no restaurante.

Hôtel très bien situé pour mes voyages d’affaires, place de park directement dans la rue sans besoin d’utiliser leur parking souterrain. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un refresh afin que les 4 étoiles puissent être justifiées, Faut pas arriver pendant la nuit car le Monsieur à la réception vous fera bien comprendre que vous l’avez dérangé,

My wife and I stayed for a week at this excellent hotel. The location is perfect (two blocks from (Balaidos), the breakfast is good, the rooms are good (the air conditioning does not work when the weather is cold), but the best thing is the attention of each of the hotel employees, especially Maria.

Hotel funcional habjtacion bien equipada y en buenas condiciones. El hotel no esta en la mejor ubicacion. Esta muy lejos del centro y no hay practicamente nada alrededor salvo dificultades para aparcar. Se hecha mucho en falta que un hotel de estas características no disponga de una cafeteria abierta para tomar algo...

La insonorizacion de las habitaciones es horrible, primero una pareja discutiendo en la habitacion de al lado de la cual ahora me se toda su vida, nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitacion a una suite,donde vimos que el problema no era la pareja si no la insonorizacion ya que puedo decir que los de la habitacion de la derecha pasaron muy buena noche... la calefaccion de la suite que nos dieron no funcionaba la primera noche no dijimos nada porque ya estabamos cansados con el cambio de habitaciones y con nuestro bebe al cual le despertaron 5 veces y la segunda noche cogimos unas mantas ya que la primera pasamos tanto frio que nos pusimos malos.... Luego el desayuno nada del otro mundo, jamon barato, revuelto de huevos que era todo un bloque, zumo de bote... En cuanto a limpieza suelos llenos de polvo y sucios. Sinceramente no volveria nunca. Seguramente la pension loli o un hostal sea mucho mejor.

Hotel com excelentes condições, limpeza e conforto. Em relação ao pequeno almoço, é super completo e variado e estão sempre a repor comida, mesmo para quem vai mais tarde. Para mim, os únicos se nãos foram: ser banheira (em vez de duche) e termos que pagar 15€ por dia para estacionar (é muito complicado conseguir estacionamento perto do hotel, de graça!)

From checking in to entering our room, it was effortless and without any issues. The staff explained the process with breakfast and parking (We managed to find a spot on the street just behind the hotel but we were lucky. The hotel offers their own parking for €16 a night) The room was spotlessly clean, smelt fresh and had plenty of space with a mini bar/fridge and plenty of space for our clothes and cases 20SQM. The bathroom was finished in pink/brown marble and was huge with a walk in shower, about 6 metres long. All towels presented beautifully and complimentary soaps provided. We stayed 2 nights and the brilliant staff made up our room and changed our towels for the next day. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as you could catch a bus in to Vigo 5A,10,11, All about a 18 mins ride time. We managed to find local places to eat our evening meals and lots of coffee bars close by La Casa De Tita was good for us. We had a good trip and thought that the hotel was perfect in every way.
