The water park was very toddler friendly, it was nice to have food close with deals in your room given by the hotel, my only complaint was no workout area. I walked up and down the whole building just to get my steps in.

We were there for 7 days. Room was humid. Waterpark had strange hours/days that were closed/inconsistent hours. Kind of disappointed that they didn't have a pool or hot tub open generally, as there were many times my husband and I wanted to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day but couldn't because it was closed. Seems like a general amenity for a hotel stay. For how expensive this place was, no breakfast included (I realized that was the case after we booked so my fault). Just surprising in this day and age that a $60/night hotel still has breakfast included. Assume they want to push you to pay extra and fine at their diner. After a few days without our "don't disturb" hanger on and no housekeeping services completed, we had to ask the front desk everytime we wanted housekeeping. The first time they only made our beds and we had to specify moving forward to take the garbage out and give us new towels. That should be basic housekeeping: make the bed, take out the trash and give new towels??? For the cost, we won't be back. For a cheaper rate we could have free breakfast every morning, competent housekeeping and a hot tub/pool every day/night. Will be actively discouraging people from staying here as well; not worth your money.

Front desk staff was very friendly and made the remainder of the check in process very easy. Room was nice and pretty comfortable. Took some getting used to the tin bases under the beds that we kept kicking when walking to the beds, but all in all, it was a good stay. We were a little bummed the hot tub wasnt up and running, but you cant control maintenance.

Had to switch rooms as AC was not working. AC in both rooms was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation without high volume. Water park is small and very limited hours during the week. Staff is friendly but does not offer any options for the inconvenience of moving rooms. Action city is not included with your stay and the hotel is expensive. Pillows are flat. Would not recommend.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the jetta tub was awesome! Our spacious room had a fridge and a microwave which saved us from having to eat out all the time. We were there for 4 days. Since the water park and action city were not open during most of the week and when they did open, it was time restricted Wednesday and Thursday 4-9pm even the restaurant with the bar was closed. What would have been nice is if the facility had a pool and a small game room along with the restaurant/bar stay open for the people who stayed during the week and not just the weekends. We were there for a funeral, and a few activities to relieve the stress would have been nice. There wasn't housekeeping for our room. We had to pull our own garbage. Make trips to the desk for toilet paper and garage bags. When we did get to use the water park it was fun! The pizza at City Eats was so good! But we could only buy the one hour play pass, (due to time restriction) which got us 1 ride on the indoor go-carts and a game of mini golf. Even though they didn't open until 4 they closed the zip line at 5pm. So we didn't get to do that. Games are expensive but fun! Very bright cheerful and clean game room. The staff was very helpful and friendly at both the water park and action city.

The bathrooms again were very dirty. The floor in the bathroom had that dirt that is stuck in the corners. The beds that are on the floor had stains near the floor. They were disgusting.

Our room was the right size for 3 of us, the beds were to hard and they didn't clean very well. There were gum wrappers behind the chair that was over by the window. The tile in the bathroom floor needs some grout, you could see where it was missing. The backsplash behind the sink was not clean.

Room was very nice and clean. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Food was better than expected and restaurant staff was attentive and accommodating. Grandchildren, 4 and 10 years old had a great time in the water park and action city.

Rooms are dated and could use a little TLC. Pretty clean overall. It is a family hotel so a lot of tweens running the halls very late into the night(1 am) being loud slamming doors and screaming. But kind of to be expected with time of year and type of property. But a lot of activities and things to do and keep everyone busy! Staff was friendly and accomodating

The resort's attractions were great. The only down grade is that there seems to be no sound proofing in the rooms and hallways. People talking in the hallway sounded like they were yelling.

The sir conditioner did not worked both nights. The first night maintenance came and the filter was so dirty it did not cool the room. The second night it just shut off at midnight and the room was not comfortable. Two nights no sleep. Front desk responded appropriately but I only got returned the resort fee for one of the nights. Not worth the cost of my stay.

This place is average. One elevator is not enough especially at checkout time. The beds are a cheap memory foam. We travelled with our 2 teenage daughters and none of the four of us slept well on the beds. The rooms could use some updating. We needed an extra blanket and it took two hours and 3 phone calls before they brought us one. The water park is nice. The water was warm but our eyes all burned after and hour of being in there. So just average. If you are looking for something nice, this isn’t it.

Long, slow line to check-in. I had to wait in line twice because I wasn’t given enough wrist bands for the water park. Action city seemed absurdly expensive for someone staying at the hotel, especially the trampoline area. I had an okay trip with my two kids but not great

So disappointed , we bought the pass for the weekend at action city and spent a lot of money and over half the games were broken that were excluded . The staff was rude and miserable . Slow and refused to help . No one could find a manager nor knew how to help or fix things. We waited over 25 min for someone to help us and get no one showed up . It was terrible we spent a lot of money at this resort ans would not recommend it . So disappointed

We got a night here as a gifted “staycation.” Being from the area, we knew a little of what the property had to offer, but didn’t fully realize what was all there. Our room was spacious and clean. It was very family friendly. They left a coloring book and crayons in the room for our kids. They also left a little Christmas present of a mug, hot cocoa, and candy canes, plus a handwritten note thanking us for staying there. Such nice touches! We went to the waterpark right away and had a blast. It is a smaller park, but perfect for our 3.5 year old. At the end of our time in the waterpark, she slipped and skinned her knee. We asked for a bandaid and were instead given impressive first aid! He cleaned the wound and did so in a way that was so kid friendly! We took advantage of coupons and the Thursday special to order dinner and play at Action City after our water park time. Our daughter had been to this portion before, but it is always a hit! The only “downsides” were that the hallways can be noisy and the AC doesn’t run continuously to drown sound out. Besides that, we loved it! 10/10 will stay here again!

Customer service was excellent. We were really impressed by all the special touches. Absolutely loved the water park! Such a fun place for a family with young kids. Felt so nice to be in the warm water park during winter.

The room next to us was so loud actually shaking the bunk beds in our room from hitting wall called front desk at 10:30 pm they said talk to them this went on till midnight. It was my daughters birthday party and i had cranky kids in morning. Drove 3 hours for that! At front desk i was given 3 coupons for next stay which there won't be one. The city eats restaurant we ate breakfast at wasnt much better the table that came after us ordered after is was served before us. Very unhappy. We came here couple months before and ended up leaving day early said i would get refund i never did but now with this stay too i wouldnt suggest it. Kids bunk beds the blankets were dirty too.

It had everything that we would want at this property that all ages in our group would like. We stayed here during parent weekend at UW-STOUT. It was a close drive to campus, and we loved all the amenities this hotel had to offer! It kept all entertained, good food, dessert options, and a bar for drinks for adults.

Waterpark is open all day and included in hotel price. My niece had a blast! Property was easy to access from the highway. We will definitely go back next time we are passing through Eau Claire

One end of the hall is the water park, the other is a trampoline park with restaurant and DQ. What more do you need for the kids? Stayed in and watched the blizzard pass by. They even plowed the whole lot by the time we checked out.

I paid almost 300.00 for a room. A regular room for my son's birthday, I paid threw expedia. The room I got was suppose to have a tub because I have two small children., the property if I didn't book online wanted almost 400.00 for a room for ONE night. Which Is insane you have to pay an additional 23 dollars for wristbands that they say comes with the room. If the come with the room why am I paying for them, it's INSANE to me that with those prices they dont offer complimentary breakfast. OR COFFEE. they don't even have coffee pots in the room which is weird and our room also didn't have wash cloths the toilet paper was like the stuff from Dollar tree. And hurt to use. I think for the prices there charging they need to upgrade there stuff. It was definitely a rip off.

Lots of fun activities for the kids to do between the Chaos Waterpark and Action City park. City Eats restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. Never had to leave the property. Only downfall was the beds were harder than we liked and the pillows were flat.

We were in town visiting family. Kind, welcoming staff. The beds were comfortable. The go karts, arcade games, and water park were a lot of fun! Pizza and ice cream were delicious! Thank you!

Overall, after paying $350 to stay here per night, I wouldn’t do it again. We got zero hot water in our shower, the food we ordered took well over an hour to get. The waterpark is OK and the game room is far overpriced.

Room was very nice and clean. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Food was better than expected and restaurant staff was attentive and accommodating. Grandchildren, 4 and 10 years old had a great time in the water park and action city.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the jetta tub was awesome! Our spacious room had a fridge and a microwave which saved us from having to eat out all the time. We were there for 4 days. Since the water park and action city were not open during most of the week and when they did open, it was time restricted Wednesday and Thursday 4-9pm even the restaurant with the bar was closed. What would have been nice is if the facility had a pool and a small game room along with the restaurant/bar stay open for the people who stayed during the week and not just the weekends. We were there for a funeral, and a few activities to relieve the stress would have been nice. There wasn't housekeeping for our room. We had to pull our own garbage. Make trips to the desk for toilet paper and garage bags. When we did get to use the water park it was fun! The pizza at City Eats was so good! But we could only buy the one hour play pass, (due to time restriction) which got us 1 ride on the indoor go-carts and a game of mini golf. Even though they didn't open until 4 they closed the zip line at 5pm. So we didn't get to do that. Games are expensive but fun! Very bright cheerful and clean game room. The staff was very helpful and friendly at both the water park and action city.

We enjoyed our stay, although things seemed a bit unorganized there (with check in and other things). The arcade was extremely expensive per game, and don’t bother getting a mixed drink at either bar (very poorly made). All-in-all it was a good little stay-cation, with lots to do for the whole family (2 adults with a 5, 11, and 13 year old).

This would have been 5 stars. Everything the water park, the restraunts, the tranpoline park, the go carts all top notch. The issue is the game zone. $1.75 to $5.00 a game and they charge a few to enter your $25 to $50 dollars is gone way too fast. It would be better to charge the entry fee and makes the games cheap so you can actually play for 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The game zone was so dead almost no one. Waist of space. Time zones in other countries have it that you can play for hours. The prizes you have to save up for so make them harder to get and for more tickets but at least let people play. Very dumb business design on the game zone. You could bring in so much more money buy letting people play and reducing the price to play....not to win prizes.
