Very kind and extremely helpful staff. Ice Machine, washing machine and several other things were out of order

Here you go….. 1. The toilet seat was TOO small for the toilet. When you sat down, it felt like you were sitting on the toilet bowl. There was not a rod to hold the toilet paper on the dispenser so it sat on the back of the dirty toilet. 2. The floor behind the toilet was dirty and had trash in the corner. 3. The sink had black hair (which my husband and I have gray hair and my grandson has a shaved head for the summer. 4. The floor was very gritty and dirty. All three of us had black feet by the time we had our showers in the morning. 5. Now… let’s talk about the beds…. They were they worst beds I have ever sat on or tried to sleep in. The spring you could feel just by sitting on the bed. My grandson cried because he couldn’t sleep. My husband and I got out of bed around 5am sooo sore. I have slept on platform beds at the campsites were even better than your beds…. 6. When I complain in the morning about the room and beds. The front desked me why I didn’t call the front desk.. First of all we dropped off out suitcases and left for a concert. When we came back at 12:30 we were exhausted. We have spent time hotels and been a part of providing services. We now that if one room is bad then there’s BIG chance that all rooms are bad. You go to a hotel expecting a clean well-kept room. You shouldn’t have to call down to the front desk after midnight to get you room cleaned when you have only been there for ten minutes. 7. Look at the pool

Good for overnight stop with a pet. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Good value for the price. Comfortable bed. The pool was not useable. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Pretty nice place. Room was clean, area had grass for dogs, IHOP was across the parking lot, it looked sketchy at first but the staff were helpful and kind. My card got demagnetized as soon as it touched my phone.

I was coning to Salt Lake City with family. I needed something close to Lagoon. This was chrapest and closest. I got there and theblady was super flustered. The internet didnt work, so no wifi. There was no pool access due to it net beaing cleaned in at least 3 weeks with mold and algea. There were multiple breaks and holes in our room. I have included pictures and would appreciate a call from hotels.com

Dog area was very nice. However, there were no chairs or benches to sit and enjoy the green grass and night air. The door to the shower/toliet are kept sticking making it hard to open. We were hoping for a fridge. The staff was courteous and professional.

The pool was "closed for winter" on a 90-degree first day of summer. I booked specifically because it was hot. The water in the shower was luke warm and the toilet seat was broken

Huge facility but only one small ice machine for the property.. get ready for a hike as there are a few wings of two story rooms. We requested a ground floor room when reserving due to body motive problems, making stairs hard and were twice refused a ground floor room in a facility that was not even near full. The 'pool' is a cesspool; floating garbage in green water and I hope closed. Had a sign in the lobby stating their prices change by the hour... and...they have have NO CONTROL over it ??? If they don't WHO DOES? lol Have to wait with others in lobby for coffee as they have one small pot.

The first room the door did not close all the way and had cigarette burns in the blankets. Second room had long black hairs all over the floor. The shower took 10 minutes for a warm shower. There was, what i hope, a glue stain on the bathroom counter. I got there an hour early from checkin after traveling all night and was charged $35 . Tired and wanting a hot shower... i paid..... dont pay, run!

Many people up partying being noisy all night. There was hair on the bed and floor in the bathroom. There was no hot water and the tub leaked. I would never stay here again.

The room needs a total refresh. It felt dirty and dingy. I wore my shoes the whole time. Room was really small for two double beds. Internet access was good. Motel was less expensive than others, not worth compromising cleanliness. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The room smelled like trash I'm very ashamed to even have paid more than 20 bucks for this. Don't waste your money sleep in a tent. Lots of freaky people outside 10 creepy men in one room following around people as they go to there cars in the parking lot. First when I walked in red drops on the floor on the bed. Three bugs one being a cockroach thankfully no bed bugs. Whoever does housekeeping here should be ashamed absolutely worst hotel stay ever. It was late and payed and had no where else to go. I should be refunded if u look at the picture this room wasn't clean. And worse than just not clean And air conditioner didn't work on a hot hot day

We walked in the room and left within 3 minutes. I am not sure they even cleaned the room. Maybe someone made the bed with dirty sheets and called it good? There were long hairs all over the bathroom and bathroom floors, visible dirt and grime on the shower floor, stains on the sheets, and dirty toilets. We were super tired and it was very late, so we thought about just asking for clean sheets and making it work, but we couldn’t do it and we left. Was not a good experience and a waste of $80.

Check in was seamless and front staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bare basics for toiletries (soap only) so bring your shampoo. Beds were fairly comfortable. Edge sleepers will notice the mattress edge. Oberall, the value for the price is spot on!

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, easy to get to, if staying in the area again I would not hesitate to return to this Motel 6.

The shower was really gross. There was hair in there from a previous occupant and there were dirty footprints in the shower. We didn't even use the shower for fear of getting atheletes foot or some other infection. Also we were there for 4 days and never had housekeeping services to bring clean towels or empty the trash.

Assigned me two wrong rooms when finally got my room hairs all over the sink, shower all dirty, no towels, overall not satisfied.

Basic TV provides sound but no picture

I booked it because I thought Radisson had nice properties. Not so. The required room rate sheet was for Motel 6. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. There was a tiny bar of soap, that's it. Big burn mark on the TV stand, and don't get me started on the painting. It slopped over light switches, ceilings, and base trim etc., and yet, not all areas were painted. Did not smell nice when we walked in and furnishings were worn and dated. Terrible freeway noise and a loud train early in the morning. I book cheap hotels for my family all the time since we only sleep there. My expectations were already low, but this, was terrible. Only bright spot: the young man who checked us in was courteous and helpful.

The beds are very old and uncomfortable. The sink is cracked, the hot water in the shower took about 5 minutes to warm up. The rooms are very small. This is a Super 8, Radisson has bought out and has not changed at all. Would not stay again. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms door didn’t seal fully and you could see outside through the cracks, toilet kept running and you could hear everything outside. But the room was clean and is close to the freeway.

Very slow check in process, followed by needing a return trip to office, to have miss programmed key card re-programmed. Room description was 2 queen beds, however it was 2 full beds. The room was perfectly clean, and neighboring guests were quite.

First, check-in was quick and friendly with Aiden. He was able to answer my question about dining since it was later in the evening. Our room had some major issues from the beginning. The toilet seat was not the correct size and it style. You couldn't use it without having your bottom on the actual toilet -gross!!!. Then the TV remote would not work properly. We called down to see if there was an extra controller we could try. She said no and that was it. She then offered us a different room (which we packed all our things up) and did so. She told me I needed to walk to the main office (not in a safe place for me to walk by myself at night) but I did. She did t even check my id or anything just asked if I was the lady coming down for new keys and then slid them through the whole in the plastic barrier. I asked if I could have the managers information so I could call within the next couple of days and she acted all offended. She did provide me with a business card. I am still traveling but will call once I make it home. I have stayed at several Motel 6's across the US and have always felt welcome and listened to. At this location, I didn't feel either of those.

The beds were very comfortable. Usually I feel they are hard with no give. But these were very comfortable. The door needed and over haul. It was hard to close and open.

Sleeping area of room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed to.

The mattress had to have been left over from the 80s so uncomfortable. Literally had to sleep sideways to be in a whole or be poked by springs. Other than that no too bad

There is this amazing woman on first or mid shift. Her name is Michelle and she is absolutely amazing. For someone who has never been there before, she was quick to tell us where the best spots to go were and what to do in the city. She is the absolute sweetest person I have ever met and deserves a raise! Another thing that this more interesting was the FanX Expo. You guys were excellent!

I arrived at 4pm for check in but their system was down. Front desk asked for phone and said would me once their system was back up so I could check in. Waited until 6pm, no phone call, so drove back to the hotel after about 15 more minutes front desk checked me in. Bed was not very comfortable, some dirt on floors, and the walls. Had to check out 1day earlier than expected, no refund.

The lady at the front desk was amazing!! Very good service, Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable!!

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I have never had issues with them and they go the extra mile for us. We had a glitch happen to us where we paid for a room online and when we go there the payment was never paid. The lady at the desk ffixed it for us even though it was the websites issue and she didnt have to do that.

Power was out for about 30 min. In the morning when I was loading my car to leave, my key card stopped working before I checked out. I had it reset once but it immediately stopped working again.

I was disappointed that the room had no refrigerator. The room was clean, for an older Motel 6, and the staff was friendly. The motel was located within walking distance to food markets and restaurants.

Great place to stay. If you’re just in town for the weekend. IHOP is next door!

Friendly front desk. The room was as clean as they could get it, I guess. Outdated, rusty banisters, stained sink, rust on light above shower; really shoddy property. There were 2 armed policemen from separate vehicles on a call there and two more cruisers showed up while we were at the nearby McDonald’s. Pool was closed for winter. But it’s July 13th. If you can avoid this one, you should, even though it is convenient to I15.

Close to freeway and Restsurant

I like this place because it is close enough to Lagoon Park, and out of the way so as to avoid traffic. The staff were helpful and courteous.

I liked that it was close to services available. I was afraid of the other customers that were hanging around so stayed indoors. Good to be able to leave without any problems.

We were really surprised, it was more of a budget decision but after check in we were happy with our choice. It's a good location not far from Salt Lake City. There's Lorena's Mexican Restaurant and IHOP right next door so it makes it easy to grab a bite to eat as well. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom. Pet friendly and has a Laundromat on site for convenience.

Just needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay overnight. This was in the right location, right quality and right price.

The neighborhood was dark, unlit, and shady! We did NOT feel safe at all. The room looked so old and dirty and stank so bad of smoke that we walked right back out. Went to the front desk to cancel our reservation and get a refund.

Limited food options but overall good place! We stayed here after Hotel.com refused to help us with the last hotel after they robed us and lied about check in. The front desk person was awesome and friendly, and for the price, the rooms are great. No microwave, but it was defiantly better than alot of places we've been to!
