Waterside Resort

Very nice 2-bedroom condo with amazing views from the balcony, especially for watching the sunset. 15-minute easy drive to Edenton. Covered parking was nice. There are seasonal insects' issues to be aware of, midges and mayflies. Didn't see them the 1st 2 days due to a nice steady breeze but when we got up the morning we were leaving, there were swarms all over the outside hallways and doors. The good thing is that the property warned us well in advance, so we were not surprised. Great staff and communication. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you are in the area. Bonus...there is a beautiful bald eagle that flew back and forth past our balcony over the water several times each day. Thank you, Vickie, for your hospitality and kindness.

We weren't entirely sure what to expect and were very happily surprised. Spacious, friendly staff, amazing views and well-equipped space. if in the area again, will enjoy staying in this property.

We had an amazing time! The condo was absolutely gorgeous. We loved the view of the sound, the pool and the quiet atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff. We will return.

Beautiful property! Spacious and clean! So close to the water! Summer will be a great time to visit again!
