Had a great time on our second visit to Stay bridge Suites. The room was great, had a view to the pool and everything worked. Staff were great and friendly. The only caveat was that only one of the two elevators was working. The manager’s social was a great touch.

Would have given 5 stars but the one thing I was looking forward to was the hot tub and the one night I had to use it. It was COLD. Very disappointed. Informed the front desk and they said. Oh someone hit the emergency stop but if they knew that. Why didn’t they fix it. Breakfast was nice, everything was great other than the hot tub situation!!

Wonderful experience! Continental breakfast was a huge surprise wonderful food! Our room was very nice modern and in great condition. As a family of five, hide a bed was comfortable and the kitchen Was well equipped, making our stay much more convenient! Monday through Wednesday hotel has social hour where they offer dinner and drinks! Courtyard had plenty of games for the kids like basketball, putting green, ninja stars, large connect 4. pool and hot tub were very nice!

The only complaint I have is the room smelled foul, and masked with deoderizer. Need fresh air, and deep clean. I’m assuming was the carpet. We bought disinfectant spray to help with the smell, but was still very potent and disturbing. There was also a shoe left behind from a previous guest, hidden under the window drapes. Which had me question the thoroughness of their cleaning. Shower corners were also visibly dirty/mold. Thank you.

I found the Cockroach twice during the night and they did promised me to give me the point instead of partial refund. But didn’t happened. Poor customer service I don’t want to going back this place again

The room smelled fresh and looked clean upon our arrival. Breakfast was great. They had evening socials during our 3-day stay which was really nice. Pool was newly treated and cleaned, however, the hot tub was green and murky. I found hair stuck (or more like knitted) into the pool towel, had to break the strand into pieces to get it off. Second day of our stay we found ants on the kitchen counter and bathroom. Reported it to the front desk, lady was nice and apologetic and said it’s that time of the year and they sent someone to check. Honestly, we’ve been to other hotels in the past at this time of the year, some even around the area and we’ve never had ant issues, even with food lying around. Third day we found ants in the closet, didn’t report it anymore, we just got rid of them. Luckily, we didn’t find any more after that. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

This was our second stay here. This time the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Lots of wear to fixtures and worn mattresses and sofa cushions. Toilet had issues, required a part replacement late at night. Worst part was the noise of the people above us 2/4 nights. So unbelievably loud. Only will stay second floor here in future if we come back. They really need a deep clean and some updates for the price.

Nice location, quiet, clean and the staff is nice. Luca checked us (me and my 2.5yo twins) in with a smile. He was very helpful and I certainly appreciated it! The room was nice and clean enough although there was hair on the carpet. The beds were nicely made and looked inviting. I so loved having a kitchenette with small children - such a plus! Just a couple things I didn’t like: the HVAC unit is LOUD and the smoke detectors (mostly the one in the bedroom) have 2 small lights on either side that actually flash continuously. SMH! It was so hard to sleep. I called the front desk around 8:45pm and they called engineering to inquire. Unfortunately, the front desk associate did not follow up with me so I had to call back to do so. Yes, that’s how they operate. :-(( I had some noisy upstairs neighbors but when I reported it to the FD around 12:30pm, it was taken care of. :-) The breakfast buffet is decent. :-) Check-out was simple and the young associates were friendly and even kept a watchful eye on the twins while I took 5mins to move the car closer in the rain to load. Will is stay here again - of course!

Our 1 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. The amenities (pool, basketball court, yard games) are great for a family. Breakfast is served daily and is what you would expect from a continental breakfast. Overall, would recommend and stay again.

Great room; spacious, convenient to elevator, quiet, and clean. The ice maker didn’t work, which was unfortunate since we couldn’t get ice elsewhere. The choice of channels on the tv was very limited. Most channels came up as unavailable. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices, including waffles and yogurt.

Enjoyed 3 day stay with family, easy safe parking, nice and friendly check in. Comfortable beds - stayed in 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Service was great, extra linen requests were delivered within minutes. Good breakfast. Spent a day at Legoland which is10 minutes away and another day at San Diego Zoo about 30 minutes away. The stay was great, we loved our room. It was nice to have a kitchen and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if we had a bathtub since we were on vacation with our grandchildren. Staff was great and friendly. Our only thing we were not happy about was the noise from the room above us. There was no common courtesy.

The AC would not go below 80 It was hot and stuffy . Hotel was full so they couldn’t move us to a different room . Brought in a fan but no one slept well . Miserably hot .

The room was terrific, except the drawers in one of the rooms had to be sitting just right or they would just slide open. And not gradually either. Check-in wasn’t great. I had called in advance to see if I could check in early. They said they’d try to get the room done quickly. We ended up only being about an hour before normal check in and the room wasn’t ready. So we went and grabbed some things from Walmart which took us until after 4pm, which was check in time. So we headed back and still had to wait for another hour for our room to be ready. The staff was super friendly about it though so it was easy to not make it a big deal.

I found the Cockroach twice during the night and they did promised me to give me the point instead of partial refund. But didn’t happened. Poor customer service I don’t want to going back this place again

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. She provided so much information we were not aware of. Stephanie made our visit so family friendly, it’s amazing to know she’s been to our home town Tucson, Arizona. Hopefully in October when we come back to California we meet her again and bring her back some Sonoran Hotdogs. Stephanie thank you for being so welcoming! People like her are assets to a company and make the stay more enjoyable, feeling confident to ask her questions without feeling embarrassed to ask. Thank you!

Noisy guests stomping all night. Spoke to hotel front manager, Todd. He could have been more professional and tactful in addressing our concerns. It was my first and last time with IHG Hotels Staybridge Suites, that's for sure.

The hotel was a little hard to find. Once found the check in process was quick. The young lady at the front desk was not the friendliest when I asked if I could pay a cash deposit. We were basically just here to sleep. In the morning when I called down to the front desk to ask for a late check out I was met with another rude employee who denied my request because of “a lot of departures”. She was not at all concerned with the amount of travel we had just done and the amount of traveling we were going to be continuing to do. It was a pretty nice place but the customer service definitely was not on point. I probably will not be staying here again.

Enjoyed 3 day stay with family, easy safe parking, nice and friendly check in. Comfortable beds - stayed in 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Service was great, extra linen requests were delivered within minutes. Good breakfast. Spent a day at Legoland which is10 minutes away and another day at San Diego Zoo about 30 minutes away. Very clean property, plenty of parking. Close to the outlets and Legoland. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff and helpful when we realized we forgot a charger in the room after check out.

It was overall really great. Safe area near the small airport and not far from everywhere at all. Our room was really nice but neighbors were loud and our kitchen wasn’t fully a kitchen without an oven so a bit misleading but it was still a great place

Easy check in. My kids loved the heated pool and the basketball court. Room was spacious. Lots of parking close to stores and food options. Close to Legoland.

We LOVED this hotel. Its our new spot .. the breakfast was great, the suite was spacious and we LOVED the heated pool in the winter!! The only thing is we had a hard time finding it and we pulled into the wrong hotel and didn't realize there was another hotel in the back

Overall, we had a very good stay. The people above us sounded like they were having a stomp contest, but after we asked the front desk to ask them to quiet down, it stopped. Another thing I would suggest is to clean the tile around the inside of the pool. It had a lot of scum which makes the pool look dirty. Other than that, everything was great. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and they even had a couple nights during the week where they offered wine, beer and tacos/salad.

Wonderful experience! Continental breakfast was a huge surprise wonderful food! Our room was very nice modern and in great condition. As a family of five, hide a bed was comfortable and the kitchen Was well equipped, making our stay much more convenient! Monday through Wednesday hotel has social hour where they offer dinner and drinks! Courtyard had plenty of games for the kids like basketball, putting green, ninja stars, large connect 4. pool and hot tub were very nice!

Overall I would give the hotel a 8.5. The only complaint that I have is that it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the guests above and the hallway. Hair on food during breakfast. Staff and service is very wonderful.

We always love to stay with the IHG properties. The people are friendly, you have a clean room, and breakfast is a great variety in the morning. The only downfall for my family this time around was that breakfast was later on the weekends. We had to leave early and that was a miscalculation on us, not on the hotel in anyway. Not only will we continue to stay at IHG as a top choice but we will continue to recommend it moving forward.

The property is nice. But weekend breakfast starts at 7:30 am. And we have to send our kid to test before 7:00. We booked the hotel because the website said breakfast start at 6:30 daily. And our kid wants to have nice breakfast before his big test. He is quite disappointed. Please specify the time correctly.

My kids had a blast in the pool late at night. They have a nice fire pit and a basketball court. The staff were super helpful and honored our requests.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were slow to respond and constantly passed responsibility to one another instead of solving problems. The iron in our room was broken. We called Room Service several times—either no one answered the phone, or we were told someone would bring a replacement “right away.” We never received one before we checked out. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a bag of clothes in the room after checking out. The next day, I called the hotel twice, and each time I was told they were waiting to hear back from Housekeeping. I only had 30 minutes before leaving the city, so I drove back to the hotel myself. After I asked the front desk to check, they retrieved my bag in less than two minutes. It was frustrating to realize that such a simple request could have been resolved immediately if someone had been willing to help. Overall, the service attitude and efficiency at this hotel were extremely poor. Paying over $400 per night for a level of service that felt worse than many $100 hotels was very disappointing. In addition, the bed sheets felt dusty, and both of us, who are allergic to dust mites, experienced irritated eyes throughout our stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards expected at this price point, and we will not be returning.

Front desk was friendly. We were informed that the pool was heated, it was not. The room had everything you need, except for a working knife and a spatula. One of the shower doors fell off of the track when I was showering my niece. The lightbulb in the refrigerator was dangling and sticky. Just did not have a clean feeling. Neighborhood is nice, but it seemed like random, almost abandoned, cars were in the parking lot.
