Loved this hotel so much that I altered my trip to stay another two nights. The pool is why I came and why I stayed. It's very gorgeous and relaxing. The restaurant too is lovely. Marco and Inna were the best servers. I will be returning next summer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome. The shuttle service times could be expanded to allow more options into town. The hotel's beach is clean and very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and will book again.

The service and staff are incredibly nice. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is up on a mountain. There is a shuttle that will drop you off at the beach with chairs - very lovely. However the beds are super hard and we had a bad experience with noise levels in all directions as the walls seem to be very thin (above us and each side - noisy). The fitness room could be updated as well - it’s in bad shape.

Beautiful experience from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Grounds were gorgeous and well kept. Pool area was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our kids had the best time and it was overall very relaxing. Rooms were very large in comparison to other hotels in Italy. We will be back.

Fabulous place to stay in Cefalu up on the mountainside just above the town 7 min. Shuttle down to the Lidos. Beautiful grounds, excellent service, spacious comfortable rooms and fantastic bedding.

The property is great - and particularly the pool area (surrounded by trees - and lots of sun/shade, as required) Breakfast was superb - hot things kept hot and cold things kept cold. The location is not so convenient for getting into town - we walked back (uphill) and regretted it very much. Staff were excellent. Only problem was the the a/c in the room. We asked for it to be checked as it really wasn't working well at all. It was only the following morning (at check out) we were told there was actually a problem which the engineers were in the process of fixing. We were not told that the previous evening when we raised the issue. It really was uncomfortably hot (and humid) in the room all night

The grounds are breathtaking; a welcome refuge from crowded but lovely beach town. Room is a bit dated with minimal amenities. Tub/shower on our room was oddly elevated. Very clean, however. Nice breakfast and dinner on premises in dining room with old-world elegance. Spa amenities may be had.

Everything was wonderful, the service was amazing. The property was immaculate. My only issue was that they don't advise people to take a taxi. I am traveller so I would naturally walk, but it is a steep uphill climb, thus I suggest a taxi from the train station.

Superbe endoit au niveau de la piscine et le petit dejeuner très variés. Seul gros bemol,horrible ,etait au niveau de la chambre"classique",qui était mansardée, avec 1,40 m de hauteur au droit du lit! Bruit de machinerie de l'ascenseur Fuites d'eau dans salle de bain lorsqu'on prend la douche.

There is not enough that I can say about this property. It was clean, spacious and incredibly beautiful. It felt luxurious and things were certainly thought of in the design. Breakfast was included and was amazing! Totally worth the money, we had pool access, played at the tennis courts and enjoyed a beautiful meal on the property.

5 nuits en chambre double supérieure.Que ce soit l’accueil, les conseils, le service à table, navette, la propreté très bon service. Bel établissement dans son ensemble piscine et plage privée très bien. Chambre taille suffisante et confortable en revanche sdb peut mieux faire et la climatisation par le sol c’est certes silencieux mais très humide. Il faut compter 20 minutes à pied pour le centre historique

This hotel was a bit out of the way but added to the charm. It was situated in a quiet street but close to the beaches and walk to the Rocca of Cefalù. The breakfast was good and the staff accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated which took away some of the value for the money but otherwise an okay visit.

Beautiful experience. Incredible staff. They catered to every need and were exceptionally polite and friendly. The entire structure is luxurious, especially for Sicilian standards. Stayed in the private bungalow with glass ceiling in huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walkin shower and double sinks . This bungalow has a private entrance and a cozy private area outside for sunbathing. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Will return.

We had a 4 night stay at the end of June, rounding off our 10 day trip to Sicily. The hotel was located up a hill above Cefalù and while the walk down into town was OK, the walk back up was challenging, especially in the heat. We were booked into a Prestige Sea View Room. It was a corner room which was compact but clean. We did find it warm as as the air conditioning is centrally controlled, we had to ask reception to alter the temperature. We are not tall people but we did find the bed short although comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine was exceptional. We had several lunches and dinner on one evening which was good. The pool area was nice although there were no umbrellas so you need a sunbed under a tree if you are looking for shade. The staff were all efficient, helpful and very friendly. The Restaurant Manager even made an effort to greet us by name. Our only complaint was the price of a gin & tonic (€15 for a Tanqueray). If ever in Cefalù again, we would choose this hotel.

Everyone who works here is delightful. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and ready to assist with all questions! The bartenders were friendly and you get yummy snacks with your drunken rooms were clean and the shower head was AMAZING. breakfast was also delicious and they had a fresh juicer waiting with veggies and fruit every morning. The only downfall is it sits above the town of cefalu so be prepared to drive down, walk (15-30 minutes), or taxi!

The rooms were average. I property was nice with nice pool area. Dining was nice around pool for lunch & at night with live music. The front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating except for one woman. One male front desk person was very rude. Not providing a good first impression for the hotel.

The property is great - and particularly the pool area (surrounded by trees - and lots of sun/shade, as required) Breakfast was superb - hot things kept hot and cold things kept cold. The location is not so convenient for getting into town - we walked back (uphill) and regretted it very much. Staff were excellent. Only problem was the the a/c in the room. We asked for it to be checked as it really wasn't working well at all. It was only the following morning (at check out) we were told there was actually a problem which the engineers were in the process of fixing. We were not told that the previous evening when we raised the issue. It really was uncomfortably hot (and humid) in the room all night

The staff were fantastic and there was a great breakfast. Room was nice but not great. It is located up a steep hill from Cefalu which made it inconvenient and tough to get a taxi back to the property. They have a sister hotel Le Collete which looks much better.

Everything was wonderful, the service was amazing. The property was immaculate. My only issue was that they don't advise people to take a taxi. I am traveller so I would naturally walk, but it is a steep uphill climb, thus I suggest a taxi from the train station.

Beautiful property and room, quiet, great breakfast options, loved the pool. The hotel is on a hill which offers a nice view but be prepared for a hike to get to the town, the beach, or restaurants unless you want to dare driving!

Fabulous place to stay in Cefalu up on the mountainside just above the town 7 min. Shuttle down to the Lidos. Beautiful grounds, excellent service, spacious comfortable rooms and fantastic bedding.

We had a 4 night stay at the end of June, rounding off our 10 day trip to Sicily. The hotel was located up a hill above Cefalù and while the walk down into town was OK, the walk back up was challenging, especially in the heat. We were booked into a Prestige Sea View Room. It was a corner room which was compact but clean. We did find it warm as as the air conditioning is centrally controlled, we had to ask reception to alter the temperature. We are not tall people but we did find the bed short although comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine was exceptional. We had several lunches and dinner on one evening which was good. The pool area was nice although there were no umbrellas so you need a sunbed under a tree if you are looking for shade. The staff were all efficient, helpful and very friendly. The Restaurant Manager even made an effort to greet us by name. Our only complaint was the price of a gin & tonic (€15 for a Tanqueray). If ever in Cefalù again, we would choose this hotel.

Lovely oasis of gardens with gorgeous pool area. A hilly walk down into town of Cefalu which we didn’t mind (around 20-30mins) as it was very peaceful away from the bustle. Loved the breakfast buffet eaten outside on terrace. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Quel bonheur !! Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. Le personnel est aux PE-TITS soins. Le service est exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est sans aucune hésitation le meilleur de tout notre séjour en Sicile. La piscine est très agréable. Il y a énormément de transats. Bref. Parfait !

We loved our stay at this charming hotel in Cefalu. The rooms, hotel and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is spectacular.. some of the best food we had in Italy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Every interaction with them was pleasant and very helpful and they even helped me strengthen my Italian skills. They have some of the best smelling toiletries I’ve ever encountered, and even the cleaning staff was super friendly.. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the center of Cefalu so bring comfortable shoes for the track, but the distance offers a bit of a getaway and peacefulness.

Loved this hotel so much that I altered my trip to stay another two nights. The pool is why I came and why I stayed. It's very gorgeous and relaxing. The restaurant too is lovely. Marco and Inna were the best servers. I will be returning next summer.

The grounds are breathtaking; a welcome refuge from crowded but lovely beach town. Room is a bit dated with minimal amenities. Tub/shower on our room was oddly elevated. Very clean, however. Nice breakfast and dinner on premises in dining room with old-world elegance. Spa amenities may be had.

This hotel was a nice surprise. It was beautiful. Great location that was not too far from town center yet at a comfortable distance to ensure quietness. There was a pool and the hotel had both indoor and outdoor facilities that were beautifully set up and maintained. The breakfast was amazing too with options for various freshly squeezed juices.

Came here with my husband as part of our honeymoon. Every single member of staff was so attentive, knowledgeable, and so lovely, they really made our stay one to remember. The pool area and the breakfast were definite highlights! We’ll definitely be back!

Overpriced is the right word for this accommodation. 600+ euros/night on 3rd June. Staff very polite and very helpful. Reception, garden really nice and spacious. Breakfast is also nice, and waiters are also great. Junior suite tiny, with no storage space at all. You have to keep things in luggage, except the ones that could be hanged. Door could not be locked from inside. Beach towels broken, it was an embarrassment to use them. A 3* room, not a junior suite in an expensive and well scored 4*. Not what we would expect by the score and description.
