It was only an overnight stay, so it was good for that purpose. Pool area was nice to be able to cool off and the breakfast area had good choices to get the day started off. We had arrived around 2PM and I asked if it was too early to check in since check in time is officially 3. I was told it was too early because they were still cleaning the rooms. It's not a big deal since check in is 3, but I have trouble believing they didn't have any rooms clean. I can't imagine the place was full the night before and they had to clean every room judging by the number of people who seemed to be staying there at the same time we did.

The room had water damaged ceilings and peeling paint, bathroom and sink area were clean. Sheets and bed coverings were dirty, one bed covering was not usable due to what looked like a very large pee stain on the comforter. Parking was free, staff was pleasant but had all the rooms reserved toward the front of the building and very minimal parking in close proximity to room. Breakfast was great and the pool was refreshing if you don't mind cleaning the bugs out yourself. Overall, you get what you pay for..
