Albergo lussuoso ed eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Personale attentissimo ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Camere ampie e molto pulite. Piscina un po’ datata ma comunque piacevole. Spiaggia sacrificata, peccato.

Club room facilities are good but you can ignore the dress code as nobody polices it. Same guy a few nights in training gear, trainers, sports shirts etc but nobody said anything to him which was disappointing as some other people made an effort to dress up. Meals in club lounge were generally very good but afternoon tea wasn’t worth the visit so we only went once. Staff very good and attentive. Pool area is looking a little tired and it would be nice to have somewhere to sit in some shade in the pool other than sitting at the bar. Plenty of loungers and space and the lifeguards are the most attentive I’ve seen anywhere so very safe. No information anywhere in the room about any of the events going on, hotel plan, gym opening times or menus for the restaurants etc. if you don’t have a smart phone you have no chance, even the drinks menus are on-line. The buggy to the Lagoona mall was unexpected but a nice touch, again not advertised anywhere. I would stay again as I really enjoyed it.

I wanted to give this accomodation 5 stars since the building is beautiful and the diner options are excellent. However I stayed for 9 nights and for some crazy reason the jacuzzi was turned off after sitting in it for an hour which made me feel like I overstayed my welcome? It was a bald dark man around 45 years old at the swimming pool. Extremely rude was his behavior so therefore my rating.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough — our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! We booked a room with access to the club lounge. The lounge was located on the 23rd floor and offered a stunning view along with a diverse selection of food. The staff in the lounge was very attentive, especially Youssouf. Additionally, the receptionist Lina was extremely helpful and could assist with any questions we had. The beach was easily accessible via a golf cart, where we were warmly welcomed by Geoffrey. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff.

Amazing place. The interior is lovely and the room is very comfortable. Went there for our honeymoon and birthday celebration. The staff complimented us with a nice cake and decorations. The service was exceptional from start to finish. You have a good selection of restaurants, cafés. It has a nice private beach and 2 swimming pools indoor and outdoor. I'd definitely consider it as a top option when visiting Doha

We spend our Honeymoon vacation at the Ritz Carlton in Doha and everything about our stay was perfect. They even prepared some specials for the occasion (chocolate, balloons, cake, roses etc.). We must say that the Ritz Carlton Doha has been the best hotel we‘ve ever stayed at (and we‘ve already been to Dubai, New York, Las Vegas etc.). Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The housekeeping is extraordinary as well, as they even come multiple times a day to clean the room and renew the towels. We were really happy with the stay and would recommend it to friends and family!

The room was very spacious and well soundproofed. We chose a room with a balcony which we enjoyed quite a lot in the evenings. The pool was also fantastic! We chose to add the breakfast to our stay which was nothing short of phenomenal. There were so many options and everything was perfect. We also dined at two of the restaurants on the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. One restaurant was the STK Steakhouse and the other was the Sel & Miel. We left the hotel several times via Uber to visit various malls and sites which were all beautiful. Thank you again to the staff at the Ritz Carlton for making our stay so special.

My most favorite part about this place was how great the staffs were! They were absolutely the best, from the reception desk to the pool staff, they were so great and attentive. They helped me with my children every single time and made sure I had everything to my needs. Also, the property was great and at a great location. It’s sparkly clean and the rooms were also nice.

Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’un professionnalisme irréprochable et d’une bienveillance rare, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et agréable tout au long de notre séjour, contrairement à d’autres 5* où la formation professionnelle est là mais la chaleur humaine manquante… Nous avons opté pour la demi-pension, et la nourriture était tout simplement excellente et variée. Mention spéciale au pâtissier qui nous a régalées avec ses créations gourmandes, un véritable délice ! Si nous devions noter un tout petit point négatif, ce serait le bacon qui n’était ni décoré ni agréable. De plus, la taille du dressing est très limitée, impossible d’y ranger nos affaires. Everything about our stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel was exceptional from start to finish! The property was absolutely spotless, and the service was amazing. The room was very spacious and well soundproofed. We chose a room with a balcony which we enjoyed quite a lot in the evenings. The pool was also fantastic! We chose to add the breakfast to our stay which was nothing short of phenomenal. There were so many options and everything was perfect. We also dined at two of the restaurants on the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. One restaurant was the STK Steakhouse and the other was the Sel & Miel. We left the hotel several times via Uber to visit various malls and sites which were all beautiful. Thank you again to the staff at the Ritz Carlton for making our stay so special.

Gemischte Gefühle wenn ich das schreibe, eigentlich ein ganz gutes Hotel aber mit Problemen, Viel Personal, sehr nett und professionell , Zimmer Gros und schön eingerichtet aber zehr LAUT , alle Flugzeuge die in Doha Landen , Fliegen an Hotel vorbei, Tag und Nacht alle 2-3 Minuten ,ich wollte ein anderes Zimmer haben wurde uns versprochen aber vergessen! Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ALLER Angestellten muss unbedingt erwähnt werden. Wir waren schon weltweit in vielen Hotels, aber solch eine Betreuung haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Einzig der Balkon war etwas klein, aber ansonsten war das Hotel wirklich toll. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, am Pool oder Strand wurden immer freie Liegen gefunden. Jeder war immer so hilfsbereit, man durfte nicht einmal das Handtuch selbst tragen. Sofort kam jemand herbeigeeilt. Taxen konnte man prima über die Karwa App bestellen, ansonsten ist fußläufig vom Hotel lediglich die Lagoona Mall zu erreichen. Aber Taxen in Doha sind sehr günstig. Daher würde ich das Hotel auch von der Lage her empfehlen, denn es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam dort. Uns hat es gefallen!!!

My experience there was stellar; one thing happened that was confusing to me. I was told I would have a complimentary breakfast but then was charged 100QR on my way out of the dining area. It was fine, and the gentleman explained himself, but I still did not understand. Otherwise a very serene and enjoyable experience overall.

We booked to stay at the Ritz for NYE as we traveled from South Africa and had friends from Dubai also stay at the hotel. For NYE we booked a table at the hotel for a masquerade balll and upon arrival to our surprise they had given our table to someone else. As such we were left stranded and no where else to go. Eventually after 11pm they set-up a table at the back of the room just for us the see the new year and then we returned to our room. The management just brushed iit offf as one of those mistakes as making money was more important than the interests of their guests. As a family we travel to different countries every year to experience NYE and without a doubt this was the worst. Will not be visiting Qatar or the Ritz again

I wanted to give this accomodation 5 stars since the building is beautiful and the diner options are excellent. However I stayed for 9 nights and for some crazy reason the jacuzzi was turned off after sitting in it for an hour which made me feel like I overstayed my welcome? It was a bald dark man around 45 years old at the swimming pool. Extremely rude was his behavior so therefore my rating.

Not only was the food and drink offering fabulous but the staff (I may forget some, apologies) Serti, Mila, Houda, Clifton, Youssaf and Mohammad were absolutely amazing, lovely people who could not do enough for us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough — our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!

My most favorite part about this place was how great the staffs were! They were absolutely the best, from the reception desk to the pool staff, they were so great and attentive. They helped me with my children every single time and made sure I had everything to my needs. Also, the property was great and at a great location. It’s sparkly clean and the rooms were also nice.

Club room facilities are good but you can ignore the dress code as nobody polices it. Same guy a few nights in training gear, trainers, sports shirts etc but nobody said anything to him which was disappointing as some other people made an effort to dress up. Meals in club lounge were generally very good but afternoon tea wasn’t worth the visit so we only went once. Staff very good and attentive. Pool area is looking a little tired and it would be nice to have somewhere to sit in some shade in the pool other than sitting at the bar. Plenty of loungers and space and the lifeguards are the most attentive I’ve seen anywhere so very safe. No information anywhere in the room about any of the events going on, hotel plan, gym opening times or menus for the restaurants etc. if you don’t have a smart phone you have no chance, even the drinks menus are on-line. The buggy to the Lagoona mall was unexpected but a nice touch, again not advertised anywhere. I would stay again as I really enjoyed it.

Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’un professionnalisme irréprochable et d’une bienveillance rare, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et agréable tout au long de notre séjour, contrairement à d’autres 5* où la formation professionnelle est là mais la chaleur humaine manquante… Nous avons opté pour la demi-pension, et la nourriture était tout simplement excellente et variée. Mention spéciale au pâtissier qui nous a régalées avec ses créations gourmandes, un véritable délice ! Si nous devions noter un tout petit point négatif, ce serait le bacon qui n’était ni décoré ni agréable. De plus, la taille du dressing est très limitée, impossible d’y ranger nos affaires. Hormis ces détails mineurs, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et nous tenons à remercier encore une fois toute l’équipe pour leur accueil impeccable. Everything about our stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel was exceptional from start to finish! The property was absolutely spotless, and the service was amazing. The room was very spacious and well soundproofed. We chose a room with a balcony which we enjoyed quite a lot in the evenings. The pool was also fantastic! We chose to add the breakfast to our stay which was nothing short of phenomenal. There were so many options and everything was perfect. We also dined at two of the restaurants on the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. One restaurant was the STK Steakhouse and the other was the Sel & Miel. We left the hotel several times via Uber to visit various malls and sites which were all beautiful. Thank you again to the staff at the Ritz Carlton for making our stay so special.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough — our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!

Not only was the food and drink offering fabulous but the staff (I may forget some, apologies) Serti, Mila, Houda, Clifton, Youssaf and Mohammad were absolutely amazing, lovely people who could not do enough for us. Already saving for next stay. Brilliant!

A special thank you to Hamza and Maryam, who were both absolutely exceptional and played a huge part in making our stay so memorable. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. They also went above and beyond to enhance our honeymoon stay by decorating our room with balloons and petals on the bed, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. The breakfast and facilities were phenomenal, the location was perfect, and the views of the Doha skyline were absolutely stunning.
