Very clean , parked right next to room big bed lots of space around bed and shower room. Kettle tea coffee milk fridge tv. Fridge bit noisy but got used to it quickly Breakfast kindly offered as access up stairs to the back of the house but went into town. Phone number to text if any issue .

Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.

Very comfortable stay. Staff stayed in touch although we didnot meet them personally but were available if we needed anything. Amenities were adequate. Please clean the sign at the ringside!

A clean and comfortable room on the ground floor with a tasty breakfast served by the friendly & understanding owner on the first floor in the breakfast room/ conservatory area. We enjoyed our stay!
