Wir hatten auf der Durchreise 1 Nacht im Ibis Budget gebucht. Die Zimmer sind (natürlich) ziemlich klein, aber sehr zweckmäßig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut in Ordnung und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist auch praktisch (EUR 10,- pro Tag).

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt, waren gegen 12 Uhr da und konnten sofort in unser Zimmer. War im EG perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Nacht mit offenen Fenster ist nicht zu empfehlen da es an den Bahngleisen ist und die ganze Nacht rangiert wird. Frühstück war auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Good budget hotel. Enough room in the open air car park for our van with in out privileges with the ticket. There was a spacious lobby and a lift. The rooms were clean and basic, the toilet was separate to the shower & sink which were in the room - sounds odd but worked fine, the shower was excellent. The bed was hard and could do with more pillows. Our rooms backed onto the car park & railway which was very loud when the window was open, not sure how hot the room would be with the window closed in the summer.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super. Klar, das Zimmer ist sehr basic, dafür war es aber auch deutlich günstiger als andere Hotels in Bamberg. Es war alles sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und es standen genügend Parkplätze zu einem fairen Preis zur Verfügung. Außerdem war der Bahnhof mit Bussen in die City wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch zu Fuß war die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen.

Wunderbares Hotel für ein Wochenende in Bamberg. Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen Montags früh in München sein musste, habe ich das mit einem Wochenende in Bamberg verbunden und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Lage: In ca. 10 min ist man in der Altstadt und dabei liegt das Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof, was meine Weiterreise perfekt gestaltet hat. Ausstattung: Zimmer mit Dusche, bequemem Bett und einer schlichten aber total ausreichenden Einrichtung. Sauberkeit: Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt man sogar eine Flasche Mineralwasser geschenkt. Super Initiative. Frühstück: Es gab Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, Saft, Kaffee. Absolut ausreichendes Frühstück. Personal: Das Personal war freundlich. Zusammenfassend würde ich hier definitiv noch einmal vorbeischauen.

Convenient location a few minutes walk from HBF. AC was not functional so it was quite warm inside. Did not receive new towels or daily service each day. Trains passing can be loud even with window closed making it difficult to sleep.

Für ein Doppelzimmer, bei dem die Duschkabine verglast ist, sehr fragwürdig. Waschbecken vergleichbar mit einer Besenkammer. Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen sehr eng. Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einer viel befahrenen Straße, es gab zumindest kostenfreie Parkplätze. Hygiene, Service, Frühstück etc. alles top, bis auf die enge Zimmergestaltung. Wenn sich zwei Personen voreinander nicht nackt sehen wollen, während eine Person sich duscht, ist es schrecklich. Leider!!! Aber verständlich.

I do understand this is a Budget Hotel with small rooms which is fine. However the first room's toilet seat was full of a crusty yellow substance. Impossible to overlook. After the check in process was almost completed we were notified of the non working wifi. Listing showed "Free Wifi included" although the reception told us it had been not working since Aug 19th. We stayed the 28th. Hotel refuses to offer partial refund even though they were advertising free wifi. If the internet provider cant fix your internet, you can't continue advertising free wifi included and expect the guests to pay the full rate expecting wifi to be there. Not recommended!

Leider gab es anfangs Probleme mit den gebuchten Zimmern (2 Zimmer gebucht aber nur eins im System). Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Im Endeffekt hat dann alles wunderbar geklappt und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider gab es anfangs Probleme mit den gebuchten Zimmern (2 Zimmer gebucht aber nur eins im System). Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Im Endeffekt hat dann alles wunderbar geklappt und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das „Putzpersonal“ morgens sehr laut, ließen die Türen aufstehen, unterhielten sich laut. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden, würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Das waschbecken und die dusche mitten im zimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, leider ist dies auf den Fotos nicht so richtig erkennbar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das zimmer war sauber, ein- und auschecken ging einwandfrei und schnell. Ein paar mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, der ein oder andere könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Alles in allem hat das preis-leistungsverhältnis für 2 nächte gepasst.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt, waren gegen 12 Uhr da und konnten sofort in unser Zimmer. War im EG perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Nacht mit offenen Fenster ist nicht zu empfehlen da es an den Bahngleisen ist und die ganze Nacht rangiert wird. Frühstück war auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Wunderbares Hotel für ein Wochenende in Bamberg. Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen Montags früh in München sein musste, habe ich das mit einem Wochenende in Bamberg verbunden und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Lage: In ca. 10 min ist man in der Altstadt und dabei liegt das Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof, was meine Weiterreise perfekt gestaltet hat. Ausstattung: Zimmer mit Dusche, bequemem Bett und einer schlichten aber total ausreichenden Einrichtung. Sauberkeit: Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt man sogar eine Flasche Mineralwasser geschenkt. Super Initiative. Frühstück: Es gab Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, Saft, Kaffee. Absolut ausreichendes Frühstück. Personal: Das Personal war freundlich. Zusammenfassend würde ich hier definitiv noch einmal vorbeischauen.

Tog en overnatning på køreturen. Hotellet virker fint nok, men vores aircondition virkede ikke, så det blev en meget varm nat, med en hund som havde svært ved at finde ro. Støj fra jernbane og P-pladsen, som er lige udenfor vores vinduer.

Es schöner und zweckmäßiger Aufenthalt mit Freunden direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Zur Innenstadt sind es 25 Minuten Fußweg. Frühstück war gut, leider gabe es oft ein Warten am Kaffeeautomat.

We got exactly what we paid for, which was a budget hotel experience. Hotels in Bamberg always seem to be so expensive on weekends. Room was clean and adequate. Was it comfortable? I thought it sufficed but my husband did not. Was the room stylish? No. It looked like a cross between Burger King and IKEA. The toilet is in a closet and the shower stall was in the room itself. I could live with it (this was budget, not bougie) but my husband kept commenting he felt he was in a McDonald’s Playland. In order to save my marriage we left a little early and moved on to the next city. Do I recommend this hotel? I do. Just understand not everyone in your party will feel the same.
