A very nice place to stay. Room was quiet and had air conditioning and coffee. The bathroom is a little dark. Easy check in, good breakfast and great dinner in the restaurant. Would recommend.

Beautiful property, old world charm, building built in 1830, made of stone and wood. Beautiful hotel, just 30 mins train ride from old town Zurich. Fantastic restaurant with great food and great service. Nice quiet neighbourhood

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem familiären Gasthof Leuen sehr gefallen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und für eventuelle Fragen oder Wünsche ist die Rezeption unweit der Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, bequemer Schlafcomfort, helle Zimmer und schallisoliert. Ausstattung mit allen nötigen Basics wie Fön, Minibar,Safe, Handtücher, TV. Zum Hotel ist der Parkplatz inbegriffen weswegen wir uns hierfür mitentschieden haben. Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß kann man die Bahn benutzen, die in 15 Minuten in Zürich oder in Richtung Uitliberg fährt. Das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen hier steht die Qualität im Mittelpunkt. Die feine Auswahl und Frische hat uns wirklich beeindruckt. Ebenfalls steht eine schöne Terasse zur Verfügung. Ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir wiederholen und weiterempfehlen. Danke

Viaje desde Chile por vacaciones y me hospede en este hotel en Zurich por 5 días, el recibimiento fue el mejor que he tenido en mi vida. Llegue muy tarde por problemas con el vuelo, y me estaban esperando. Me ofrecieron frutas, panes y deliciosos pasteles lo cual no venía incluido en lo que había pagado. Realmente fue algo muy bonito. El hotel es muy cómodo, las piezas grandes y el servicio de limpieza y el desayuno es realmente muy bueno. Su ubicación quizás no es muy cerca del centro de Zurich, pero en tren son alrededor de 20 min. La estación de tren queda a unos 15 min a pie. Recomiendo sin duda el hotel, por su comodidad, hospitabilidad y muy buen servicio. Cómo dato adicional el hotel cuenta con restaurant muy conocido y connotado.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The duvets were lush. Although over a restaurant, the room was well-soundproofed and we couldn't hear anything. There weren't tons of breakfast options, but what there was was good quality and fresh.

Encantadora posada/hotel con un muy buen restaurante y una atención muy amable. El cuarto era pequeño pero muy limpio, contaba con cafetera, caja de seguridad y un pequeño frigobar. El baño muy pequeñito con regadera de cabina pero muy limpio. El hotel está a 30 min en coche del centro de Zúrich pero es un lugar encantador y tranquilo con lugar para estacionarse. Volvería sin duda!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Check in is upstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spoke English. They are about a 10 minute walk from the train station that goes to the Zurich airport, need to take two trains to get to airport from hotel. Shuttle service not available, but taxi for $80 each was available. A city bus option is available also, just a block away. Zurich is divided into zones so unless you have some kind of day pass, you need to get train or bus passes from zone to zone. Instead of figuring out the zones we bought a Zurich day pass for $29 that was good for 24-72 hours. The Swiss bus/train app is very helpful, I don't know how we would have made it around Switzerland without it. Breakfast at hotel was complimentary and very good. They had assorted meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, oatmeal and eggs made to order, scrambled or over easy or medium, assorted jams and Nutella for bread. Coffee or cappuccino, juice or water. Rooms were decent size for two. Had air conditioner in room that worked. TV worked. Shower was a little small. Hotel provided shampoo and bars of soap. Lunch was good, and they had an English menu. An Italian pizza place, is right next door also and very good. Overall hotel was very clean and nice and staff was eager to please and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

In an expensive city this hotel was nice for the price. It is a bit out of the way but totally doable. The free morning breakfast was fabulous. So nicely done and delicious! The room had A/C and a nice coffee maker. The shower was very small but worked as needed.

Ao chegarmos no hotel, por volta de 19h, não sabíamos exatamente por onde entrar, um funcionário que estava na parte externa nos orientou que a entrada do hotel era a mesma do restaurante. No interior da propriedade nos orientaram a subir as escadas que o hotel era na parte de cima. Chamamos alguém e fiicamos a espera de resposta na recepção e ninguém apareceu. Meu esposo precisou descer no restaurante e junto dele subiu um garçon chamando pela recepcionista que estava dentro de um escritório com outro funcionário do hotel e não nos escutou chegar. O quarto era amplo e confortável, porém a cama pra nossos filhos era um sofá-cama suspenso (se transformava em uma beliche). Não tive coragem de deixar meu filho dormir na parte mais alta pois não havia nenhuma proteção para que ele não caísse (além de não ter sentido confiança na estrutura do sofá-cama) e coloquei o colchão pra que ele dormisse no chão. O espaço de banho foi o menor que já vi na vida, menor até do que os de navios de cruzeiro que já fizemos. A noite havia muito barulho de pessoas conversando, imagino que seja do restaurante. Penso que, com a estrutura que têm, poderiam oferecer maior conforto e presteza aos seus clientes.

Nice room, looks new and clean. There was a capsule machine which is nice with capsules for it. The toilet is also good with a good hairdryer. The soap was very nice. The reception was very friendly and good service in the breakfast. Decent food and nice resto. The only thing is that you can hear the traffic outside but in the night it does not bother. The room was a little cold as the aircondition is in the other side.

Room was directly over the restaurant main door, facing a busy street (both were noisy). What was worse was the near constant smoking by restaurant patrons as well as staff so we had to keep the windows shut. Staff was very pleasant however.

Such a lovely place to stay and the staff are wonderful and very very helpful. the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. such a pity about the bathrooms. A hand basin that just about fits one hand and a shower there is hardly room to turn around in, despite that I would certainly stay there again. Excellent breakfast and a good restaurant.

Restaurant closed on arrival, staff did not think to mention the open pizza house on the other side of the road. Moaned when I asked for a glass of milk for my wife On checkout they presented their payment machine trying to double charge me, when I had already paid on hotel.com. I had to ask to see the payment machine screen to see how much was being attempted to be charged.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Check in is upstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spoke English. They are about a 10 minute walk from the train station that goes to the Zurich airport, need to take two trains to get to airport from hotel. Shuttle service not available, but taxi for $80 each was available. A city bus option is available also, just a block away. Zurich is divided into zones so unless you have some kind of day pass, you need to get train or bus passes from zone to zone. Instead of figuring out the zones we bought a Zurich day pass for $29 that was good for 24-72 hours. The Swiss bus/train app is very helpful, I don't know how we would have made it around Switzerland without it. Breakfast at hotel was complimentary and very good. They had assorted meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, oatmeal and eggs made to order, scrambled or over easy or medium, assorted jams and Nutella for bread. Coffee or cappuccino, juice or water. Rooms were decent size for two. Had air conditioner in room that worked. TV worked. Shower was a little small. Hotel provided shampoo and bars of soap. Lunch was good, and they had an English menu. An Italian pizza place, is right next door also and very good. Overall hotel was very clean and nice and staff was eager to please and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

In an expensive city this hotel was nice for the price. It is a bit out of the way but totally doable. The free morning breakfast was fabulous. So nicely done and delicious! The room had A/C and a nice coffee maker. The shower was very small but worked as needed.

It was a little way out from the main part of Zurich. The transport in Switzerland is excellent so this wasn't a problem. The bus stop was pretty much outside the hotel anyway. The hotel was perfect for our stay during the Women's Euros. It was good value accommodation for what we needed with a nice continental breakfast. I would stay there again if I ever visited Zurich.

Great location, about 20 mins from Zurich city centre, parking available at both ends of the building. Great continental breakfast, definitely worth having as plentiful and fresh. Friendly staff. Nice clean and spacious rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The duvets were lush. Although over a restaurant, the room was well-soundproofed and we couldn't hear anything. There weren't tons of breakfast options, but what there was was good quality and fresh.
