They were under renovation during our stay, taking that into account the stay was very average.

DO NOT LET THE PICTURES DECEIVE YOU- this place is a dump! I was first checked into a room that was not the upgraded room I booked and prepaid. When I asked for the proper room, I got the silent treatment and annoyance from the guy who was at the desk. The room itself was not too clean, with stuff on the floor, spots in the bathroom, hair in the tub, smears on the mirror, and mystery liquid by the fridge. And it smelled like fried chicken. The tv remote didn’t work and when I inquired about it, the same guy changed the battery and tossed it back at me without saying a word. It still didn’t work. The smoke alarm was missing, which I’m pretty sure violates fire code. The microwave and tv were both unplugged and required moving a whole cabinet to plug them in. The carpet going upstairs was worn and coming up in the center, creating a potential tripping hazard. Breakfast options included waffles, 2 dry cereals, and some sad fruit. The toilet paper holder was broken and covered in dust. There was no closet, hangers, suitcase stand, ironing board…none of the usual basics. The dingy toilet was loose, and the box of tissue stuck to the countertop when I moved it. The hallway carpet clearly had not been vacuumed in a while, and there was no trash can in my room. The amenities list daily housekeeping, but I stayed in my room for three nights and never saw anything cleaned in my room the whole time. The only reason I stayed was because I booked a package and couldn’t get a refund.

Very convenient. Room was poorly equipped. No place to hang clothes, no hangers, no hooks, no closet. Hall way was lined with mattresses, looked terrible. Son and wife rented a 2nd room, they are profoundly deaf, tv didn't have closed caption, office staff checked it and said they couldn't help. We switched our TV with theirs.

Nice remodel in progress, and clean rooms. Breakfast was very basic, cereal and waffles. Staff was friendly and responsive. The room lacked a place to hang clothes.

Being remodeled.

The motel is being remodeled, many hallways are a construction zone with materials strewn about but in a tidy manner, I was not in danger of tripping over anything. It could’ve been managed better. The shower/tub area had attempted to be painted with an epoxy. It was unbelievably terrifying at first sight. When I showered it was stable, but WOW! I pre-registered online, provided a CC, picture of my ID, pre-paid for the room and still needed to show proof, I was told I did not complete the pre-registration process. It was difficult to understand the attendant at the desk as he was Middle Eastern, Could use an ESL class.

Property was a dump, stuff torn apart and laying everywhere. Dirty. Walls half painted. Truly just a dump. Staff unfriendly. Never say there again.

They are remodeling downstairs so we walked into a ton of dust. The rooms were old and there was hole in the curtains and cigarette hole in the blankets. The sink had a big hole where the tissues was suppose to be. I was weird out to even take a shower. We would have left if I wasn’t wore out from driving all day!

Even though they were doing a renovation it was still clean and quiet rooms were pretty nice needs more storage like closets but other than that it was a nice stay

It has bed bugs.

Full Damp Rid containers in the room. Non bed bug insects alive and dead carcasses piled up. They are not deep cleaning the rooms. Hotel looks like the started to renovate and ran out of money. I will not be staying here again. Bathroom shower so nasty I didn’t use it.

This hotel is beyond filthy. It smelled. The floor was sticky. The towels were thread bare. The pillows were tiny and few. There was dirt in the bathrooms. We were in one room but had electrical problems with a bedside light. They put us in a different room that was worse. There was only 1 light that worked in this room. We were to stay 2 nights. We checked out early and went to a different hotel.

This place is disgusting was trash left in room stayed multiple nights house keeping didnt come and tidy up stains on the head boards mold in shower. Night worker was barefoot with his feet up in the lobby when we came to check in

The facility has bed bugs.

Curtains were falling off rod. No cold water from faucet. The walls weren’t painted. Carpet questionable. Wouldn’t give me a receipt since I reserved it thru travelicity

Unfortunately the room did not have a closet of any kind or a luggage rack. There were some drawers but nowhere to hang anything

There wasn't any where to put clothes or hang coats; it made it difficult with toddlers

Carpet dirty , tub dirty, paint pealing off the walls, bulb missing from lamp, desk chair only no lounge chair.

The location was great for us but the check in person was terrible, he acted like we were disturbing him for checking in. He also did it again on the second day when I had to tell him our room key stopped working

I liked the area because there's lots of stores and restaurants, but i want stay here again because we stood in the waiting room 20 minutes because no one was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. There was mold and mildew in and around the tub, especially to the top of the shower head. The floors in the room were dirty and looked like a mop haven't touched them in months, and socks were under the bed, who knows how long they've been there. Will I stay here again? No way I can do better and so can you motel eight.

The front deck person was not friendly at all. When I checked in he acted like I was bothering just to check in. My room key was turned off after the first night even though I had paid for the second night. The morning gentleman was a little more friendly when checking out.

I was unable to stay after they did not have the wheelchair accessible room available that I had called ahead to ensure was available. I paid ahead of time, got the insurance and am being told I cannot get my money back.

Just good for sleeping a few hours on the road.

This property is old & needs new everything! Supposed to have a free breakfast but this part of the property is under construction! This should have been noted in the booking as we would not of stayed here! Rooms were dirty & need to be remodeled!

In definite need for update. Dirt buildup in corners. Hallway carpet wet from rain leak. Breakfast buffet needed lots of help. No juice, coffee cold, baked absent.

The cleaning smell or something set off my asthma. Essentially no breakfast..no juice. A few pieces of bread for toast, cereal. Assume you could make a waffle. About 4 pieces of fruit. Also no elevator so had to carry suitcase up stairs.
