Stayed for 3 nights with my kids and dog and it was a Wonderful experience. Lots of green space For my dog, safe and quiet location. Kids loved the breakfast every morning.

Location is good. Its down the highway a bit away from the rift raft. The hotel is average at best but the service was really good. Ee had room 310 and it smelled like old sweat and a dirty ashtray. Either we had a room that used to allow smoking and they never changed the carpet or people had been smoking in the rooms. We couldnt open the window at first to get fresh air but they promptly fixed that but then we couldn't close the window! If they freshened up the facilities and cleaned up the cigarette butts in the parking lot that people just rudely throw anywhere this would be a better place to stay. In a pinch its a fine hotel in PA, it just needs some TLC and upgrades. from the rift raft.

Brenda at the front desk is one of the most likeable, kind, caring ladies I’ve been greet by in a long time. I can tell she takes pride in her work and is extremely organized and efficient. Sooooo refreshing. Thank you Brenda! The rooms smell nice… hard to find this and the beds and bedding are so comfortable. The room rates are excellent. It isn’t luxury here, no room service or spa etc.. but al we need is a safe and clean place to stay. Very comfortable and welcoming.

My hotel room was dirty in the bathroom and bed part. Mirror in room part was dirty and the bathroom had snot on the wall behind the toilet, there was a spot of blood on the trim behind the bathroom door frame and filth and hair along the bottom of the tub on the outside of the tub on the floor, the floor was sticky in bathroom, and the free mouthwash bottle they give you it looked like someone spit there toothpaste on it. However the lady that worked the front desk that night until 11 was fabulous she was great to me and my grandpa, she deserves a raise and a promotion.

I’ve stayed a couple times but this is the first time I got bed bug bites, it’s not a mosquito bite for sure. 3rd floor I stayed in. After reading some reviews and there were some comments about bed bugs so it is real. Will not return again, scared that I will carry home.

The room was outdated and had the loudest air conditioner I think I've ever heard. The area was a bit sketchy as well, lots of drunk loud people hanging around outside of the lobby. The staff were great though, no issues there.

The hotel was quiet even though there were several baseball players staying. Our hostess at the front desk (Brenda) was welcoming and friendly and an all around wonderful lady. Because of her we will be back next time we come to Prince Albert.

I’ve stayed in the past and had a great stay. This time around not so much. Breakfast was sub-par. Bagels toast and cereal. First night was noisy, people in and out, kids running around in the hallways at 6 am. I asked to be moved floors which staff did no problem. Second night was much better, however when I returned to the hotel at around 9 pm there was no one at the front desk. Third night was ok but in the morning random people coming to my room and calling looking for a woman. As someone who travels solo a lot this is both unsafe and concerning that anyone can walk in and go to any room they choose.

Property is a little dated but check in was easy and fast. Only thing I suggest is putting the yogurt and milk on ice or something for the breakfast because they were at room temperature. But other than that, was a comfortable stay.

Never will go back. Got in a 9 pm after driving all day and found out the hotel was full of flood evacuees from a nearby Reservation. Absolutely a crapshow with kids banging, screaming, running in halls till 3 am. Parents let them run around the hotel. Police came because of fighting in hallway by our door. Got zero sleep, checked out at 3 am. Zero stars out of ten. Worst hotel experience in my 58 years. Will be demanding a refund of our costs to stay there as well.

Absolutely a crapshow with kids banging, screaming, running in halls till 3 am. Parents let them run around the hotel. Police came because of fighting in hallway by our door. Got zero sleep, checked out at 3 am. Zero stars out of ten. Worst hotel experience in my 58 years. Will be demanding a refund of our costs to stay there as well.

Room was very clean. Staff was polite. Location is close to everything. You could hear people in the hallway. Breakfast was meh. For the price (202 w/tax), it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage. Overall. Not a bad experience. Cleanliness was excellent.

At first glance, the room seemed very clean. After a day, we noticed some splatter marks on the wall under the TV. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Heat was a bit wonky. It was always hot even with heat turned off and we often opened the window (in March). Overall, it was a good room for the price.
