The room was very clean and the staff did great. The air conditioning in hotel was perfect. The breakfast was good and the Lady that cooked was very nice. The only compliant I have was getting to the hotel at first. Making wrong turn due to no visible signage. Make sure to turn into RaceTrak, that gives you access to get to the hotel.

The air conditioning was effective but we had very little control over the temp and were cold much of the time. We found a roach in the bathroom and the desk chair was broken and tipped when we sat in it. The bed was not comfortable for my husband.

Check in was really fast. We were staying with some friends who got there before us and they were able to put our rooms close to each other. They even let us check in early. Breakfast was nice, lots of options including hot & cold foods. Even some stuff you could take back to the room or on the road if you need. Black out curtains are awesome for keeping the light out. Close to the interstate but not noisy at all.

It was a great experience. Very clean room and insulated great because I'm a light sleeper and had no issues with sound from hallways, upstairs or either side. SleepInn is just that a great place to rest. We were in the area for a wedding.

My room was back to back with the elevator so was awaken most of the night. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, paint off the wall in that area and holder could not hold paper roll. Also the vanity handle kept falling off because of wrong screw, stripped screw or something. Tried to fix it best I could. I reported these issues and sincerely hope I don't get charged for these. Otherwise very nice hotel, very clean room and good breakfast.

Tuesday after work I got to hotel at 520 power was out they said power will be on at 6. At 630 they said power won’t be on till after 8pm. It was getting Down to 17 degrees and I leave at 5am for work so had to get another hotel and they would not reimburse me for the night

The hotel is not the best but it was kept clean and all common areas were clean. It was odd that we had to sign out an extra sheet for our bed and the night time staff wasn’t very helpful when it came to answering our questions. We stayed 2 nights and while the rest of the hotel was ok, the beds were HORRIBLE. We both woke up with a backache. The breakfast was great and the young lady in the morning stocking breakfast made sure everything was clean and well stocked. We wouldn’t stay again but don’t regret our decision to book for this occasion.

We are a business that works out of town constantly. I have been booking rooms for employees for 9 years and in that nine years I have never been so displeased at the service. Tracy at the front desk is extremely rude and has no knowledge. We actually forgave the first problem she gave us and rebooked the rooms the following week and ended up having even more problems. Tracy rather sit and argue with customers then do her job friendly. My workers had to sit in the lobby for an hour why I scrambled both times to fix her problem and both times it turned out to be her fault. We decided to go to a different hotel for the next week and weeks to come.

The room was very clean and the staff did great. The air conditioning in hotel was perfect. The breakfast was good and the Lady that cooked was very nice. The only compliant I have was getting to the hotel at first. Making wrong turn due to no visible signage. Make sure to turn into RaceTrak, that gives you access to get to the hotel.

Check in was really fast. We were staying with some friends who got there before us and they were able to put our rooms close to each other. They even let us check in early. Breakfast was nice, lots of options including hot & cold foods. Even some stuff you could take back to the room or on the road if you need. Black out curtains are awesome for keeping the light out. Close to the interstate but not noisy at all.

Horrible experience, the clerk was nice, but the FIRST room we were given the tv was broken and the room had a horrible smell and the ac didn’t work. The SECOND room we were given tv had no remote and could not turn it on, someone had used the bathroom and didn’t flush and there was something spilled over nightstand and phone that wasn’t cleaned up. They were accommodating for reimbursement, I did not stay. Went to another hotel, it was late and a long trip and this was very frustrating.

I wasn't able to pack any of my personal items out of the room. The hotel staff had to pack all my things up. They went through things and touch things they were not supposed to touch and stole some of my personal items. I will never vist their again and I want to refunded back money because hotel staff should not be looking through my personal items when they were only supposed to put the items into a large bag that was out not into my luggage and personal duffle & tackle bags! They even stole my wine and Don julio smh. This is very sad and I don't appreciate this at all.

I decided to sleep in. Didn't enjoy the breakfast this time. The A/C in room was very pleasant. Staff was friendly upon checking in and out. Several restaurants near by. Would stay again.

The property and room were clean and neat, especially for the price. We had an issue with the TV that wouldn’t work (input issue) but we were not in the room long and we’re ready for sleep when we did return for the night. The room was COLD, but we like that. We couldn’t adjust temp with thermostat. Our only option for AC was on or off. Again not a big deal for us.
