La suite correspondait à mes attentes spacieuse et très bien aménagée même si dans la salle bains une étagère serait la bienvenue Tout était propre et soigné

Clean room. Great location. Friendly staff.

Everything was clean, fantastic location close to coffee shops and the Metro. Staff were very helpful and kind. Bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus a few extras.

The hotel is very basic - 3 stars at best - and in a very sketchy area of town. Lots of people smoking pot wondering about just in front of or on the side streets nearby. The pool/sauna looked nice but I’m not sure I’d walk alone 7 minutes away to visit them. While checking in a man came in and sprinted up the stairs and the reception man had to leave us to go up the stairs to tell him he wasn’t allowed to do that. Then when we got to the room the bathroom handle was broken so one of us could have been locked inside the bathroom if it came off. In general we didn’t feel safe in the area or the hotel so we left a few hours later - hotel didn’t give any sort of refund (we were staying 2 nights so I asked for one night) and hotels.com wasn’t able to contact them. Bed was pretty hard. Overall would not recommend. Go stay in old Montreal, unless you’re a college student used to roughing it up or used to being in sketchy areas of town I’d avoid this spot.

Breakfast was amazing - eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, pancakes, boiled eggs, yoghurt. Every single staff member was kind and helpful. Room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and large modern bathroom with great shower. Highly recommend
