Das Frühstück ist inclusive und wird in einer Art grosser Küche angerichtet. Eine wie ich finde sehr schöne Idee. Leider lässt die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit im Laufe der Frühstückszeit zu wünschen übrig, abwischen der Tische oder der Theke findet nicht statt. Das Mädchen am Empfang hat sicher berechtigterweise keine Zeit dafür, denn sie muss bestimmt wichtige private eMails an ihrem Handy beantworten. So etwas geht gar nicht! Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen, dafür keinen Zimmerservice bei nicht voll belegtem Hotel. Kann ja mal passieren beim Abarbeiten einer Strichliste? Entschuldigung? Keine. Im Zimmer war eine neue Ladestation mit USB-Buchsen vorhanden, leider funktionierte diese nicht, da zwar ein Netzgerät angeschlossen, dieses aber mangels Netzkabel nicht mit dem Netz verbunden war, Wo ist das Problem ein solches 2,50 EUR Teil zu besorgen? Insgesamt eine unterdurchschnitttliche Leistung hinsichtlich des Service. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wohl erst kürzlich renoviert worden und in gutem Zustand. Parkplätze groß, sauber und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden.

Excellent breakfast. Clean comfortable room. Very helpful staff, special shout out to Courtney the manager on duty who was awesome and Jarred also. Made us so comfortable in the bar area as we ate our Buddy’s pizza. Kind and considerate . Smooth check in and check out. Will highly recommend this facility to others !

Parking a little cramped, understand it was downtown but had some of the spots blocked off seemingly no reason, was a weekend with no festival/construction/obvious hinder. Wasn't really in the room long, in and outbut served its purpose. Didn't get a good look at the breakfast, coffee was good and hot.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where I was attending a concert. It was nice to be able to walk to the venue and not worry about parking. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. My sister and I felt fine walking at night. The room was very clean. It did seem to be missing some amenities that I have come accustom to while traveling. There was only one bar of hand soap in the bathroom and no complimentary makeup wipes. The TV was a basic flat screen instead of a smart TV. There was no pool but the fitness room looked nice (we did not use it). Some of the staff were friendly but other were a bit cold or seemed overwhelmed. It was good for proximity to where we needed to go but seemed as if it could be better for $200/night.
