Inn at Great Neck

Long delay checking in and missed dinner reservation at another restaurant. Inexperience seemed to be the issue. Breakfast, had to find someone to wait on us. Annoying elevator dong each time floor arrived. All night long.

This is a great find. It's convenient to the train station, near a downtown shopping area with restaurants, extremely well appointed and clean. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rachel, the young lady working in the front desk made you feel like you were coming home with a warm smile and professional, friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean and rather large, at least my room on 5th floor. Did not get to try the breakfast but it starts early and sounded delicious. It was also very reasonably priced!

Excellent, professional staff. Love the hotel. Convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice and the staff was wonderful. The town itself was very walkable.
