The stay at this property was more than perfect. Our check in was the only trouble we got, because the receptionist told us that breakfast was not included, and clearly, we booked with breakfast included. Because we checked in late at night, they told us to wait until the morning to talk to the reservations manager, Ms. Cherylin Lawag. Next morning we talked to Ms. Lawag, and she was very apologetic about the situation. (Hotels.com/Expedia) should change the description of the services that are included in the price. It seems that breakfast was indeed not included in our reservation, but, she honored our free breakfast for the 5 days we were guests at her property. Thank you Cherry for all the help and kindness. This property is in a perfect spot; Lusail new neighborhood, with amazing views to the ocean and to Katara Towers. Very recommendable.

Some staff were very rude and others just too over helpful and wouldn’t leave you alone. The location is good Suites are great, although attention to detail is hit and miss
