When we arrived, lack of parking is an issue we checked into room 103, the heating did not work and oil heaters was provided in our bedroom which took a day to warm up. Was given option to change rooms but same problem there also. Positive side breakfast was very good.

The room had two single beds pushed together even though it was superior, the aircon unit didn’t blow cold air and was incredibly noisey, the room was incredibly warm all weekend. The light shades were wonky, the bath really needed re-doing and it was creaking like crazy when you got in. The room overall was a bit shoddy and needs a re-dec. The parking isn’t ideal but that of course can’t be helped, the staff were very polite and helpful. With a few tweaks it could be greatly improved - it is a good location

Lovely boutique style hotel, super efficient check-in, exceptionally clean rooms, good quality breakfast. Only criticism was the single room I reserved was incredibly very small with no windows - for the price I paid it was acceptable. Also 5 mins walk to the centre of Bath which was a bonus. On street parking (changeable) outside hotel. .

Confusing parking situation with the hotel having just a very small car park which is hard to find. It was also full so had to park about a 8 minute walk away. Original room was really nice, well appointed but the heating didn’t work and it was freezing. I was quickly and efficiently moved to another room, smaller than the first but equally comfortable. The view was poor, you are just about eye level with the street and people and cars go past at all hours which can be a little noisy but didn’t impact me too much. Great location and decent value for money.

Advertised as with parking but there is so little parking available they should advise to park elsewhere. Bedroom was so tiny there was hardly any room around the divan bed so kept stubbing toes. Very poor plumbing in bathroom. Sink tap and shower very temperamental. Otherwise a nice building in a fabulous area and a short walk to the city centre. Din not eat or have any interaction with staff other than check in & out. Overall , adequate but not a pleasure in itself. I will stay somewhere else when visiting the beautiful city of Bath!

On arrival I was irritated to be told that parking was not available on that day and directed to a public car park. When we checked in there was a computer glitch and we were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco. We had a superior boutique room which we really loved. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and had both a bath and shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. I felt that the hotel put a lot of emphasis on customer service as was shown during the check in process and the breakfast member of staff was very pleasant.

Although the hotel advertises it has parking, it is not true. It is a small parking area and it is on a first come first serve basis. That means we couldnt park any time during the three days we stayed in the city. The only alternative is to pay for parking in the road. If you are looking for a hotel in Bath with parking, Henrietta IS NOT AN OPPTION!

This was terrible. The hotel should not put customers in room 44 as it's a very damp basement room (to the point the carpet is wet underfoot). I felt really ill the next day, so I feel that the room is unsafe for guests to stay in... even before being shocked to see the quality of wiring in the room. Radisson should be ashamed.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Bath. The check in was very quick and easy. The hotel decor was quirky, which was something we really liked. The room was up in the eaves so the walls were slanted making the room feel even smaller. The decor was nice and the bed was comfy but the bathroom could have been cleaner… there were dirty marks on the mirror and on the side. A face mask was left on a hook which we found odd. There was no milk, bottled water or drinking glasses in the room which we didn’t realise until we wanted some water during the night and a tea in the morning. So, it was just ok and as the title suggests, we left a bit disappointed.

Disappointing. I had a very cold smelly top room. A combination of mould, caulking and new paint. So bad it brought on wheezing. There were no meals available in the restaurant at 6pm and then breakfast was a dry muffin topped with the smallest slice of salmon and poached egg. On a huge plate. You can hear through the walls. The place looks like it's been quickly thrown together. The photos don't correlate with reality. Dark dingy and no atmosphere. Certainly not value for money. When I spoke to the staff about this, I was met with a very defensive attitude.

Pretty good value, but doesn't quite hit the heights it should given the location. Tried this place three times with mixed results. From finding pasta in the fridge, to being charged twice to, most recently, having a room without chairs or water provided, I just wish it would try harder. But.....great value

We stayed on a Thursday night for one night, for my partners birthday. We were kindly upgraded to room 201 which was a gorgeous room at the front of the hotel. Decor was quirky with a boutique feel throughout, the breakfast was delightful, and the staff were superb.

This property was in easy walking distance to all the major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our room was extremely small by any standards and very dark. I noticed that 5 of the 6 bulbs in the overhead light were not working so...The breakfast was very good and cooked from a variety of choices on the menu! For location and breakfast it's a 5 star.

My room was located next to the front door i was continually woken up throughout the night with people coming in. I was also woken really early this morning when guests started leaving. The door bangs and was really squeeky. Room was nice size and comfortable bed. No biscuits with the tea facilities. Shower was good. Breakfast was expensive, took ages for us to be seated even though we confirmed a time the night before, took ages to be served. We had the full english, it was luke warm and toast was like cardboard. Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend staying here and we wont be back.

Check-in was a little confusing, as the reception was located further down the road and not via an entrance that we first approached. The decor in the room and hallways of the hotel gave it a luxurious feel and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and they kindly stored our luggage the following day. The room itself was rather small and the fridge did not appear to be working, despite being switched on. The multiple lightswitches were difficult to navigate and there was no wardrobe space.

The room was very small and dingy along with the shower and toilet. The bed although chose double wasn't big enough for 2 to sleep comfortably. overall the location was great and easily reachable to the nearest attractions. Would def recommend the walking tour. The price I paid for the room I stayed in was exceptional value for money, spacious and comfortable as well as looking lovely. The staff were very friendly and courteous, taking the time to provide me with directions and making available a preferred table in the dining room. Would stay here again and recommend to any visitors of Bath that don’t mind a brief walk into the city centre, though taxis and other forms of transport are easily accessible.

Disappointing. I had a very cold smelly top room. A combination of mould, caulking and new paint. So bad it brought on wheezing. There were no meals available in the restaurant at 6pm and then breakfast was a dry muffin topped with the smallest slice of salmon and poached egg. On a huge plate. You can hear through the walls. The place looks like it's been quickly thrown together. The photos don't correlate with reality. Dark dingy and no atmosphere. Certainly not value for money. When I spoke to the staff about this, I was met with a very defensive attitude.

The staff were very friendly from arrival, and continued to be very good throughout. The room was up several flights of stairs, which was fine for us, but would not be suitable for elderly or infirm people, and lift was out of order throughout our stay. The gentleman at reception was far from helpful, when checking in he pointed through the restaurant to tell us our room was through there. No offer to help with luggage or facilities. When asked if we could park in the onsite carpark we were just told there was no space and to go to podium (no instructions where it was or how to get there). The hotel and room itself was nice but the room was unbearably cold, myself and my husband both had to wear jumpers to bed. The duvet was so thin which did not help. The plug didn’t work in bathroom. At 1am all we could hear was people above us stomping around and going up and down stairs, so much so the chandelier in the room was swinging. We were unable to have the lie in we needed due to being freezing so we checked out earlier than wanted. When we checked out the same gentleman with no hospitality skills was on the reception desk of which the only thing he said was “nothing left to pay”. Didn’t ask how our stay was etc. All in all we were terribly underwhelmed with our ‘superior boutique room’ stay, it was completely below any expectations and would receive better customer service from staff at a travelodge.

There were a few men dressed in suits whispering to the staff and walking about on phones that made breakfast feel like we were sitting with mafia and made the silent atmosphere quite uncomfortable. Comfort room is really tiny and one luggage rack meant most of our stuff was on the floor. Bathroom is designed badly, soap dispenser too far from sink and drips over toilet. We stayed on a Thursday night for one night, for my partners birthday. We were kindly upgraded to room 201 which was a gorgeous room at the front of the hotel. Decor was quirky with a boutique feel throughout, the breakfast was delightful, and the staff were superb.

This property was in easy walking distance to all the major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our room was extremely small by any standards and very dark. I noticed that 5 of the 6 bulbs in the overhead light were not working so...The breakfast was very good and cooked from a variety of choices on the menu! For location and breakfast it's a 5 star.

My room was located next to the front door i was continually woken up throughout the night with people coming in. I was also woken really early this morning when guests started leaving. The door bangs and was really squeeky. Room was nice size and comfortable bed. No biscuits with the tea facilities. Shower was good. Breakfast was expensive, took ages for us to be seated even though we confirmed a time the night before, took ages to be served. We had the full english, it was luke warm and toast was like cardboard. Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend staying here and we wont be back.

I loved Henrietta House in the past, but this time was a disappointment. I had stayed in a boutique room before, but this time, I had booked a traditional room. Unfortunately even the new fridge didn't cool to the temp you'd expect. Also, I was disappointed by the fact that hotels.com says parking is available. It is not.

Good one night stay. The area is lovely and the building is well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable, chosen from a menu, some of the ingredients felt quite basic, for example the pastrijes served were mini and the yoghurt was low quality and individual pot was served. The bedroom was clean enough but found previous occupants shoes in wardrobe, no apology when presenting these to reception staff. We were directed to a staircase to our bedroom which was on the top floor and a bit of a trek with suitcases, only later did we notice there is a lift.
