Meget hjælpsom personale. Venlig og flinke. Fint værelse men prisen lidt dyre end den burde være efter min mening. Meget fornuftig gå afstand til det meste.

The property was clean. The blanket I used was not, however. So that was a bit off putting. The hotel is old and not updated. We used an actual key, which is fine. Howe er, it was very difficult to get the key to work. The room was also down another hallway. The steps were slippery and not even. The staff at check in was rude. He seemed confused about how we were paying. I explained it to him but he ultimately called the under.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. But, the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway, as well as loud stomping noises from the room above. I also did not feel that the room was very clean. There was no proper comforter, only a blanket, and it appeared stained and dusty. The room also had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, a dog in another room barked constantly, which was very disruptive. The amenities were disappointing as well. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but when I opened the shampoo container, I found dust and hair inside, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. While the location was great, the cleanliness, noise issues, and overall condition of the room made my stay much less enjoyable.

Très bonne surprise. Logement très propre y compris les draps, les serviettes et couvertures. Salle de bain et toilettes en bon état. Aucun problème avec les équipements mis à disposition, tous fonctionnels. Bon point également pour la literie qui est d'un bon niveau. La description du logement faite sur le site correspond à la réalité. Très bonne localisation pour accéder au metro. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration dans la zone, très proche de Times Square. Le seul point négatif est le bruit. Il y a beaucoup de passage à toute heure dans le couloir. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreille. Il n'est également pas possible de faire le noir complet dans le logement (rideaux). Rien de très pénalisant rapporté au ratio prix/prestation qui est excellent.

The location of this place worthsevery cent of your money. It has everything you need. Of course being a family of five with only one bathroom is tricky, but with enough time and logistic everything goes well. The beds are a bit noisy and squeaky and there’s noise from the streets on the weekends.
