We were 3 people and were give apt #5B for 4 nights. Positives: Very good location right on top of a metro station. While the building is at a noisy location, the apartment was quiet and clean. Fast food joints are in this building. So it’s convenient. That’s where the good part ends. For the steep price they charge, this place has a lot of negatives and provides poor value. You’d get a fantastic place for that money in the US. - Bathroom is tiny. There is no place to hang clothes inside the bathroom. - Tiny shower with odd angle of shower head. Water would get tepid and then cold when taking shower and even for a short duration. We had to time taking showers. - The bedroom is upstairs and the living room was downstairs. I’m not sure if it was clear from the description. - No heater upstairs and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. - TV turned on but had no cable or satellite connection. So it was useless. - The elevator is tiny and took time due to traffic. We ended up taking stairs many times. I’d not recommend this property at high prices.

Hotel ok amplo bem localizado porém quartos superiores de 2 andares com escada muito íngrime, elevador pequeno e não funcionava bem e um cheiro de desagradavel saindo do ar condicionado ao menos do meu quarto . Atenção as senhas para fazer check in . Recepção não está disponível toda hora e necessita de cartão para entrar. O hotel .

My only issue was the shower does not drain. The basin edge is 1.5 inches and fills in 2 min . Location great, ancross from train station. Still felt safe. all the things you could need if staying awhile. Ie washer , dishwasher fridge .

Was the best place I stayed form about 10 places around Spain that I had stayed at. I am hooked on apartments now over hotels, you have all the stuff to make life comfort , washing machine, kettle and microwave and room to move. I stayed in a studio which is plenty for 2 people but next time I would probably stay on a higher floor. If you want somewhere without people this isn’t for you but if you don’t mind a small amount of street noise then this is it.

60 balconies is in a terrific location, close to museums and transportation. When I walked into the lobby, I thought well this is a dated establishment, although spotlessly clean. However, when I reached my room/apartment I was completely impressed with the modern features, including dishwasher, washer and dryer refrigerator, things I really didn’t need for my two nights stay. Keep in mind that the reception stuff is only available in the daytime, but it was very easy to access the building anytime of night.

60 balconies is in a terrific location, close to museums and transportation. When I walked into the lobby, I thought well this is a dated establishment, although spotlessly clean. However, when I reached my room/apartment I was completely impressed with the modern features, including dishwasher, washer and dryer refrigerator, things I really didn’t need for my two nights stay. Keep in mind that the reception stuff is only available in the daytime, but it was very easy to access the building anytime of night.

Location is awosome, Stuff is very friendly. Had issue to check in at the self-checkin machine but was helped remotely. One of the bed room facing street is very noisy. air conditioner was not working for the first night. Fixed by stuff next day.

We really enjoyed our flat. It was spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The area is very centrally located close to everything but can get very very noisy at very late hours ( bar below). Thank goodness the strong windows did mute the noise to some extent. The AC is perfect. If it wasn’t for the noise and that there was no dryer to dry our clothes ( there is a washer !!) it would have been a 5

Property is perfectly located across from the Atocha station with an another metro stop right outside the door. Easy walking distance to the Prado Museum and many eatery options right outside the door. Studio was amazing - clean and spacious, with just about every amenity needed for a short or long stay.

Nice, spacious room but we didn’t like that there are attendants there at certain times during the day. Also, there were no blackout curtains, just some sheer curtains and awkward roller blinds that didn’t completely cover the windows and give you privacy. Other than that it was nice

Our suit apartment fit perfectly our family of four. Our teen had their own room with their own twin beds, while we had our own queen bed as well. We loved all the space it had to offer with our own kitchen that fit all our family needs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as pharmacies. Easy to get a taxi to all the main points. The main train station is just literally across the street which perfect for us just to walk over with our luggage to head to Barcelona to continue or Spain trip. We would highly recommend this place for families.

The apartment was old, needed maintenance for everything from bathrooms to door knobs, slow WiFi, the door bell, the list goes on. The apartments were not soundproofed at all. The noise from the street kept us up all night and it was impossible to relax during the day. Upon arrival, the reception was away and the bathroom door had a problem and wouldn’t open. We had to wait till the next day to sort it out where she insisted that “it only requires a strong push”. Wrong WiFi password was given on the first day as well. All in all we will never stay there again, not worth the money and the area is full of robberies.

We had a horrible stay at this hotel due to a complete lack of security and privacy. At 9:30 a.m., the receptionist opened the door to our room without knocking. My husband was in the bathroom right next to the door, completely naked, and she saw him. He felt extremely uncomfortable, and we felt exposed. This is unacceptable—there was no warning, no knock, she just walked right in. I would never stay at a hotel that doesn’t respect basic privacy, and I felt unsafe knowing that someone could enter the room at any time. Hotel ok amplo bem localizado porém quartos superiores de 2 andares com escada muito íngrime, elevador pequeno e não funcionava bem e um cheiro de desagradavel saindo do ar condicionado ao menos do meu quarto . 60 balconies is in a terrific location, close to museums and transportation. When I walked into the lobby, I thought well this is a dated establishment, although spotlessly clean. However, when I reached my room/apartment I was completely impressed with the modern features, including dishwasher, washer and dryer refrigerator, things I really didn’t need for my two nights stay. Keep in mind that the reception stuff is only available in the daytime, but it was very easy to access the building anytime of night.

My mother and I stayed here, and loved the room! It was an ideal location for all the things we wanted to do. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and were happy to help in any way they could. I would recommend any of friends or family to stay here.

The place is nice and at arrival they were nice and helpful. At departure, today 28 August very unprofessional. One of us alone with 3 pieces of lugagge, asked for a taxi and the guy at reception told to look for it youtself. He even was not nice enough to indicate that closeby there was a taxi stop full of them. Terrible! Will not come back to this place!

Property is perfectly located across from the Atocha station with an another metro stop right outside the door. Easy walking distance to the Prado Museum and many eatery options right outside the door. Studio was amazing - clean and spacious, with just about every amenity needed for a short or long stay.

This apartment was in a great location, even thought the nearby Metro station is closed until October 2023. The place was clean, easy to get to, and nicely appointed. Many attractions and conveniences are walkable, including the Reina Sofia museum (basically next door), the Atocha train station, the Retiro, and the many bus stops that lead you anywhere in the city.

This was the perfect place for our one-night stay. Conveniently located to Atocha train station, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, El Retiro Park, and so much more. The room was spacious and comfortable for two, very quiet inside even though it’s on a bustling street, and we really appreciated the espresso maker with pods that were provided! Check in was easy and the associate was friendly. Highly recommend 60 Balconies!

We were really impressed with the room and facilities. It's ideal for a stay of/over a few days, and the room has a dishwasher and a kitchen, which were fully equipped. The room was quite cold, which was nice given the season's heat. Our first-floor room was somewhat loud, but that is to be expected given the location and didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

60 Balconies Art was a great experience. There was a slight issue at first but the hotel staff was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful! They immediately solved our issue and were very attentive to our needs. The room is very spacious and the location was fantastic and right in the heart of the city. Would recommend to any larger groups traveling to Madrid for the weekend!
