The pictures are misleading. This is a partially updated MOTEL. The room was spacious but the furniture was old and stained. The vinyl flooring looked nice but was excessively dirty. The bathroom had not been updated. The pool was across the parking lot - next to the main road and did not have it's own lighting. Seemed like a safety hazard. Overall, the beds seemed fairly new and were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the neighborhood felt safe. This hotel can be worth the money if you are just looking for a place to sleep on your way through town. It is not a destination. Limited breakfast, no common space, not kid-friendly.

Parking spaces are fairly narrow in middle area. Staff very nice and helpful. Not far from restaurants and shopping. Close to convention center without high cost and rooms are appropriate with charges.

Moldy coffee maker, lipstick 💋 marks on the walls, and late staff so no grab & go breakfast. For a non smoking room it was weird having cigarette burns around the room and the door kept getting stuck so it was really hard to open, especially for an 80 year old woman. Beds were nice and room great size. Pleasant staff and nice clean pool.

It was nice to have 3 beds for us, daughter, and granddaughters. Staff was great, came quickly to change stained sheets. No one in office at 8:00am for complimentary breakfast to go. Pool was refreshing. Had a great dinner at a nearby Pub. Surrounding area had great restaurant and shopping options

I loved the front desk he was so helpful and accommodating to our needs the housekeeping staff were so nice and helpful very resourceful. The other people staying there were so nice too. My kids loved the swimming pool it was perfect!!

Well lit parking lot, safe area. Very quiet at night. Staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly. I don’t know if the front desk man is the owner or an hourly employee but if he’s hourly, I hope he’s compensated appropriately. Very nice man. Hotel is close to all kinds of food and shops. Great for walking to dinner after spending all day in a car.

Reception kindly accommodated my late arrival. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The recent interior room refurbishments give a clean, modern feel. Definitely good value for the price. The ‘grab and go’ breakfast was limited and the advertised discount access for a nearby gym is no longer available. Two minor negatives but I would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and personable. We learned later it was the owner. Check in went smooth. He gave us bottom floor as requested. Room was very clean which is most important to me. There was microwave and fridge in room bed was comfortable. Walk in shower was fine. Only negative is lack of places to plug in devices and those towels are small and thin. I ended up unplugging lights for devices. Breakfast is coffee juice apple and some packaged muffins.

Everything was clean except they didnt clean the bathroom floor it had long black hair all over. The owner was very nice. We had a big room with three queen size beds, it had alot of space. There is no carpet in the room so the floor was very slippery my husband fell getting out of bed and we are handicapped. I suggest a mat by the bed. Their website needs to be updated there was no cereal like the pictures showed, also no milk for the packages of oatmeal. All in all it was a nice place to stay very quiet.

We stayed less than an hour. My child refused to even go in the bathroom, had to go to the store next door. Toilet seat had multiple burn spots, floor and walls were dirty. Both comforters had multiple stains, sheets were stained, beds had dirt and sand in them. You could smell cigarette smoke from the past in the room and to office smelled like it was still smoked in regularly. Chair and wall in the room had what looked like ink stains all over them. There was random mess on the floor. After less than an hour we decided it wasn’t worth the rest and pushed the remaining 150 miles home after 200+ miles in 100 degrees. Do not recommend, will not return. Only positive is owner did not dispute the refund(because he knows the place is substandard)

After a long and tiring day, I stepped into the bathroom to take a shower. I reached out for the towel, started drying my face, and felt strands of hair brushing against my skin. Disgusted, I moved the towel away and saw several long, dark hairs on the supposedly clean and untouched towel. There were also many strands of hair and body hair scattered on the bathroom floor.

Bed sheets were not washed & cleaned. Stinks and dog paw prints were still on the sheet. (It is impossible not see these dirts) when we figured out the sheets were not changed m, it was too late and there was noone to ask for help.

Room cold heater set at max 75 need to run for a long time to warm the room up. Better if they could turn on the heat few hours before guest arrival. Need to fix curtains don’t close properly letting in street light. Windows not double glazed you get to contend with all street noises

In one of the two rooms we booked, the microwave and hairdryer didn't seem to work-- luckily we were able to use the ones in the other room. The guy at the office where we picked up the keys was super friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a good price. Would book again.

This hotel/motel is a good value and the interior definitely exceeds the expectations that the exterior makes one expect. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The shower is spacious and has plenty of hot water. I was very pleased with my one night stay and do expect to return in the future.

The room was spacious for having 3 queen beds in it. The room could definitely use some updates to the paint and shower and the mattresses were uncomfortable. With that in mind My family and I were rather pleased with it.

My husband & I stayed here for a weekend trip to see a concert at The Gorge. The room was large and looked like it had been recently renovated. The bed was fairly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location was central to everything we needed, which was very convenient. Everyone we dealt with were awesome - super friendly and very helpful. *Fyi, there is a shuttle from Wenatchee right to The Gorge. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one-day stay at this property as a family of four, including two kids. To our pleasant surprise, the owner upgraded us to a larger room than we originally booked — a thoughtful and generous gesture that we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized that our kids had left behind their two Kindle Fire tablets in the room. By the time we discovered it, we were already too far away to return. We immediately contacted the property owner, who was incredibly understanding and went out of his way to help. Not only did he promptly agree to send the tablets back via priority mail, but when the package was returned the first time due to an address issue, he made the effort to re-send it again — without any hesitation. This level of kindness and customer care is rare. Thanks to his help, our kids were thrilled to be reunited with their tablets. We’re deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay with genuine hospitality and integrity.

I loved the front desk he was so helpful and accommodating to our needs the housekeeping staff were so nice and helpful very resourceful. The other people staying there were so nice too. My kids loved the swimming pool it was perfect!!

We checked in at 9pm the was still dirty from the guests before, and it took them over 2 hours to clean it up. To top it offer the “owner” promised a full refund for my 2 nights stay but never showed. I even talked to expedia customer support that he was going to issue a refund, it never came look. Spend the money and better hotel its worth it

Reception kindly accommodated my late arrival. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The recent interior room refurbishments give a clean, modern feel. Definitely good value for the price. The ‘grab and go’ breakfast was limited and the advertised discount access for a nearby gym is no longer available. Two minor negatives but I would definitely stay again.

We rented two rooms and both smelled of smoke. Front desk was very apologetic about it but nothing could really be done. Outside of the property is clean. There was a lot of yelling/noise from other guests tenants very late into the evening/early morning. The property manager/front desk attendant was ver friendly and helpful in every interaction we had.

The inn was right downtown and only a block away from a variety of restaurants. The new owner is renovating and I think it will be very nice when finished but right now there are are some things that still need fixed.

Room was excellent, staff, friendly as could be, but the vagrants apparently spending the night in their car in the parking lot left me feeling uneasy. The drunk man a few door down with beer bottles spread across the walkway didn't help either.

This motel is very convenient to downtown, close to the convention center and restaurants. It is minimal...really just a place to sleep... but the low price and convenience make it worthwhile.

Well lit parking lot, safe area. Very quiet at night. Staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly. I don’t know if the front desk man is the owner or an hourly employee but if he’s hourly, I hope he’s compensated appropriately. Very nice man. Hotel is close to all kinds of food and shops. Great for walking to dinner after spending all day in a car.

We were attracted by the price. Hotel is older than it looks in the pictures. Breakfast was prewrapped pastry and a piece of fruit so don't expect a full breakfast.

The pictures are misleading. This is a partially updated MOTEL. The room was spacious but the furniture was old and stained. The vinyl flooring looked nice but was excessively dirty. The bathroom had not been updated. The pool was across the parking lot - next to the main road and did not have it's own lighting. Seemed like a safety hazard. Overall, the beds seemed fairly new and were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the neighborhood felt safe. This hotel can be worth the money if you are just looking for a place to sleep on your way through town. It is not a destination. Limited breakfast, no common space, not kid-friendly.

Once we had arrived we were greeted by a unenthusiastic front desk, then revealed that the pool was closed without notice and without any timeframe of it being available. The bathroom had ants next to the shower on the exterior wall. The room smelled as if someone had smoked cigarettes before we checked in yet it was a smoke free room. There was also a run down car parked in the back lot and it seemed as if someone was living out of it. The “Breakfast” is dollar store pastries and orange juice concentrate, absolutely nothing short of a joke. Will never stay here again and you couldn’t pay me the money I spent to stay there again. You’ve been warned!

Moldy coffee maker, lipstick 💋 marks on the walls, and late staff so no grab & go breakfast. For a non smoking room it was weird having cigarette burns around the room and the door kept getting stuck so it was really hard to open, especially for an 80 year old woman. Beds were nice and room great size. Pleasant staff and nice clean pool.

They gave us expired food in breakfast and we did not check it first once we ate some bread and muffin my wife find out food package they gave us was expired and then we tell him food is expired and he said sorry I did not check it that was very unprofessional how he did not check he is giving expired food.

Nice older hotel, friendly helpful staff, room was clean, swimming pool felt nice on a hot afternoon. This hotel advertises a continental style breakfast is included, but that was very limited, and was mostly depleted by 0830. Just a few oranges, apples, a couple pastries and a pot of coffee. Also, the ice machine needs a through cleaning.

We were two people and we only had two smaller size towels for bath and NO face towels. Reception gentleman was nice. Breakfast very limited.....pass 8:00am and was not ready so we had to leave.

the clerk was very pleasant, even got me key before check in time( promising not to try to get in before an hour. the towels were very small and super thin, you could see the light through it, there were no Kleenex, had to use toilet paper . office didn't open until 8 AM so couldn't get " to go breakfast' since I left at 7

The host is absolutely amazing. Gives the family vibe rather than the cold corporate vibe. That is what made this stay the most pleasant in a long time. Absolutely the best value, pool was clear and room was fairly clean for an older type motel. Right downtown, close to all amenities, markets and shopping. Smaller to go breakfast, but more than enough to eat. Air conditioning works well, linens clean, bar fridge and microwave worked well. Thank you for a great stay, will be back for a visit!!!

The room smelled like a poorly maintained senior home. There were a number of electrical issues. Light switches with no apparent use. The room had many sconce lights by the beds (3 beds). The lights had a push button switch mounted on the fixture. On one fixture the switch's retaining nut was missing so when the switch was pressed the entire switch was pushed into the lamp base. There was supposed to be WIFI available and even though the WIFI network appears on the device no connection could be made after a number of attempts. The wall mounted air conditioner did provide cold air but the noise level was intolerable. I would suggest that hotels.com discontinue listing this property.
