Nous avons, mon épouse et moi, passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel confortable, extrêmement propre et bien situé, à 5 mn en voiture du centre-ville d'Aoste. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Le cadre est superbe. Il y a deux parkings gratuits, spécialement pour l'hôtel, l'un contre le bâtiment principal, et l'autre en face.

너무 감사했습니다. 늦은 체크인을 했는데도 기다려주셔서 감사했습니다. 이 호텔을 선택한 것은 저의 행운이였습니다. 무료주차와 주차장이 가까와서 좋았어요. 나중에 알고 봤더니 아오스타 시내엔 차가 들어갈 수 없어서 바깥 주차장에 주차하고 그 많은 짐을 들고 들어갔었어야 했어요. 아오스타에서 자려다가 늦은 체크인을 받아주는 곳이 없어서 이 호텔과 전화로 연락한 뒤 1박을 결제했네요. 1박만 하려가다 2박을 하게 됐습니다. 모든 직원분들 친절하셨습니다. 슬리퍼는 없었지만 냉장고 안에 물 2병이 있었어요. 청소상태도 깨끗했고, 방 크기도 적당했어요. 무료조식도 괜찮았습니다 스파가 있었으면 했지만 운영을 안 하는 것 같았어요. 스파하려고 Qcterme montebianco 갔었는데 날씨가 안 좋기도 했지만 너무 작아서 비추입니다. 폴레인 쪽이라 아오스타까지 2.5km정도 차을 타고 갔습니다. Skyway montebianco 까지는 호텔에서 45분정도 걸립니다. 이쪽에 다시 온다고 해도 여기에 다시 숙박할거에요. 모든 직원분들 감사했습니다.

Inadmissible vous êtes des amateurs, j'avais réservé cet hôtel pour le SPA, et à mon arrivée le spa était complet. Et on m'a proposé le lendemain pour 50 Euro par personne !!! Une véritable escroquerie, je suis deçu, trés deçu, JAMAIS je n'y retournerai ......

Wonderful stay! We used the spa facilities on our first night which were beautiful absolutely spotless! Staff were really friendly and gave us recommendations on local food and the best route to take on our onward journey. Tasty breakfast too with lots of options.

Personale gentilissimo, struttura vicina ad Aosta con ampio parcheggio scoperto ed incustodito, pulita e con una bella area esterna destinata alla spa disponibile su prenotazione e con supplemento. Camera silenziosa e climatizzata. Nel bagno mancava però il bidet, il lavabo è minuscolo e c'è solo una piccola mensola d'appoggio. Colazione varia con spremute e uova strapazzate disponibili con supplemento.

Hotel Diana Pollein truly is a jewel. Run by a family, the whole staff always is very attentive to your needs and wishes. The property is welcoming, clean and professionally run. The breakfast offers a complete line of breads, juices, fruits, ham and cheese. Excellent quality for the price! I recommend it very much.

Super hotel - bedrooms were very clean but could do with updating which you can see they are working on. The staff are truly amazing - if Carlsburg did staff, they would come from here ! Reception staff,especially the Italian Ab Fabulous one was a superstar👍

We arrived late and were there for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast is included with the price and serving staff was very friendly. We missed the breakfast but staff was kind of enough to give us tea and water upon request. The area was nice. It’s near the mountains and perhaps people come here to go skiing. If I ever come back to the Aosta area I would consider coming back to this hotel.

A beautiful hotel, the room was big, the breakfast is excellent,The view is stunning, the location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to the entire Aosta region and the Gran Paradiso nature reserve. The hotel staff both at reception and at breakfast were amazing, so kind and considerate. There is no doubt that we will return here again when traveling in the area.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Kind, welcoming, cheerful. Our room is good. Bed is comfortable. Sheets and bedding, while good, are getting a little old. Same for the bathroom. The area is peaceful and quiet. The restaurant downstairs, unrelated to the hotel, is a surprisingly great find. Top-notch stone oven pizzas and seafood full of locals.

Ottima stry comoda per chi vuole essere vicino alla telecabina per Pila. Personale gentilissimo buona colazione. Unica pecca i cuscini. Preferirei avere la scelta del cuscino morbido e duro visto che soffro di cervicale. Per il resto tutto perfetto consigliatissimo ci torneremo sicuramente ancora

Nous avons, mon épouse et moi, passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel confortable, extrêmement propre et bien situé, à 5 mn en voiture du centre-ville d'Aoste. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Le cadre est superbe. Il y a deux parkings gratuits, spécialement pour l'hôtel, l'un contre le bâtiment principal, et l'autre en face.

Very good hotel. Excellent staff. Good value for money. We stay for skiing in pila. Car is required as it's around 5 min drive. Not much in Pollien but it was a good base for us. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful hotel, the room was big, the breakfast is excellent,The view is stunning, the location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to the entire Aosta region and the Gran Paradiso nature reserve. The hotel staff both at reception and at breakfast were amazing, so kind and considerate. There is no doubt that we will return here again when traveling in the area.

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo ao centro de Aosta. Tem um ponto de ônibus em frente a hospedagem. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, com camas comfortáveis, e limpos assim como o banheiro sempre com toalhas limpas, xampu e sabonete a disposição. Os funcionários do local são bem calmos e compreensivos, estando a disposição para ajudar em caso de problemas. O café da manha é bem farto de comidas, e tem um local bem amplo para comer. No geral é uma ótima opção para se hospedar na região.

We arrived late and were there for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast is included with the price and serving staff was very friendly. We missed the breakfast but staff was kind of enough to give us tea and water upon request. The area was nice. It’s near the mountains and perhaps people come here to go skiing. If I ever come back to the Aosta area I would consider coming back to this hotel.

Hotel Diana Pollein truly is a jewel. Run by a family, the whole staff always is very attentive to your needs and wishes. The property is welcoming, clean and professionally run. The breakfast offers a complete line of breads, juices, fruits, ham and cheese. Excellent quality for the price! I recommend it very much.

Last minute reservation done without much search. Was greatly surprised. Rooms are spacious and their breakfast was wonderful and included. The front staff gave us a great restaurant recommendation. It was dinner at the farm nearby (400m). The meal was delicious and the owner and staff wonderful. Dinner was delicious and got some local Genepi and Grappa complimentary.

Wonderful stay! We used the spa facilities on our first night which were beautiful absolutely spotless! Staff were really friendly and gave us recommendations on local food and the best route to take on our onward journey. Tasty breakfast too with lots of options.

Absolutely wonderful stay. I was mind blown by the kindness and enthusiasm when I arrived a few HOURS early… instead of receiving a typical annoyed response there was a warm heartfelt welcome and joyful notification that my room was ready. The receptionist also gave me a great explanation of things to do in the area along with 2 maps. The housekeeper‘s warmth made me feel like my mom was taking care of me. The man at the reception made my Birthday extra special. How do you hire people like this?! You can’t (at least in my experience). It is a family owned and run business based in a deep service of love that exudes and extends to guests. To continue gushing… breakfast for only €7 extra was wonderful with delicious homemade cakes. The location was peaceful and you can find a large park and walking path by the river only a few meters down the hill. Parking was super easy. I managed to get a spot in the lot directly in front but if that fills up there’s another lot in front just across a not very busy street. The overhead square shower head didn’t really work for me. It was positioned too high and the arm that held it was too long but the hand held nozzle had great pressure and could be adjusted to have a great showering experience. The temps were in the 90s(F) and the AC worked great. I didn’t use the spa services but it would make a great place to stay for a retreat! Highly recommend this hotel and cannot say enough wonderful things about the kindness of the staff
