Chambres plutot fonctionnelles, bien equipées, plateau thé/café rempli ts les jours, excellent buffet petit déj., oeufs et pancakes préparés à la demande. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Seul point negatif: 1 ascenseur sur les 2 en panne pour plusieurs semaines.

There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same. 1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have. 2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately. 3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked. There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

Kort uppehåll. Valde hotellet pga att de har en pool. Den visade sig vara minimal. I övrigt är Madrid inte en stad för sommarturism. Väldigt mkt folk. Fantastiskt nattliv dock om man orkar med det.

It was exceptionally clean & in the heart of Gran Via . The staff were very friendly & helpful. What I didn’t like was the workers outside filing the skip with rubble early hours. Though one can’t help one jobs are called in.

Hôtel central au cœur de Madrid. Grands magasins et transports accessibles à pied. Facile de rayonner autour de l’hôtel à pied. Chambres propres, nettoyées quotidiennement et confortables (bonne douche, rideaux réellement occultants, machine à café, …). Belle terrasse et piscine sur le toit de l’hôtel (quoique l’eau de la piscine un peu fraîche par 37 degrés dehors). Merci pour l’accueil!

L'hôtel est très bien. Personnel disponible et propreté des chambres au top. Chambres très bien équipées. Le seul problème c'est le mur devant la fenêtre de la chambre, aucune vue sur l'extérieur pour profiter du soleil ou de la pluie on ne sait pas avant de sortir et du coup chambre sombre. Dommage car calme côté cour.

Location is great. Callao subway station is nearby. A lot of attractions are within walking distance like the Royal palace, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Espana. There's a swimming pool at the rooftop which is a plus during hot summer days. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure. McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Carl's Jr as well as boba tea places are nearby on Gran Via. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

I loved how all personnel was all very attentive and helpful all the rooms are spotless, smells good, breakfast was also very delicious with fresh grounded coffee every morning, and bar also had good drinks. Its located at the heart of gran Via close to everything

Die Lage des Hotels ist herausragend. Direkt um die Ecke der Gran Via ist man mittendrin. Ein Highlight ist auch die Terrasse im 12. Stock des Hotels. Selbst im Januar kann man dort gemütlich sitzen, da es überall Heizstrahler gibt. Unser Zimmer war nicht zur Straße ausgerichtet. Nur die Superior Zimmer haben diese Ausrichtung. Unser Fenster zeigt in einen Lichtschacht innerhalb des Hotels. Richtiges Tageslicht kam nicht viel rein, aber ausreichend frische Luft. Unsere Badtür konnte nicht zugemacht werden. Das Schloss funktionierte nicht. Abgesehen von diesen beiden Dingen hat es uns aber gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr nett!

Good breakfast The views were not as promised - patio was not really a patio but a tiny balcony with view of the internal yard and windows from other units Elevator was broken the last day so had to wait for another elevator more than 15 min each time The room was generally very nice and the bathroom/shower very big Could not figure out how to make TV work. I like the hotel a lot and am a regular guest. The hotel is really nice and has a great rooftop. The staff is usually extremely welcoming and professional. This time, however, the unfriendly tone of the manager at reception was quite annoying. There was a mixup because I was charged breakfast (which I did not book), and he claimed to have asked me upon check-in whether I wanted breakfast and claimed I had said yes (which I did not do). In fact, I checked in with another staff member (who was actually super friendly). In any case, in the end, the breakfast charge was cancelled, but the tone of the manager was completely unacceptable. Should I go back to the hotel, I hope this reception manager has the same friendly, professional tone as his subordinates.

Especial mente muy buena !!! Tuve algunos cosas con el pago !!! Pago todo el alojamiento y después me dicen que debo una noche bueno ya está la pague , el tres vuelvo y sé que pague en efectivo y me dicen que no está pago otra ves con lo mismo !!! There were issues but believed staff worked substantially to address same. 1. Hotels.com issue. Although it is indicated that there is an Airport Transfer, no such transfer was ever available. A main reason why we had booked so disappointing to not have. 2. Room was nice but paid for a King Size Bed- the bed was not a King Size. Sheets were unclean but Reception addressed immediately. 3. Access to rooftop pool was limited because a wedding had been booked. There are some great team members at this hotel (Rui) and overall, the location and amenities were great - when available.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location, quiet inside but in the thick of it outside. Really enjoyed our quick stay.

El hotel tiene la opción de reserva y paga en el hotel, pero se les ocurrió cancelarme la reserva el día antes sin yo haber llegado al hotel. Ellos dicen que trataron de cobrar antes de llegar, lo cual no debe ser si la opción que escogí fue pagar cuando llegara. Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido debido a que a la hora que llegue tuve que buscar donde alojarme después de casi 18 horas volando y sin dormir. Y además quedarme en otro lugar con un precio demasiado alto de lo que tenia que pagar en este hotel.

Just a few steps from the Gran Via with a bus stop directly across the street and Metro Callao station a 5-minute walk. Fantastic location for access, shopping, dining. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Easy on the eyes as well.

Great facility located in the central part of Madrid. Easy walk to the museums , palace and shopping areas. Nice bar and pool on the roof provided a nice retreat after a full day. Plenty of great restaurants in walking area too. Would happily stay there again

Location is great. Callao subway station is nearby. A lot of attractions are within walking distance like the Royal palace, Puerta del Sol or Plaza de Espana. There's a swimming pool at the rooftop which is a plus during hot summer days. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure. McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Carl's Jr as well as boba tea places are nearby on Gran Via. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo through Expedia some years ago and decided to stay there again for the reasons mentioned above. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel from other business so at times it was a bit noisy from construction from other business. This time as part of the reservation we choose the breakfast buffet, and the dinner which was included with our reservation. First let me say the food was great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very accommodating, and were asking as if we needed anything from them, or asked about our food choices for another day. We had a great time, the staff was wonderful, and I have recommended this Hotel to friends. We would certainly go there again.

Excellent emplacement poyr découvrir Madrid. Les métros sont a proximité mais tout se fait bien a pied. Dommage pas de spa. Le personnel est tres sympathique et serviable. Petit dejeuner varié et tres bon.Le restaurant est par contre très moyen. Super choix je recommande

I loved how all personnel was all very attentive and helpful all the rooms are spotless, smells good, breakfast was also very delicious with fresh grounded coffee every morning, and bar also had good drinks. Its located at the heart of gran Via close to everything

Kort uppehåll. Valde hotellet pga att de har en pool. Den visade sig vara minimal. I övrigt är Madrid inte en stad för sommarturism. Väldigt mkt folk. Fantastiskt nattliv dock om man orkar med det.

It started off good with friendly front desk staff Laura for check in. However, on our first night we had to change rooms at 1am due to a a huge water leak coming from the air conditioner in the roof which didn’t seem to surprise guest services when we rang them to explain our problem.. Lucky there was a spare room for us to move into. After discussions the next morning with the front desk it was agreed that we should stay in the new room. We then went out to explore Madrid to come back at 3pm to find our new room had not been serviced. Front desk staff did organise this promptly. We received no acknowledgement from the hotel management of the inconvenience of moving rooms late at night. We visited the roof top bar where we found the bar staff rude and very slow to serve us after repeatedly trying to get their attention. We ended up leaving before we could buy a second a drink. It took us 15 minutes to get our bill. However, the Hotel is located in a great location to explore Madrid and breakfast was good. Pool is awesome!
