Lavadora en mal estado, no contaba con artículos de baño, excepto jabón, puerta dormitorio no cerraba, mucho ruido de Deptos. vecinos y no contaba con servicio de consignación para maletas. La comunicación fue solo x WS, nunca hubo un rostro visible.

Limpieza, ropa muy bien planchada, el apartamento cuando llegamos climatizado, sólo echamos en falta un tostador ,tuvimos que utilizar en su defecto una sandwicera pero estaba muy deteriorada.

O apto è em boa localização perto de mercado, restaurantes. Estava limpo, confortável com roupas de cama, banho e utensílios, peguei 2 aptos em um não tinha cafeteira. Tivemos um problema com o elevador que quebrou 2x e tivemos e subir e descer de escadas do 4 andar, inclusive malas, ele ficou parado por mais de 24 horas, reclamei por diversas vezes sobre e mandaram um tecnico. O elevador e bem pequeno

Although the apartment was ok and clean, it is not what I was looking for. It is advertised as a hotel room and it is not. I wasn’t informed I needed to do an online check-in otherwise I didn’t have the code to enter the building. I didn’t know I had to wait outside on the street until 3:00pm to get a code to enter. I didn’t know their “lobby” was in another address very far away. So I was on the street until found wifi from a shop who told me they were frustrated bcse this was a continuous situation of miss information that customers were getting every time they booked this place.

Modern and spacious for 5 people. Great location, walking distance to Prado museum and city center. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Entry codes were sent at last minute and our phone service wasn't working, so a bit clunky check in.

Check-in was a bit difficult, but they were responsive over the phone and we did manage to check-in after about an hour. The place can definitely use some updates to the bathroom, shower door was not closing in the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs shower the water was backing up. Beds were comfortable, but some of the radiators didn't work in the apartment and it was colder in the first floor bedroom. Overall this place was OK but can definitely use some TLC.

Close to most sites. Easy to hail a taxi if needed. Lots of food choices. Felt safe with lots of police presence, there was a police station close by. Wish they had a dryer. We could not hang laundry outside because it rained a lot during our stay. Wish we had a face to face contact during checkin. We did not do any cooking but it looked like there were plenty of pots and pans to do so

First thing we got as welcome greeting a set of buckets and moping set ! Then, the rooms could never be chilled due to the A/C would not work properly. The attic is right under the Madrid sun , we spent the time sweating like in a sauna ! Unfortunately, we could not move out due to summer time and places were completely book. I will definitely want my money back !

It was a great place in a very walkable neighborhood near the subway and the Prado. They made everything easy, providing all the information we needed and answering our questions, and then leaving us to just live in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Terrible mess getting codes for entry. I sent all info and credit card deposit in advance. Expected codes on date of stay. No response from property. Phone turned off. No response to text. Finally Hotel. Com sent me to the wrong property management office address . It was a mess!

La peor experiencia que he tenido, no le interesa en lo absoluto el cliente, fue imposible comunicarse con ellos, dejando tirada a nuestra familia sin hotel. La información que brindaron como códigos de ingreso al apartamento no era correcta y nunca respondieron a llamadas ni whatsapp ( Cosa que ellos admitieron) Definitivamente no lo recomendaría a nadie.

Terrible mess getting codes for entry. I sent all info and credit card deposit in advance. Expected codes on date of stay. No response from property. Phone turned off. No response to text. Finally Hotel. Com sent me to the wrong property management office address . It was a mess!

It was a great place in a very walkable neighborhood near the subway and the Prado. They made everything easy, providing all the information we needed and answering our questions, and then leaving us to just live in the apartment. Highly recommended!

First thing we got as welcome greeting a set of buckets and moping set ! Then, the rooms could never be chilled due to the A/C would not work properly. The attic is right under the Madrid sun , we spent the time sweating like in a sauna ! Unfortunately, we could not move out due to summer time and places were completely book. I will definitely want my money back !
