Já me hospedei algumas vezes no Radison mas será a última vez. A qualidade caiu significativamente. Esperei por 27 minutos um manobrista buscar meu carro (apenas um trabalhando no sábado), elevador apenas um funcionando (19 minutos pra conseguir descer), basta olharem as câmeras. Decepcionante. Era um dos melhores de Campinas, agora, nem de graça. Infelizmente sem condições. Preço muito alto para o que oferece. Não recomendo

Um dos meus hotéis favoritos! O café da manhã é simplesmente o melhor do mundo, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso, feito com extremo cuidado. A piscina é maravilhosa. Jantei duas noites no hotel e recomendo muito. Equipe receptiva, proativa e atenciosa. Destaque especial para Maira, que fez meu check in com muita simpatia, gentileza e atenção. Não foi minha primeira estadia e certamente não será a última.

The property and rooms were absolutely lovely. Everything is quite new, modern and trendy. They have a nice games room and pool. There are some quirky things around the property like a selfie camera and pirate maps. Staff were very friendly and helpful providing tips what to do around the area. We needed a crib during our stay and they had them available for us to use which was perfect. The breakfast was superb !! Delicious buffet and juices. You can also order tapioca off menu.

O hotel é bonito, confortável, bom café da manhã. O serviço de manobrista é horrível, leva uma eternidade para ser atendido. Os elevadores são insuficientes para a demanda em horários de pico. O check in é demorado e feito num local que parece improvisado, quiseram ser moderninhos mas ficou horrível. Pelo que oferece me arrependi de não ter ficado no Íbis.

A propriedade cita que os quartos sao a prova de som mas isso nao é verdade, de dentro do quarto escutava o corredor e a rua como se estivesse com a porta ou a janela aberta, respectivamente. O café da manhã é sensacional mas o valor da diária pra mim é elevado para o patrão das instalações. Quanto à cobranca de 165 de diaria por pet acho um assalto e um absurdo pelo que oferecem e pelo suposto dano ou custo que um pet pode dar; fira da realidade, tem que repensar isso.

The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning to the management of breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property! The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!! The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests. If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out. The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?! This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room. Just stay at the Melia ! Avoid!

We had such an incredible time at the Radisson the staff are wonderful the check in was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. They had a juice bar which you could choose your own fruit and and mint etc and they would make it for you at no extra charge. absolutely loved this. They also helped me. I left something in the room and they went out of their way Above And beyond to find it and I was really grateful for their help, and locating it.

HORRÍVEL!!!! Total falta de respeito com os hóspedes, quase 1 hora para fazer o check in, somente um atendente e uma fila enorme, com isso nos atrasamos para nosso compromisso, em Campinas existem vários outros hotéis melhores que esse aí, e olha que já ficamos várias vezes nesse hotel, mas ultimamente a cada hospedagem uma decepção, NÃO RECOMENDO, isso sem falar nas cortinas sujas do quarto e da TV via Internet que só vive travando! Escolham outros hotéis!

Liguei por volta das 06h para pedir um café expresso uma vez que o café da manhã iniciaria 6:30 e eu teria um compromisso…Fui informada pelo recepcionista que não seria possível realizar o pedido, e que se eu quisesse era só descer e pegar no restaurante, já que ele estava sozinho e não poderia subir para levar até o quarto. Um absurdo! Serviço lamentável

Fantástico, próximo a excelentes restaurantes, comércio e hospital. Gastronomia do Origens ( dentro do hotel)que serve pratos diversos, músicas à noite . Café da manhã com suco feito na hora com centrifuga. Pães , bolos e pratos quentes diversos. Quer saber mais, visita e depois me fala.

Melhoras: O chuveiro do quarto variou muito a temperatura precisando de ajustes constantes; O serviço do café da manhã com falta ou demora na reposição de alguns itens costumeiros como pão de queijo e iogurte. As mesas do café da manhã com demora na limpeza. Eu mesmo pequei uma mesa usada com boa aparência e busquei meus talheres na bancada de materiais.

The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning to the management of breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property! The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!! The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests. If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out. The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?! This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room. Just stay at the Melia ! Avoid!

Um dos meus hotéis favoritos! O café da manhã é simplesmente o melhor do mundo, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso, feito com extremo cuidado. A piscina é maravilhosa. Jantei duas noites no hotel e recomendo muito. Equipe receptiva, proativa e atenciosa. Destaque especial para Maira, que fez meu check in com muita simpatia, gentileza e atenção. Não foi minha primeira estadia e certamente não será a última.

Nice hotel, however, for my visit they were unable to fill up the shower gel, next to my room was some sort of fan that ran on and off which was loud during the night. Poor service in the restaurant, waited 15 minutes to get served before giving up.

Nice hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms. Front desk were great, great service. The restaurant service is not so good you are mainly ignored. The food was a mixed bag the mignon was overcooked and like leather while the spaghetti was very good. Desert was great but small. The second nights dinner was better in both terms of service and quality of food.

Had an experience which I never expected from a hotel like Radisson. On the day of checkout I left my bag at the reception and received a tag. Later during the day, I gave an additional bag to the lady at the reception and asked her to stow it away with my existing bag and showed her my luggage tag. When I went to collect my bags at the time of departure, only one bag was returned. Second bag went missing. When tried to explain the lady ( different than the one earlier) played dumb and didn’t want to investigate what happened to the bag. It has left a bad taste about Radisson. People staying here beware! The incident happened on the 26th March 2026 around 9:00 pm Brazil time.
