This is a mixed bag of good, so-so, and bad. The good: staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with a mix of protein and carbohydrate items. Good coffee. The bad: hot tub, all treadmills, and the juice dispenser all out of order. The treadmills "can't be used because it trips the electrical." I was concerned after that about electrical safety and the possibility of a fire. So-so: the beds were fairly hard and the rooms all had dehumidifiers that needed to be emptied a few times a day. So I guess there is a moisture issue. The hotel needs some work done to bring it up to date. I did choose this one for the hot tub and the treadmills but that was a bust. The staff was the best part of our stay.

Have stayed there before and will again. The only issue was the pool/hot tub had too much chemical in it on the Monday but was better on Tuesday. The timer on the hot tub was also broken.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We called ahead and asked if the pool/hot tub worked as we essentially booked for that. Was told yes. Got there, the "heated" pool was FREEZING, and the hot tub was colder than the pool. Told front desk, Maint "came back to fix it" and the next morning the pool was so hot you couldn't swim and the hot tub was freezing cold. 2 other couples said the same about why they booked a room here. Very disappointing and we will now look elsewhere when we book in Kingsland.

They rent out the pool for birthday parties and we could not use when we wanted to take a swim and it was extremely dirty. And jacuzzi did not work. We chose this hotel for these amenities and was not told upon booking.

Having stayed at this Country Inn before, I went back to not such a good visit. Little things but as a paying customer you should expect better. 1) Ice machine 3rd floor didn’t work 2) I know it’s continental breakfast but all they had for my 3 nights was frozen biscuits (warmed up) and canned sausage gravy. 3) Juice machine didn’t work 4) Hot tub was out of order. Understand things happen but at least let the customer know so they can decide on another location. 5) Front desk was asked about all the above and response was “I don’t know”. I will find another hotel for future visits which will be often.

I book this facility because of the whirlpool. It was not working. Fitness center was not working. I book a suite but it was not as portrayed on their website. The bed sat on a sheet metal base that sounded like a drum every time it was bumped. When I turned off the light over the coffee/microwave area it killed all the power outlets so our electronic devises could not be charged.

The carpets were stained and the lobby and hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The room didn’t smell like smoke but had stains on the sheets and bedding and there was hair in the shower. Washcloths were stained and looked dirty as well.

This place was horrible. The first room we were checked into had a preroll for a joint on the bathroom shelf, dirty towels hung over the shower bar, and had crab(the food) in the freezer. My daughter, whom was with me this trip, is allergic to fish and shellfish. She carries an epi pen for this reason. We went back to the front desk explaining that the room had not been finished being cleaned, what we had found, and the need to move rooms. The guy at the front desk said” opps sorry- try this one” and gave us a different room. This room had a broken door lock, little tiny bugs in the bathroom corners(small/baby silverfish type), a used soap bar stuck to the top of the towel holder, a bottle of margarita in the freezer, and a sour smell to the room. We took the margarita down to the front desk and asked for a manager. We were informed that there were no more rooms to try and the manager would not be in until Monday(this was a Friday). At this point we had been on the road for 15 hours so we went across the street to Taco Bell, came back to room to eat. When we lowered the blinds the mildew and water stains on them explained the smell in the room. We had already checked the beds for bedbugs (I mean really you would too at this point) and we went to bed. I put a chair under the door handle for safety. Breakfast was no better. They were out of everything- no juice, no yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, it was toast, my daughter was able to get enough batter 4, 1 waffle.

When we got to our room the door was not shut all the way. The room smelled horrible and musky. The toilet was filled with old urine. The dead bolt on the door does work. There were bugs everywhere. And the sheets were dirty in one of the beds. We liked staying here in the past but we probably won't be returning.

No one would answer desk phone the evening we checked in and we had no hot water. Waited until next morning and still no hot water. The floor hadn’t been swept in days. I also had two other couples that I recommend rooms to. One couple had to change rooms because of all the dog hair in their room there shoes and socks were covered. I am sure you will hear from here in here own. The it mother couple said their chair and ottoman was filthy they would sit in it or out anything on it. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Due to the fact that the room they put us in was not clean, beds were made.The towels were used and the bathroom was disgusting.Also, the sheets and budding were not clean either. The breakfast was okay, but individual servings for things like butter It was not permitted, apple juice, milk and other juices were not yet available. The indoor pool is not heated, and the hot tub is broken.

Was definitely an affordable option. Rooms and lobby were clean, and our favourite part was the newer tv in our room where we could watch our favourite streaming services. We did notice some stains on the pillows and bedding. We always bring our own comforter so that was okay, and called down to the front desk for more pillows which they happily got for us. The bed was fairly comfy but it squeaked constantly. Hard to get a good night’s sleep when any small movement created a loud noise.

Selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We had traveled all day and it allowed the children to enjoy if the weather was not good. Great location. Chick-fil-A across the street. Hot tub, not working. Out of all of the juices in the dining area. The rooms are dark. Lighting needs to be upgraded. The dining area was very dark. No lights over the juice area and the whole wall. We left and went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. It’s a joke. They say hot free breakfast but they’re out of everything

Room was clean but old and not updated at all, though that seemed to be common looking at the surrounding accommodations. The bathtub was yellowed. The pillows were small and not comfortable. On a positive note, the bed was newer and comfortable, which is the most important thing for a good night’s sleep.

The staff was extremely welcoming, courteous, and anxious to assist. Curb appeal was good, albeit deceiving of the room interiors. Common areas appeared to be kept well. The rooms were small, dirty, and the furnishings were that which you might see on the side of the road, inviting anyone to please remove them from the property. The "Deluxe" king room boasted two 32' Smart TV's, with an option to sign into several streaming channels, however the wifi was terribly weak, making it impossible to stream anything without constant buffering. At the end of the day, I would not utilize this property again.

The staff was all very pleasant. We had several hiccups, basically every single day our keys stopped working and we would have to go back down to the lobby and wait to get re-keyed. The hotel room itself was lacking. No extra pillow or blanket, king bed comes with 4 pillows that are TERRIBLE and flat. The bed itself is awful and uncomfortable. Everything in the room just seemed broken, in disrepair and dirty. The floor (no carpet) was sandy when we got there. Breakfast was nice and the hot tub was lovely....but don't expect to find any towels in the pool area.

I didn’t realize it was a hotel that accepted pets. Room What had vinyl plank flooring and was clean. Halls were a little rough and the AC system seems to be struggling with humidity.

Not a bad place for the price. Room was clean but dated. Bed was comfy. There was a bit of a musty old building smell but they did have dehumidifier in the room. They have a limited breakfast that could honestly be better but for what I paid I was just looking for a place to get off the road.

It was a night I surely didn't want. The room was hot and the air conditioner never got the room below 76°. The room phone didn't work. The tv had no channels available. The floors were dirty in the bathroom. The night clerk gave us a fan, bt the temperture nevet dropped. Breakfast was good, but the coffee ran out and the juice machine was broken. There are no USB connections in the room. I find it hard to believe this is a Radisson property, just from the condition of it. Needs a whole lot of maintenence.

Room 206: TV had the worst sound, remote was difficult, very limited TV stations, pillows to small for king bed, metal frame under bed kept stubbing toe on it, dehumidifier was too loud, threw a towel over it. Gym had two treadmills and both were out of order, gym not good, No water pressure in shower. Breakfast lady was not pleasant. The entry door to room 206 should automatically close without having to pull the door closed to lock. The sweet iced tea needed to be sweeter, pink lemonade dispenser didn’t work. The chocolate chip cookies were EXCELLENT. Coffee in room was good. Water refill in breakfast area was appreciated.

The entry door to room 206 should automatically close without having to pull the door closed to lock. The sweet iced tea needed to be sweeter, pink lemonade dispenser didn’t work. The chocolate chip cookies were EXCELLENT. Coffee in room was good. Water refill in breakfast area was appreciated.

This is a mixed bag of good, so-so, and bad. The good: staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with a mix of protein and carbohydrate items. Good coffee. The bad: hot tub, all treadmills, and the juice dispenser all out of order. The treadmills "can't be used because it trips the electrical." I was concerned after that about electrical safety and the possibility of a fire. So-so: the beds were fairly hard and the rooms all had dehumidifiers that needed to be emptied a few times a day. So I guess there is a moisture issue. The hotel needs some work done to bring it up to date. I did choose this one for the hot tub and the treadmills but that was a bust. The staff was the best part of our stay.

The hotel overall was great however as a general mention just to make the stay a little more comfortable the lady that was working the next morning and “monitoring” the breakfast may need to be spoken with in terms of how she addresses when the guest regarding their breakfast choices. Very rude in the way she addressed people about things like an extra plate although it was for two separate people but easier to carry the food on a single plate. Otherwise great hotel.

Absolutely freaking horrible !!! Someone had went into my room and stole my credit card and little bit of cash I did have and I let the front desk know and called the police to make a report and the manager even came up there Diane, she promised me the following morning another manager would be in to pull back cameras well next day gets here and literally I’m being avoided so badly and no managers came in period and front desk people couldn’t tell me a dang thing and then when I literally stood there and told the lady I’m not leaving from there until she could get someone higher up on the phone so I can speak to them ..she got Diane on the phone and she refused to speak to me and a few hours later I walk thru the lobby and the lady at front desk said I was told to tell you that you can stay here tonight but in the morning you have to check out and we will refund you for the remaining 4 nights you have with us and I was pretty upset bc I couldn’t understand why other than they said bc of what happened . Like lady I didnt do anything wrong at all other than come and inform you idiots you have thieves working for you and you told me you would do this or that so who the hell yall covering up for. I left the next morning and it is four days later. I still haven’t received my refund and I kept checking on my Expedia account and the hotel didn’t even check me out. It had me as I was still there and I finished my entire stay with them!!!

I normally enjoy staying at the Comfort Inn and suites but this one here was very disappointing. We had ants in our bathroom in the sink all over also, the furniture in the bedroom was ripped and torn. When we got in the elevator it shook and made a lot of noise when it got to the tried floor. We report this to the receptionist upfront and she said she would report it. We asked her if she wanted to look at it. She said no. The next morning when we got up, we went to get back on the elevator to come down and it didn’t come. We waited a few minutes. It didn’t come so we end up, walking down the stairs only to be told that the elevator was no longer working because it was broken. There was no notification that it was not working, no sign or anything. Also, I have a difficult time walking up and downstairs due to an injury and we had to have to carry our luggage back down the stairs and it was very distressful. I was afraid I was going to fall. I feel sorry if anyone was there in a wheelchair, they would have been stranded.

Having stayed at this Country Inn before, I went back to not such a good visit. Little things but as a paying customer you should expect better. 1) Ice machine 3rd floor didn’t work 2) I know it’s continental breakfast but all they had for my 3 nights was frozen biscuits (warmed up) and canned sausage gravy. 3) Juice machine didn’t work 4) Hot tub was out of order. Understand things happen but at least let the customer know so they can decide on another location. 5) Front desk was asked about all the above and response was “I don’t know”. I will find another hotel for future visits which will be often.

It was pretty good. The guy at check in was super nice. We had a busted lock and he changed our room super quickly. Breakfast was good. It was quiet and comfortable. Our bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, but we had unpacked, and I didn’t want to move again. The staff was great.

I have stayed at this property many times over the years. I fish in the StMarys area and this hotel is convenient, reasonably priced, and there is room to park my boat. The staff is good and the lady who manages the dining area is great. It is not a new hotel and shows some wear. I sleep really well on the beds and love their pillows.

The hotel is very convenient for the recreation that we enjoy in St. Mary's. There is always room to park my boat (that's a big deal). The staff has always been very cordial over the years but this time we found the check-in clerk a little snooty. We got into town about 2:30 and he acted like he was doing us a favor "not to charge us an early check-in fee". (3:00). It's the first time I have seen him so maybe he will have a little time to adjust to the service industry.

Check in process was great, however the second floor hallway smelled like marijuana and breakfast attendant was rude. It was a quick stay, beds were comfortable and thankfully the marijuana smell didn’t go into our room.

There were no breakfast items we could eat. My husband does not eat breads and definitely not sausage gravy and biscuits. The hard boiled eggs were cold, not appealing for breakfast.

Not a bad place for the price. Room was clean but dated. Bed was comfy. There was a bit of a musty old building smell but they did have dehumidifier in the room. They have a limited breakfast that could honestly be better but for what I paid I was just looking for a place to get off the road.

It was a night I surely didn't want. The room was hot and the air conditioner never got the room below 76°. The room phone didn't work. The tv had no channels available. The floors were dirty in the bathroom. The night clerk gave us a fan, bt the temperture nevet dropped. Breakfast was good, but the coffee ran out and the juice machine was broken. There are no USB connections in the room. I find it hard to believe this is a Radisson property, just from the condition of it. Needs a whole lot of maintenence.

We stayed for a much needed getaway and looking forward to the hot tub. After checking into the room and changing to get int he hot tub only to find out the timer didnt work and the water was on the cold side. The beds were cheap and hard making for a very uncomfortable unrest. Woke up sore 😞. The breakfast was a joke and aweful

Our room had an inch of dust on the open shelf under the sink in the bathroom and on the kitchen towel shelf. One of my the bath towels had dried gunk on it, just gross The breakfast was ample, the area well serviced and clean, the woman managing the breakfast was in it !! The managers are so sweet- they brought cookies to our room. I usually enjoy the hot tub, but it was broken, also the elevator was broken, so management switched us to a first floor room.

We checked in at 5:30 pm, walked the area to find something to eat for dinner at 6:30 and returned 8:00 pm or so. At that time, we noticed a sewer smell in the hotel/room that was unbearable. We stayed a couple of hours but couldn’t stay any longer because of the smell so we left at 11:15 pm. Please contact me to discuss a refund. Thanks!
