Clean, comfy, and safe. Within walking distance of so many things in Maggie Valley. Breakfast was sufficient and well stocked, pool was fun and clean. Only complaint was the hot tub out of service.

Rooms was very clean the only thing is we paid this much and was excited to get our indoor pool and was here for a family birthday party in cherokee and could got closer and cheaper but wanted indoor pool then when got there it was not heated ice cold i mean ice cold no way could got in it but best breakfast we ever had at motel

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good, simple continental breakfast...Parking lot was really small and getting a parking spot was pretty tough. Pool closed earlier than advertised on website, which we were super bummed about.

I loved the view. Mountains all around. Nice and convenient on the main strip. There were several things broke or not working in our room. The pool is not as accessible as it could be. Continental breakfast was wonderful.

called hotel before we went to see if hotel to see if hot tub and pool was heated was told yes both were heating fine. when we got to hotel and checked in was informed .that both were not working. The hotel clerk was very nice and worked with us to change us to a different sister hotel so everything was fine.

This was a get away for my wife and I. I booked this hotel knowing that Maggie Valley is a quite place and would be relaxing. It was indeed quiet, the hotel bed was comfy and the folks that work there seen nice. One of the main reasons for booking this place was the pool and hot tub, both were closed while were there for 3 days. This was very disappointing and we were told it had to do qith a timer. This is a simple part to replace and readily available, but not while we were there. During our stay housekeeping did not make our bed at all. We got fresh towels and they cleaned, but did nit touch the bed. I found this strange for a Comfort Inn. I wouldn't stay here again, would look for a different place.

Mediocre, mainly due to the fact the hotel was undergoing renovations and it wasn’t made known to us till we pulled in the parking lot and see the construction dumpster and furniture all over the parking lot. Fortunately our room had recently been competed, but the hallways to get to our room were definitely under construction and messy/filthy.

We had a great stay. Our room was clean. We were close to the festival fairgrounds for the Jeep Fest and could walk. We did have a lot of noise from the room above us on our last night. Not sure what was above our room but there was a lot of noise. We will stay again for sure.

I thought the staff was friendly and engaging. The water pressure was fantastic and needed after a day of flyfishing. Breakfast was on time and hot both mornings. Internet worked well also. Only issue was parking on Friday night.

When I was looking on here it said the room I wanted had a balcony but when I booked it there was no balcony. The beds were hard as rocks and the ac would blow cold air but it did not stay cold all the time. The rest of the place was very clean.

Nice big rooms, handy to "Wheels through Time" Motorcycle musuem, which is why we booked this place. No convenient store handy though, but we walked to a bar down the road for dinner. Breakfast was OK too, would stay again if we were to come back to the area.

This was a great location. Very central to the area with lots of good places to eat close by. Hotel has been renovated recently and it looks good! Beds are very comfortable and our room had a separate toilet/shower from vanity area which was super nice for our family. Customer service wax terrific at check in too!!

The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean. The problem we had was that we reserved a king suite with a balcony, but when we got there they gave us a regular king room with no balcony because they didn’t have any suites available.

We realy enjoyed our time at the Comfort Inn. The clerk that checked us in was so kind and joyful. Elizabeth made us feel so welcome and made us laugh. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a great visit. We were able to enjoy the pool. It was clean and everything was well maintained. Our breakfast was great. Thanks for everything that was done to make our visit great! This was a peaceful place to rest

For the money I paid, the room was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and polite, next time I'm in the area on a trip, I will book again without hesitation. Paniagua front desk personal was extremely friendly and gave good insight on local area restaurants and attractions.

This was a great location. Very central to the area with lots of good places to eat close by. Hotel has been renovated recently and it looks good! Beds are very comfortable and our room had a separate toilet/shower from vanity area which was super nice for our family. Customer service wax terrific at check in too!!

The lady at the front desk was quite friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel is an older property, but is being renovated. Our room was clean and updated. The shower was nice and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The down side: no bar/hook for hanging the hand towel. Breakfast was better than many hotel breakfasts: 2 flavors of waffle batter, various muffins and bagels, cereal, oats, scrambled eggs, mini omelettes, sausage, yogurt, fruit. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and the staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and the shower was great love the walk-in shower was great. Breakfast was also very good.

Very easy check in, clean, comfortable room and beds. Great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was ok, pretty much the same as others, nothing special. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend!

Liked that it has an indoor pool and hot tub. You can enjoy that in cold weather or on rainy days. It's near the MV Festival Grounds. Overall everything was nice. The only complaint would be the sausage at breakfast. It was a lil too greasy but everything else was good. Plenty to choose from like 2 types of eggs, cereal, yogurt etc.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. The breakfast was also good. Plenty of parking. They even provided towels for wiping off our motorcycles. Nice touch.

Super clean room. Great staff. Good breakfast. Bed was great. Shower had great water pressure. Close to all the touristy stuff and restaurants. PS the food at The Salty Dog, across the street, is incredible!

We loved staying here! Clean and modern. Comfortable and spacious room. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Chairs in the dining room could stand to be recovered, but that's the only thing 'bad' I have to say about my two night stay. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to land so we could have an evening at Biltmore followed by a day trip to Dollywood. In the future I would stay here again to explore Maggie Valley. Affordable!
