This condo was very new / clean feeling and fit our needs perfectly. The location is walkable to many stores, restaurants and best of all, the beach. The pool is fantastic as was the hot tub. I can't say enough positive things. We would absolutely stay here again.

Just loved this condo - clean and well appointed. The pool is larger than it appears in the photos. Lots of families and children for small children to play with. It is ideally located in Kihei and really is across from a beach that has a lifeguard. Air conditioner works great, able to easily prepare meals in kitchen. If I was being extra picky I would say a better water pressure in the shower and maybe upgrade that shower stall in the master bedroom as it is pretty small and has a shower curtain for a door. But that is me really trying to think of something not 5 star about the accommodation. Really loved the fresh towel exchange. The condo we stayed at was next to the pool but when inside the condo you never hear the pool or any of the outdoor activities. Highly recommend.

Four of us stayed a week Great facility and a friendly and responsive staff. Really nice to have the laundry. In the afternoon when the winds picked up at the beach, the pools were relaxing. Incredibly clean BBQs - kudos to the team there! Steps to the beach, ABC store, Scuba Shack, and out front the regular spot for Gus the Bus shave ice and a couple food trucks. Kamaole I, II, III - great beaches and plenty snorkeling right there.

We had a lovely Stay. Worldmark was under construction, so it felt more empty. This condo is close to lots of great places, Worldmark has a super friendly staff and they have remodeled the units, so they are updated and clean. The area was under construction a bit, so a little messy, but not inside the unit. The food trucks out front made it easy to get quick food...the ocean and sweet beach are right across the street. The pool was clean and wonderful and the hot tub was hot and felt good. I highly recommend this complex. :)

We stayed over Christmas and New Years. The property location is great with convenient access to the beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store. Staff support and house keeping is fantastic accommodating to our needs. The pool being open to 9pm was great, after spending the day at the beach. The BBQ facilities were convenient and were cleaned by staff every morning. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for two weeks! We loved the location. The grounds were very nice and well kept, the staff super friendly, pool area clean and plenty of lounge chairs, and chickens entertaining. The unit itself could use a more thorough cleansing….example: cobwebs in corners. Specifically, the shower curtain needs to be longer…no way to stop water spilling onto floor and mold is building up around shower pan. Noisy construction is almost finished. We missed a second sitting chair and round table. The bench seating at table was very uncomfortable for some adults. All this would not keep us from another visit, however

We stayed in the world mark room for 11 days and we had a really good experience. We loved that we could use the Grills right outside our door basically, the pool is a super short walk from the room so it was easy to get our kids to and from quickly. The location is awesome because it’s also a short distance from the beach, and shops. We barely drove anywhere the whole time we just walked everywhere. There were food trucks parked on the street right outside the hotel and we loved their food! The room was decent as far as being stocked with plates and cups and things. Everything was in good working order. The only thing I would complain about is that there wasn’t a Vacuum present in the room so it made it difficult to clean up with the roller sweeper thing that was provided.

Rented two units here. Second floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Great location, short easy walk to the beach. Amenities included the pool, hot tub, exercise room and shared bbq’s. Clean units with AC and full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. The worse part was the furniture. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable that your back hurt if you sat on it even a little while. It was old and worn. The master bath shower was cracked and old. The shower door didn’t even shut. Little things bothered me. The coffee pot was from the 1980s. The people upstairs were extremely noisy and made for difficult nights. I stay at Vrbo all the time and this was the worse. The carpets made my feet black. I’m used to comfort and cleanliness at Vrbo. A two week stay here was not comfortable.

You should be aware that this is a timeshare property. That is, the unit you see on the pictures are not what you will get. You are assigned the unit the night before you arrive at midnight. We were assigned an outdated and run down unit when we arrived. The carpets were sticky and dirty, there was mold on the ceiling and the entire place was run down. We were obviously very upset as the picture of the unit did not match what we were given and the unit should not have been rented to anyone. We noticed the rest of the property was being remodeled and asked if we could change units. After two uncomfortable nights, we were moved to a remodeled unit. At this point, our trip improved dramatically. The new unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable and well-appointed. The location is great, in the heart of Kihei. The pool is warm and larger than it looks in the pics. The Worldmark staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if we could ensure we got a new unit. FYI There is also ongoing construction in the complex to finish all the buildings. Not sure when that will be complete.

We really enjoyed our stay at Worldmark Kihei. It was our second time staying there and the first time with our kids. The pool is fantastic, the location is great being so close to the beach and an ABC store you have everything you need close by. The staff were all very friendly. Only improvements could be on cleanliness counters and floors. And some towels seemed a bit stained. Perhaps some type of cleaning product for the countertops would be nice to have in the property. But otherwise everything was great! And we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

This is truly a lovely property. Close to beaches, groceries ABC and Foodland. Pool was one of the best features as well it was warm and large and the Tiki Torches at night were beautiful. The staff was respectful of guests which we truly appreciate. Internet was sporadic but we also were not charged for it. The property will be going through an upgrade mid March I’m told. One building at a time. One note, keep your kitchen clean and throw out your garbage at night. We noticed some bugs but management sprayed and we were much more careful.

We loved the resort! It conveniently located near a beautiful peaceful beach but you also have the option of hanging out at the pool too. Best of both worlds. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be our room (3203) needs a deep clean. Lots of grime/ build up on the kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, and even light switches. A deep clean and some fresh caulking in the kitchen would definitely end the ant problem in this room.

Overall our experience at Worldmark was great! The condo was clean and fit our needs very well. Kitchen had all the basics. Condo was dated but to be expected as the listing showed. The pool was great per our kids! The biggest from most of the condo properties we looked at. The location across from Kamaole I was wonderful and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Love the proximity to food trucks, gas station, shops and restaurants! We would go back. Fell in love with Maui!

We've been guests at this WorldMark for around a decade and their recent remodel of their rooms is meh. Be prepared to hear literally every move your neighbors above you make. Even in the slightest, thanks to WorldMark's decision to use the thinnest flooring possible. Pretty bad. Other than that, its Maui! These units are timeshare owners, NOT specific condo owners. So, you will not know what building or floor you get until check in, so you are aware. No issues with the seller. They were responsive. But, just be aware if you're hoping for a quiter top floor with no stomping above you you're odds arent great.

You should be aware that this is a timeshare property. That is, the unit you see on the pictures are not what you will get. You are assigned the unit the night before you arrive at midnight. We were assigned an outdated and run down unit when we arrived. The carpets were sticky and dirty, there was mold on the ceiling and the entire place was run down. We were obviously very upset as the picture of the unit did not match what we were given and the unit should not have been rented to anyone. We noticed the rest of the property was being remodeled and asked if we could change units. After two uncomfortable nights, we were moved to a remodeled unit. At this point, our trip improved dramatically. The new unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable and well-appointed. The location is great, in the heart of Kihei. The pool is warm and larger than it looks in the pics. The Worldmark staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if we could ensure we got a new unit. FYI There is also ongoing construction in the complex to finish all the buildings. Not sure when that will be complete.

Upon walking into the unit we were stunned by how large it was and loved the layout. The space made perfect sense with our group and having the Murphy bed made room designations ready for us. Loved having a full kitchen and the tools to prepare meals. Saving this property to my favorites for sure!

This is truly a lovely property. Close to beaches, groceries ABC and Foodland. Pool was one of the best features as well it was warm and large and the Tiki Torches at night were beautiful. The staff was respectful of guests which we truly appreciate. Internet was sporadic but we also were not charged for it. The property will be going through an upgrade mid March I’m told. One building at a time. One note, keep your kitchen clean and throw out your garbage at night. We noticed some bugs but management sprayed and we were much more careful.

Rented two units here. Second floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Great location, short easy walk to the beach. Amenities included the pool, hot tub, exercise room and shared bbq’s. Clean units with AC and full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this place! Traveling with three sons ages 12,13 and 22, we never felt cramped while staying here. Condo was super clean and well maintained. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming.

Four of us stayed a week Great facility and a friendly and responsive staff. Really nice to have the laundry. In the afternoon when the winds picked up at the beach, the pools were relaxing. Incredibly clean BBQs - kudos to the team there! Steps to the beach, ABC store, Scuba Shack, and out front the regular spot for Gus the Bus shave ice and a couple food trucks. Kamaole I, II, III - great beaches and plenty snorkeling right there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Worldmark Kihei. It was our second time staying there and the first time with our kids. Only improvements could be on cleanliness counters and floors. And some towels seemed a bit stained. Perhaps some type of cleaning product for the countertops would be nice to have in the property. But otherwise everything was great! And we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.

We had a lovely Stay. Worldmark was under construction, so it felt more empty. This condo is close to lots of great places, Worldmark has a super friendly staff and they have remodeled the units, so they are updated and clean. The area was under construction a bit, so a little messy, but not inside the unit. The food trucks out front made it easy to get quick food...the ocean and sweet beach are right across the street. The pool was clean and wonderful and the hot tub was hot and felt good. I highly recommend this complex. :)

We stayed over Christmas and New Years. The property location is great with convenient access to the beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store. Staff support and house keeping is fantastic accommodating to our needs. The pool being open to 9pm was great, after spending the day at the beach. The BBQ facilities were convenient and were cleaned by staff every morning. We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the resort! It conveniently located near a beautiful peaceful beach but you also have the option of hanging out at the pool too. Best of both worlds. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be our room (3203) needs a deep clean. Lots of grime/ build up on the kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, and even light switches. A deep clean and some fresh caulking in the kitchen would definitely end the ant problem in this room.

Great place to stay for two weeks! We loved the location. The grounds were very nice and well kept, the staff super friendly, pool area clean and plenty of lounge chairs, and chickens entertaining. The unit itself could use a more thorough cleansing….example: cobwebs in corners. Specifically, the shower curtain needs to be longer…no way to stop water spilling onto floor and mold is building up around shower pan. Noisy construction is almost finished. We missed a second sitting chair and round table. The bench seating at table was very uncomfortable for some adults. All this would not keep us from another visit, however

Other than our room not being ready at the check in time, we had a wonderful stay. Robert was prompt with answers to any questions we had prior to our visit. The location is ideal as it is close to beaches and services.

This condo was very new / clean feeling and fit our needs perfectly. The location is walkable to many stores, restaurants and best of all, the beach. The pool is fantastic as was the hot tub. I can't say enough positive things. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall our experience at Worldmark was great! The condo was clean and fit our needs very well. Kitchen had all the basics. Condo was dated but to be expected as the listing showed. The pool was great per our kids! The biggest from most of the condo properties we looked at. The location across from Kamaole I was wonderful and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Love the proximity to food trucks, gas station, shops and restaurants! We would go back. Fell in love with Maui!

We had a great time exploring Maui! Staying at this location allowed us to be walking distance to the beach! We drove 10 min to explore Wailea! Gorgeous sunsets! Close to local food places! Just awesome!

Stayed here for a week with our three children. The location is a short walk to the beach. Each unit is well-equipped with dishes, spices, etc. The property is well maintained. Our kids loved the pool! Loved that we could check out clean beach towels each day to take with us to the various beaches we visited. If you are looking to stay in Kihea, this is a great family-friendly option.
