Séjour décevant. Les bungalows proposés par l’hôtel et indiqués comme accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite se trouve en dehors de l’hôtel. L’accès à ces bangalows est impossible pour une personne à mobilité réduite, à cause des nombreuses marche à monter. Nous étions obligé d’accepter une chambre dans l’hôtel, qui vaut la moitié du prix du bungalow que nous avons payé, pour permettre l’accès à une personne à mobilité réduite. Le service client de hôtels.com est décevant, aucune solution trouvé , puis aucune réponse. Nous avons payé un séjour dans un bungalow (75 m2l et nous nous sommes trouvé dans une chambre de 40 m2 qui vaut la moitié du prix de notre réservation.

I wouldn’t give even 2 stars property in very poor condition toilets smell and most toilet equipment broken i complained and they moved me to another toilet and it was even worse than the first one lifts broken most of the time and we had to use stairs Carpet very dirty in the room and corridors Worst hotel been ever It looks like they don’t spend any money on rippers ever I don’t recommend

Je confirme tout les avis que nous avons lus auparavant. Incompétence, nonchalance, accueil froid, indifférence face à nos problèmes. En arrivant le bungalow n’était pas prêt pour quatre, il n’y avait pas de draps ni de serviettes, le badge d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas, pas de wifi, pas de télécommande de clim et pas de solution avant le lendemain. J’ai également été choqué par la saleté des jardins autour des bungalow et de la piscine c’est honteux de laisser autant de déchets traîner. Les seuls choses positives à souligner sont le personnel du petit déjeuner et la vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les piscines. Ce n’est clairement pas le niveau d’un 5 étoiles et c’est vraiment cher payé pour cela. Dommage vu la situation il y’a un potentiel intéressant pour cet hôtel !! L’accueil à la marocaine c’est plus que c’était:-(

Etablissement somptueux placé sur les hauteurs de la ville. La chambre avec vue sur mer a été pour nous un pur régal ! Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse irréprochable du début à la fin. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Aya et Brahim qui ont été très réactif et très professionnel pour nous trouver une chambre dès 13:00 afin que nous puissions déposer nos affaires ! La piscine est magnifique avec une vue surplombant la mer. Je recommande cet hôtel idyllique et son personnel chaleureux les yeux fermés. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir un jour !

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel du restau très gentils et volontaires avec mention spéciale à Mr Sohaib, Mr Hassan et la dame qui prépare les msmen, crêpes.... 2 grandes piscines une avec ambiance et une super calme. Par ailleurs aucun rapport qualité prix. Vieux équipements, pas propre, il faut toujours réclamer pour les serviettes et ça m'est arrivée d'attendre plus de 2h en relançant trois fois pour en avoir. Beaucoup d'instects et d'arraignées dans l'appart. Accès aux bongalows avec beaucoup de marches et pas éclairé, compliqué pour personnes âgés et avec bagages car personne ne nous a accompagné pour nous montrer ou c'est ni pour nous aider à ramener nos bagages . Malheureusement, très déçus de notre expérience !!

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.

Tres mauvaise experience!!! Chambre avec poussière, mauvaise odeurs.... Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille. Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois. Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out for this hotel and please Hotels.com the pictures on the webside is really not like in real

Tres mauvaise experience!!! Chambre avec poussière, mauvaise odeurs.... Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille. Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois. Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

Séjour décevant. Les bungalows proposés par l’hôtel et indiqués comme accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite se trouve en dehors de l’hôtel. L’accès à ces bangalows est impossible pour une personne à mobilité réduite, à cause des nombreuses marche à monter. Nous étions obligé d’accepter une chambre dans l’hôtel, qui vaut la moitié du prix du bungalow que nous avons payé, pour permettre l’accès à une personne à mobilité réduite. Le service client de hôtels.com est décevant, aucune solution trouvé , puis aucune réponse. Nous avons payé un séjour dans un bungalow (75 m2l et nous nous sommes trouvé dans une chambre de 40 m2 qui vaut la moitié du prix de notre réservation.

Etablissement somptueux placé sur les hauteurs de la ville. La chambre avec vue sur mer a été pour nous un pur régal ! Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse irréprochable du début à la fin. Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Aya et Brahim qui ont été très réactif et très professionnel pour nous trouver une chambre dès 13:00 afin que nous puissions déposer nos affaires ! La piscine est magnifique avec une vue surplombant la mer. Je recommande cet hôtel idyllique et son personnel chaleureux les yeux fermés. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir un jour !

La chambre devait avoir une vue sur la baie et 48 mètres carrés de superficie J’ai malheureux constaté que c une chambre plus petite avec vue sur le parking et une vue partielle sur la mer mais pas la baie de Tanger qui est de l’autre côté. Je suis descendu à l’accueil mais en vain. Un commercial est venu me voir pour m’expliquer que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il fallait appeler avant. La soirée à minuit il y avait encore bcp de bruit au bar de l’hôtel, je n’ai pas pu dormir que grâce aux stops bruit… Tjrs la même chose avec les hôtels; on n’obtient pas ce qu’on veut…

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.
Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. This property is far from the city centre and your stuck there if no taxi comes, which happens often and no one call you a taxi so your stranded there. The room we had for two days was soaking in water outside the bathroom door and we complained several times and nothing was done. When we called reception for the numerous problems we had, we only ever got a response when we went to the front desk.

Je confirme tout les avis que nous avons lus auparavant. Incompétence, nonchalance, accueil froid, indifférence face à nos problèmes. En arrivant le bungalow n’était pas prêt pour quatre, il n’y avait pas de draps ni de serviettes, le badge d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas, pas de wifi, pas de télécommande de clim et pas de solution avant le lendemain. J’ai également été choqué par la saleté des jardins autour des bungalow et de la piscine c’est honteux de laisser autant de déchets traîner. Les seuls choses positives à souligner sont le personnel du petit déjeuner et la vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les piscines. Ce n’est clairement pas le niveau d’un 5 étoiles et c’est vraiment cher payé pour cela. Dommage vu la situation il y’a un potentiel intéressant pour cet hôtel !! L’accueil à la marocaine c’est plus que c’était:-(

It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out for this hotel and please Hotels.com the pictures on the webside is really not like in real

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel du restau très gentils et volontaires avec mention spéciale à Mr Sohaib, Mr Hassan et la dame qui prépare les msmen, crêpes.... 2 grandes piscines une avec ambiance et une super calme. Par ailleurs aucun rapport qualité prix. Vieux équipements, pas propre, il faut toujours réclamer pour les serviettes et ça m'est arrivée d'attendre plus de 2h en relançant trois fois pour en avoir. Beaucoup d'instects et d'arraignées dans l'appart. Accès aux bongalows avec beaucoup de marches et pas éclairé, compliqué pour personnes âgés et avec bagages car personne ne nous a accompagné pour nous montrer ou c'est ni pour nous aider à ramener nos bagages . Malheureusement, très déçus de notre expérience !!

Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef. Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results! This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel du restau très gentils et volontaires avec mention spéciale à Mr Sohaib, Mr Hassan et la dame qui prépare les msmen, crêpes.... 2 grandes piscines une avec ambiance et une super calme. Par ailleurs aucun rapport qualité prix. Vieux équipements, pas propre, il faut toujours réclamer pour les serviettes et ça m'est arrivée d'attendre plus de 2h en relançant trois fois pour en avoir. Beaucoup d'instects et d'arraignées dans l'appart. Accès aux bongalows avec beaucoup de marches et pas éclairé, compliqué pour personnes âgés et avec bagages car personne ne nous a accompagné pour nous montrer ou c'est ni pour nous aider à ramener nos bagages . Malheureusement, très déçus de notre expérience !!

Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef. Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results! This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.

Les : Très belle vue sur la baie de Tanger. Personnel aimable et reactif ( il a vite remédié aux pbs de propreté ayant causé les désagréments initiaux) Les - : - l'hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation totale. - les chambres ne correspondent pas à un 5* - la restauration ne marche pas. - pas d'accès direct à la plage

I have come her for the first time to hotel farah tanger with my family for a one night stay on the first night of the stay the view was amazing from our Balcony to have a view of the sea and of tangier beach front however the room itself was infested with ants and I believe beg bugs too I was bitten several times around my body that looked and confirmed by the pharmacy that was bed bugs bites and I have pictures to show if need being I spoke to hotel receptionists and told them n showed my bites marks on my body and all they had to say was it this time of year they would appear in rooms and they can’t do anything about it staff was friendly spoke alittle English just to understand what they say but not what you say in English, breakfast was a disappointment everything had food flys around the food out in the buffet system they had I asked if they had baked beans they where showing me red kidney beans instead their was a women who was making scrambled eggs and fried eggs we asked for fried eggs instead she gave us scrambled eggs instead overall the breakfast buffet system was not the best but they need to make sure everything is on its right temperature that I believe they need more intention too and too have more open minded that they be things other guest can n can’t eat so they should have a back up plans especially for kids

Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

Séjour décevant. Les bungalows proposés par l’hôtel et indiqués comme accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite se trouve en dehors de l’hôtel. L’accès à ces bangalows est impossible pour une personne à mobilité réduite, à cause des nombreuses marche à monter. Nous étions obligé d’accepter une chambre dans l’hôtel, qui vaut la moitié du prix du bungalow que nous avons payé, pour permettre l’accès à une personne à mobilité réduite. Le service client de hôtels.com est décevant, aucune solution trouvé , puis aucune réponse. Nous avons payé un séjour dans un bungalow (75 m2l et nous nous sommes trouvé dans une chambre de 40 m2 qui vaut la moitié du prix de notre réservation.
