Not as advertised. I was given a room in an adjacent bldg under construction. The room was without a dresser so the dirty tile floor and floor boards were visible. The fixtures were old so the water out of the sink was little more than a dribble. The parking lot was fine.

The price for the 2-bed room was not terrible, more reasonable than any hotels/places to stay at nearby. There were enough parking spaces. That is where the positive review ends. On to the actual room, we stayed on the second floor. Right as we walked in, there was an extremely prominent smell of cigarettes thought the room was supposed to be non-smoking. The beds were the squeakiest beds I’ve ever heard. It was absolutely terrible, you’d turn over and the loudest squeaking would be heard. We all couldn’t sleep very much that night. The bathroom had a windowsill and there were leftover soap pieces from the previous person that had stayed there. There was also hair in the restroom. There were dark brown trails of liquid all over the room. Also, the mini fridge was rusting on the inside excessively. The walls were not very sound proof and could hear the next door person listening to their television. We really needed a place to stay that wouldn’t cost us an arm and a leg and decided to stay in this hotel, can’t say we’ll go back.

The hot tub was the reason I got that hotel room and on that it delivered. Otherwise, it is a bare bone motel. Room had a small fridge and a TV. I was not able hook up my laptop as only cable box remote was provided and the service had programing with nothing watchable. But hot tub worked.

This property has construction going on so there is debris from the roof all over the entrance and parking lot. Strange people are walking around and hanging outside all times of the night as if it’s where prostitutes work from. The water would not get hot so we had to take cold showers. The towels and washcloths look dirty. I killed a roach there. The tv doesn’t work well either and the room stinks.

Do NOT believe the good reviews! There are your basic, no frills motels and then there is this. We pulled into a very sketchy neighborhood and turned into the Diamond Inn lot. Noticed the good lighting in the parking area…but then everything else we noticed was awful. Room was dirty, countertops and remote had weird substances on them. Walls and floors were in need of repair. We found hair in the shower. It was just gross.

It was reasonable over all. We were assigned a jacuzzi room which J is no longer operational. We fully understand the property is already plenty of years in service but we do appreciate the lodging experience.

My husbad and I had a pleasant stay. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, customer service was excellent and everything was in descent working order. As for cleanliness, everything was clean and presentable except the floors. Walking on the floor turned my feet/socks black.The floors need to be mopped and cleaned every day as part of the daily tasks that come with cleaning the rooms and keeping them germ-free. However, i would stay ther again.

I wish I would’ve taken pictures but we ran out of there so quick that I forgot, this place is dirty! The first room had a toilet that didn’t work so we ended up getting moved but let me tell you that once I turned on the lights you could see all the dust on base board, furniture, and floor. There was mold all over the shower and the bottom was dirty like it had never been scrubbed. The photos posted must’ve been when they first opened, does not look like the pictures. There were multiple burns/holes on comforter, walls are dirty just horrible. Go somewhere else!!

There was a man who was yelling outside the office when I was checking in. The room needs deep cleaning, most especially the bathroom. There was a key that fell off from the bed (that did not belong to me)where I was sleeping that night. There are unswept stuff on the side of the bed. The bathroom is horrible. The grouts and the bathtub floor are black with accumulated dirt. We did not bother to take a shower as we cannot afford to bathe in such dirty shower/bathtub. I have taken photos if you need a proof.

Absolutely disgusting milk left in the mini fridge shower didn’t work walls had graffiti all over it some weird ass black stains all over the pillows some nasty mold growing in the corner of the room screen on the air conditioner. Unit didn’t work. This is an inhabitable hotel.

The tv didn’t work so then we got moved to a room downstairs. The room was smaller and cleanish (the room looked clean but the floor turned my feet black). The bathroom was bigger and clean and new. The area around the property is…interesting. Lots of sirens all night. Overall it was good. Staff was pleasant at checkout as well.

Was a great stay. Very vert nice ppl at service desk. Very genuine service. Respectful, understanding, accommodating, and trustworthy. Small fridge, No microwave, No deposit required. Housemaids very accommodating. Clean room. CONSTRUCTION WORKING IN MORNING but will be over soon. Other then that...id label it perfect. My new go-to. Rm212. Good ppl

When i arrived to the hotel after dinner and dancing, The hotel rep told that he gave my room away to someone else because i didnt arrive to my paid room before 12 midnight. Im out eating dinner and dancing , im 100+ miles from home now with no where to stay. Super update , never in my life has this happen before. How to you just cancel someones paid reservation and then give my room to someone else. Mind Blowing, not a good experience using Hotels.com

Staff was very rude and off putting. Room wasnt all that clean. The bathroom door had multiple holes as if someone had been kicking and punching in the door, on both sides of the door. Ants were crawling all over the outside of the main entry door as well. Refused to stay the night and left shortly after arriving.

I booked for two weeks. If you stay here you must pay every night, one night at a time, and they will make whatever price they decide, not what you booked for. There are drug addicts everywhere. I stayed one night out of two weeks because I was told when I tried to pay for the night at 8am (I work overnights so I did this as I'm getting off work) only to be told I can't pay for another night because they are going to do maintenance on the room they booked me into. I booked for two weeks. If you stay here you must pay every night, one night at a time, and they will make whatever price they decide, not what you booked for. There are drug addicts everywhere. I stayed one night out of two weeks because I was told when I tried to pay for the night at 8am (I work overnights so I did this as I'm getting off work) only to be told I can't pay for another night because they are going to do maintenance on the room they booked me into. This place is located in a dangerous area. I was afraid to walk outside. Suspicious characters in their car fully tinted windows in the back part of the lot. They were not guests and i told the front desk you should keep an eye on them. No response or a glance at the camera. The picture appears that the room is standard. Bed cover full of holes. The towels are so bad you need two to dry off. I'm a seasoned traveler and this is the worse motel I've ever stayed at. Bathtub leaked and thankfully closing the door helped. There is a refrigerator but no place to plug it in. I should've read the reviews. I could write more, but not worth the trouble.

This property is a mixed bag. The staff at check in was super pleasant and kind. We got our room which was clean and spacious. The bathroom was old and outdated. The tv didn’t work so then we got moved to a room downstairs. The room was smaller and cleanish (the room looked clean but the floor turned my feet black). The bathroom was bigger and clean and new. The area around the property is…interesting. Lots of sirens all night. Overall it was good. Staff was pleasant at checkout as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! This was by far the WORST place I have EVER stayed in my whole life, and I’ve had to stay in some pretty sketchy motels before!!! My boyfriend and I were literally woken up at 3am by LAPD, SWAT and a helicopter all trying to get at someone who was just a few rooms down from us, putting us in the line of fire with zero warning what so ever. Then when I tried to talk to the front desk about it they were super dismissive and not helpful or even the slightest bit apologetic!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! Sleep in your car cause you’ll be safer!!!

We were lucky enough to get a staff member who allowed us to check out a couple of days before expected because we couldn't stand the illicit activity that took place at night in that establishment. The hotel is across the street from a strip club and needless to say the private parties continued on site after hours.

I really wanted to like this inn, but the issues are too big to ignore. To start off, I was moved from Room 212 due to ants and roaches coming out both the A/C unit and bathroom tub. The man at the front desk was apologetic and moved me a few doors down to 217. GOOD: *Friendly Staff *Very comfortable bed *A quick drive / walk to several restaurants and stores. *Exterior & rooms look cleaner & modern compared to other motels in the area. *Internet speed was very fast. *Good amount of parking. BAD: *As mentioned, 212 had ants and roaches coming from the bathroom and A/C unit. 217 did have some ants in the bathroom, but significantly less. *The fridge in 212 was extremely small and filthy, as if it was just picked up from a dumpster. The one in 217 was taller and better, but the drip tray was filthy. *217 has graffiti on the bathroom window and mirror. Also, the toilet is literally angled towards the wall. *Bathroom in both 212 and 217 is seriously outdated and has rust all over the metal parts, with drains that were very filthy *217 had a lingering cigarette smell when I first entered. I ended up having to buy some strong air freshener to make it through the remainder of my stay. *The surrounding area is incredibly filthy with homeless and prostitutes all around. *217 was a wi-fi dead spot for my phone while my newer mini-pc didn't have the same issue. *Soundproofing isn't great. Overall, unless you are really desperate for a room, I would suggest saving up and stay elsewhere.
