I have traveled to over 90 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide. This is my first one star review. I booked the Queen Bed, Kitchen, In-room dining room. When I arrived on February 3, the room I was given did not have a table inside as shown in the listing, and the air conditioning was not working properly. When I raised these issues, I was told the booked room was under renovations and was then asked to leave. Based on that conversation, I booked another hotel after being told I would be refunded. I did receive a refund for February 3 to 7. However, the February 7 to 14 portion of the reservation was not refunded. The experience was stressful, inconsistent, and handled poorly. I do NOT recommend this property based on how the situation was managed.

Great experience at this guest house. Very good value. Clean room. Efficient and basic - my room had strong A/C, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, towels, private bath/shower. Safe! As a single, female traveler-it’s safe and easily accessible. The staff are welcoming and cheerful. Strong recommendation 😁

A good value place to stay near boccoo beach.. Clean and colourfully decorated with good wifi . It would have been nicer if I had the opportunity to meet the owner or staff.

Why do the random places feel they need to make and keep copies of people's ID's long after the transactions are over? The purpose of the ID is to ensure that the person checking in matches the one who is on the reservation.

Check-in process was simple. The room was found to be quite clean and tidy.
