Terrible concept of customer service. I was woken up in the middle of the night, banging at my door, because the credit card for my meal didn't pass! Like as if they could not call or wait till the morning. I complained at checkout and was promised a call by the hotel manager, of course I received no call. Over priced for what it is. Will not go again

Have stayed here numerous times and return because it is generally very good and we enjoy relaxing by the pool. However this time the pool and pool area were shut - had we known we would have booked somewhere else. We we offered the use of the pool at the hotel across the road for $50 US each per day (2 of us therefore $100 US per day total) and told we would need to arrange our own taxis as it was dangerous to cross the road. We were given a late checkout free of charge to compensate, but our keys stopped working and we had to let in by cleaning staff who hadn’t been told and wanted to get in to clean our room. Overall, we found the situation totally unacceptable and feel completely let down.
