Attention l'accès à la piscine est payant 10€ par adulte! Ce n'était pas indiqué sur la description de l'hotel, on a été très surpris quand on nous a demandé 20€ lors du départ! C'est dommage car le service est bon. Le restaurant est bien, le risotto citron crevette très bon, le petit-déjeuners un peu trop industriel. La chambre très propre et grande.

Recommended. Lovely hotel - beautiful view to local hilltop village. Nice high end restaurant. Great 25m swimming pool - is shared with child lessons - we asked nicely and got our own lane most of the time. Area has lots of proper old Italy to explore and discover.

Struttura moderna ben inserita nel contesto territoriale, infatti sia dalle camere che dal ristorante è possibile godere di un bellissimo panorama naturalistico. Le stanze sono spaziose, confortevoli e ben arredate, il letto è grande e molto comodo, il bagno è enorme, funzionale e con una doccia meravigliosa con getto energico e temperatura perfettamente regolabile, piatto doccia grande, getto disponibile sia da telefono che da soffione fisso dall'alto, una vera coccola. Sala colazione e ristorante bellissima, piatti davvero ottimi e camerieri molto cordiali, gentili e professionali. Personale alla reception efficiente e disponibile anche nel dare informazioni sui posti da visitare. Zona piscina relax unico neo da perfezionare, mi aspettavo una piscina per rilassarmi nell'acqua calda mentre invece la vasca con il massaggio cervicale, essendo collegata con la piscina dove si tengono i corsi di nuoto, ha una temperatura funzionale agli allenamenti per cui troppo fredda per stare fermi e rilassati; la vasca idromassaggio era rotta e cmq mi è sembrata piccola per soddisfare tutti gli ospiti dell'albergo considerato il numero delle stanze. Il soggiorno mi è piaciuto davvero tanto e ci tornerò, però la prossima volta spero di trovare la zona piscine più funzionale e con una temperatura da relax. I prezzi sono onesti rispetto alla qualità del soggiorno offerto, anzi rapportandoli a certi B&B che ormai chiedono cifre simili direi che sono davvero vantaggiosi.

Struttura meravigliosa, piscina riscaldata e tenuta perfettamente. Camera top con letto immenso, parquet e arredamento bellissimi. Spa non grandissima, ma non manca nulla e con una professionalità altissima (massaggio top). Il personale alla reception in ingresso ok, in uscita avevano perso il prepagato e mi hanno chiesto il pagamento. Hanno dovuto fare ulteriore ricerca per poi rendersi conto dell’errore. Dopo il tempo perso ed il disagio con altri ospiti presenti, avrei utilizzato un gesto d’attenzione e di scuse. Avrebbero fatto un figurone…anche semplicemente offrendomi un caffè (che non avrei accettato) o non facendo pagare la consumazione in camera di 1,5€ (la bottiglietta d’acqua). Invece la sig.ra mi sembrava quasi risentita per un errore fatto da loro stessi. Una sciocchezza, ma sono le piccole cose che possono rendere la struttura anche superiore a quanto già è…

In the middle of nowhere on the way from Matera to Amalfi, we found this very special hotel, carved into the mountain and in multiple levels. With an amazing view of the mountains, we had a nice big room with bathtub. Cleaning was perfect, so nice. Good restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera superior pagata a listino e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la pulizia impeccabile e la spaziosità. Tranne un problemino tecnico che può capitare a tutti la cosa che più mi ha sconcertato è che è da 20 anni che non vedevo una tenda doccia come accrocco ad una porta doccia che manca. Quando l'ho fatto presente in reception si sono giustificati che un cliente aveva avuto un incidente ed aveva fracassato la porta ed attendevano il pezzo. Ok ma me lo dici prima oppure mi dai un altra stanza (ce n'erano a disposizione) o non me la vendi per superior. un secondo cestino in più per i rifiuti oltre a quello per gli assorbenti nel bagno non avrebbe guastato

Stayed here for one night. Impression on hotels.com is good. However the block we stayed in stank of rotting food. Complete mase of halls, lifts, stairs and gangways. No vibe, no admosfere. Room funny glass wall between bed and toilet/bathroom. Why would you want to see others on the toilet? Internet to slow to connect. If you go down from this block, eventrooms where more then half was left as is from the last party. This pace has open door without security. Bed good, breakfast good!

Attention l'accès à la piscine est payant 10€ par adulte! Ce n'était pas indiqué sur la description de l'hotel, on a été très surpris quand on nous a demandé 20€ lors du départ! This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces. Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.

In the middle of nowhere on the way from Matera to Amalfi, we found this very special hotel, carved into the mountain and in multiple levels. With an amazing view of the mountains, we had a nice big room with bathtub. Cleaning was perfect, so nice. Good restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast.

Great property and very courteous and helpful staff. The Maior restaurant had the best food. We have been in Italy for 10 Days and had our best pasta dish here. Great selection for breakfast. The location is outstanding with a view of the City center of Picerno. Wish we could have stayed there for a couple more days! Definitely will be revisiting this resort in the future.

Great property and very courteous and helpful staff. The Maior restaurant had the best food. We have been in Italy for 10 Days and had our best pasta dish here. Great selection for breakfast. The location is outstanding with a view of the City center of Picerno. Wish we could have stayed there for a couple more days! Definitely will be revisiting this resort in the future.

This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning with a fly killing spray. I would never recommend this place.

The views are amazing. It's so peaceful. Breakfast was great. We asked for additional information and they had it ready for us in no time. I'm a coffee in the morning person and a cup of cappuccino for perfection. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. Lady at service desk was helpfulfull and spoke English.

We traveled through Europe for two to three months every year. So, we have made it a habit to choose different hotels to have different experiences.we choose our hotels by our own feelings. This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces. Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.
