Nice property with amazing views. Rather utilitarian but the beds are comfy. Parking can be an issue but they have an extra lot a short walk away. Would stay here again

This place is located in a very convenient area close to the American village. Also the sea walk is right behind the hotel. A pretty nice view from the balcony and a walking distance of the public beach. The hotel also has a beach towel if you need it. Just ask to front desk. Bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. No bathtub, just a shower. The breakfast only has small pastries and coffee. The only downside is the parking space. There are only limited spots on-site. There is more parking behind the hotel and easy access from the hotel. This parking is for the park visitor( sea walk), no problem to park your car there overnight. Parking is open from 7am to 10 pm.

This was the perfect spot! I dont drive on vacay but the beach walk path went left to Araha and right to Sunset beaches. I was also able to walk to American Village with no issue. At night when i went to a couple of bar's I liked, I felt safe enough to walk alone(still kept my head on swivel). They had beach towels and free bike rental. The mini-kitchen and supplies were great. For those who prefer they had a washer/dryer in the unit. I would definitely recommend for a solo traveler!!

Parking lot at hotel front is not enough, but there is alternative parking lots which offered by the hotel are not too far. The hotel is clean and staffs are kind, though the WiFi speed is a little bit slow at night time, it was still a nice experience to stay for 4 nights in this hotel.

整體唔錯，員工態度良好，房間整潔，有露台影相望吓海景，有免費泊車，不過如果出街出得夜泊車就麻煩少少，試過兩日出得夜返到酒店連第二個車場都泊滿晒要泊一個特別位留車匙比員工，希望停車場供應方便可以會更好！

マンション型で、長期滞在向け。 スタッフの方もにこやかでとても好印象。 観光スポット徒歩圏内で利用しやすかった。 駐車場は正面と、すぐ近くに第2があったのでレンタカーの駐車も問題なく出来た。

It’s near American Village and Chatan park with bonus weekend fireworks. Parking is a challenge. Not a lot of available space but they have a dirt parking lot a block away seems like. Unit AC is old, but cannot beat the views and near a place to walk around and commercial establishments

Großes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und auch viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Unweit vom Strand entfernt. Waschemaschine mit gratis Waschmittel. Morgens gibt es Kaffee und 3 kleine Backteilchen pro Person. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Contra: Unser Zimmer war schon sehr alt und die Tapeten lösen sich, Leisten gehen ab, eine Renovierung wäre nötig, so sieht es etwas heruntergekommen aus.

The hotel is a bit older but the room was roomy. The AC works great. The beach view is nice. Staff are very friendly here and there’s free breakfast in the morning. There is free public parking in front of the hotel. Since the room is a bit holder, it’s not in top notch cleanliness shape. It’s walkable to American village and there is a beach nearby. I would stay again.

Rooms were very outdated- even for the current rack rate/ room class. Bed was extremely soft, not sure if by design it age (given how dated the property is, my bet would be age). Bed linens, however, were extremely soft and a pleasure to sleep in (once you have sunk into your sleeping position). Breakfast was simple (3 mini complimentary pastries) with a nice coffee/ espresso machine to self serve. Staff was really nice. Only major ding comes for the two small “palmetto bugs “ in our room (part due the course given the proximity to ocean in a tropical destination?). All in all, this place could certainly use a nice makeover, it’s about time.

Loved the view from our room. We were on the highest floor with ocean / sea view. The room was clean and had a washer and dryer which was helpful. Staff were also very kind. The breakfast was minimal though just coffee and pastries. Otherwise it was a great stay.

It was my 3rd time staying here, however when I stayed here at Jan it was not the best experience since there were dusts some places in the room and marching ants around the shower booth, this time it was totally different and the place was neat. I like that. The place is around 20 min walk from the American Village, so consider yourself it you don't own a car, however the neighborhood is quiet and has a drugstore which opens up to 11pm nearby(5 min walk). My best part of staying this place is that a beach(Araha) which is quiet(usually) is just 5 minutes walk from here. I really do enjoying the sunset at the evening while sat down on the beach, and when I wake up the following morning you can enjoy jade-colored ocean right up to your face from the balcony. There are pros and cons but I'd say it is a solid place for staying, and it's been a pleasure to stay here early in the November. nice. And I do miss the staffs who were working here around late 2022 and early 2023, there was father-like boss and nicest grandpa-ish French man, but i also like newer staffs who are currently taking positions at the front. They probably are the nicest people you may encounter around a mile diameter. I forgot to mention you can rent bikes from the hotel front you may find them useful in occasions. It was another nice experience to stay and see you around!

Great location, poor comfort. The hotel has an excellent sea view and is within walking distance of the American Village and two beaches, that’s its main strength. Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. The triple room isn’t a real one: the third bed is a small, hard sofa with no mattress. Housekeeping is advertised as daily but only done once per 7 nights. You have to ask repeatedly for towels, ice, etc. The balcony is a letdown: the space is mostly taken by the AC unit and an emergency hatch, and the wooden furniture is old, rotting, and unusable. Overall, not worth the price for what you get.

I didn’t get much sleep because the mattress was sinking in the middle. It felt like I was sleeping on a hill. Other than that, service was great and there are free bikes to use on the walking/bike path by the waterfront.

Loved our stay here! We were really impressed by the balcony views, this was the highlight for us. The place was spacious, clean, free parking, friendly reception staff, and a useful kitchenette. No complaints about our stay here and would love to come again.

Rooms were very outdated- even for the current rack rate/ room class. Bed was extremely soft, not sure if by design it age (given how dated the property is, my bet would be age). Bed linens, however, were extremely soft and a pleasure to sleep in (once you have sunk into your sleeping position). Breakfast was simple (3 mini complimentary pastries) with a nice coffee/ espresso machine to self serve. Staff was really nice. Only major ding comes for the two small “palmetto bugs “ in our room (part due the course given the proximity to ocean in a tropical destination?). All in all, this place could certainly use a nice makeover, it’s about time.

Parking lot at hotel front is not enough, but there is alternative parking lots which offered by the hotel are not too far. The hotel is clean and staffs are kind, though the WiFi speed is a little bit slow at night time, it was still a nice experience to stay for 4 nights in this hotel.

I’ve nothing but raving satisfaction for the service of the crew starting from Marie and Abe who were always on hand for to answer every query you might have. Staff fluent English speakers and of course excellent Japanese. Plenty of dining options all within a 15 to 30 minute walk radius. And the beachside sunset view is to really look forward too. Definitely coming back! Give Marie and Abe a raise, they’re an asset to the hotel.

I was subjected to discriminatory behavior, which I can only deduce was due to the simple fact that I was traveling alone. I would also like to note that the service I received did not reflect the level of hospitality and professionalism that is commonly expected in Japan cause the personal here is not japanese. Personal prejudices of any staff member should never interfere with their professional duties. What happened was not only inappropriate but serious, unacceptable, and entirely contrary to the standards of hospitality a property like yours should uphold. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not provide regular room cleaning, and that if a guest wishes to have their room cleaned, they must pay an extra fee. This is highly irregular and does not align with the basic services expected from a hotel. Used the rooms washing machine and found MOLD / FUNGUS on the clothes after washing.. Reported such to the front desk, No response what so ever from hotel management.. I spent my own money to purchase a gallon of Bleach and continuously run the washing machine with bleach in the water until the MOLD / FUNGUS was removed.... YOU NEED TO DO BETTER FOR YOUR HOTEL GUEST....

It’s near American Village and Chatan park with bonus weekend fireworks. Parking is a challenge. Not a lot of available space but they have a dirt parking lot a block away seems like. Unit AC is old, but cannot beat the views and near a place to walk around and commercial establishments

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was extremely helpful after our luggage was lost. There were many restaurants close by and always an Uber within 2 minutes.

家族３人で宿泊しました。エキストラベッドが二つ折りになっているタイプで上段と下段で段差が有り、寝る時不快でした。もう少しエキストラベッドを快適に寝られるものにしていただけたら有難いです。その他は満足です。景色もよく、朝のコーヒーとパンのサービスも良かったです。

This place is located in a very convenient area close to the American village. Also the sea walk is right behind the hotel. A pretty nice view from the balcony and a walking distance of the public beach. The hotel also has a beach towel if you need it. Just ask to front desk. Bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. No bathtub, just a shower. The breakfast only has small pastries and coffee. The only downside is the parking space. There are only limited spots on-site. There is more parking behind the hotel and easy access from the hotel. This parking is for the park visitor( sea walk), no problem to park your car there overnight. Parking is open from 7am to 10 pm.

This is such a great location to walk to American Village for lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel itself is new and, while the rooms are compact, they provided everything needed for for a 12 night stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the washer and dryer and small but very functional kitchen. Coffee and pastry were provided each day in the lobby. The staff was great at providing ideas for sightseeing and instruction on how to use the bus system. We stayed on the top floor and woke up to an unobstructed view of the ocean each morning and had beautiful sunsets from the balcony at night. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Contra: Unser Zimmer war schon sehr alt und die Tapeten lösen sich, Leisten gehen ab, eine Renovierung wäre nötig, so sieht es etwas heruntergekommen aus.

コンドミニアムタイプのホテルです。ミニキッチン（食器類も完備）や洗濯乾燥機（洗剤付）が備え付けられていますので、現地に暮らしているような気分で過ごせます。北谷という街は外国の方が多く暮らしており、レストランもバラエティに富んでいます。車移動が前提ですが、どこにいくにも便利な場所です。アメリカンビレッジも徒歩圏内ですし。 駐車場も無料で利用可能。ホテル前のスペースと近くに第二駐車場もあります。 １Fのフロントでは無料の朝食（パンとドリンク程度）も提供されているので便利。 最後に注意点をいくつか。 お風呂はシャワールームのみです。トイレもきれいですが簡易宿泊施設感が若干あります。 タオル類はフロントで交換してもらえますが、部屋の清掃は入りません。 フロントのスタッフは外国の方が多いです。皆さん気さくに接してくれます。簡単な英語は話せたほうが便利でしょうが、身振り手振りでもなんとかなります。 これらの点が許容できれば最高のホテルです。 私は気に入りました。

Loved the view from our room. We were on the highest floor with ocean / sea view. The room was clean and had a washer and dryer which was helpful. Staff were also very kind. The breakfast was minimal though just coffee and pastries. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I have stayed at this hotel now more than once and i love the location, the staff is outstanding and its great having a washer and drier in the room. It is surprisingly hard to find. It is very close to american village which is very nice and plenty of good eateries and restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. The only negative thing i can say about the property is it is somewhat run down in some of the rooms. Wallpaper peeling off and damaged floors. But that is the only thing negative i can say. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!!
