Staff were helpful and friendly. Food is of the standard expected from a chain of hotels, (good, but not what you would call outstanding). The young ladies at breakfast were very pleasant with a lovely smile to start the day... nice to see. The way the costing of the meals and drinks was unusual though. Drinks were charged sepeately to the food. I was staying on a half board basis (dinner and breakfast) and it was made plain that this was the case. Dinner was 3 courses. I didn't want a starter on the first night (of 2), but I was told catagorically that the drink was seperate and not to replace the starter (I didn't even request that... I was just told!). On the second night I was asked to sign for the meal (this didn't happen on the first night), so this led to the assumption that I was going to be charged for the meal. This did not happen when I verified in checkout. I was only charged extra for the drinks.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times before as we often meet in leamington and book quite a few rooms - and this has been a reasonable, good value place to stay This time there quite a few problems. First we gave up waiting for a drink and left to find somewhere else - it’s understaffed. Second my room was ridiculously hot, it had no ventilation so I had a terrible night it was sooooo stuffy and hot. Third my shower didn’t work at all, i tried everything and gave up in the end - I’ve never seen that before in a hotel. So I left absolutely shattered and unshowered and to be fair it ruined the next day It’s a shame but I’m not sure we will use the hotel again after this stay

We have stayed here several times and like it because rooms are clean and even if small perfect for short stays . You are around 15 mins walk from the centre of Leamington with good shops , bars , pubs and restaurants if you don’t wish to eat in the hotel . The staff are always friendly , breakfast is plentiful and good quality . Also if you stay at hotel parking is free .
We have stayed here several times and like it because rooms are clean and even if small perfect for short stays . Enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was quiet and clean and had an all we needed. Felt homely with the staff who were really friendly. Breakfast was lovely and good value for what we paid.
