The spa was amazing. The spa rooms are away from the main road which makes them quiet and peaceful.

The proximity of the hotel to the motel units was great. The unit was at the back of the property and therefore didn't get the noise of the main road. Plenty of parking. Would have liked more facilities e.g. toaster and/or microwave in unit as we weren't into breakfast cereal.

Next to Highway!! More emphasis to PUB drinks and meals instead to accommodation. No toast for breakfast!! No microwave!! No tissues !!

Clean with decent facilities and good service.

Clean and pleasant room, food excellent in the restaurant, only problem due to a a blocked drain adjacent to the superior rooms (numbers 24,25,26 and an unlevel carpark surface causing significant pooling of water deep enough to cover your footwear, which does not drain away adequately. According to staff it is even worse in winter! This could easily be remidied if management is willing to address this issue.

Very central great meals and parking we would stay again

Breakfast was cereal, juice. No toaster, microwave. Muesli bars made to look part of breakfast yet were listed on mini bar. Issue with filling spa from tap,rang, sent someone to look, no solution for rest of stay. No wifi code given when checking in, rang reception, given an incorrect one so had to ring again.

Room is spacious and everything is good except that in my 5 days stay no one cleaned the bathroom though they vacuumed the room daily and made our beds but cleaning bathroom is also very important otherwise we are extremly satisfied.

Nice, clean, modern room but mattress could do with replacement. Sportsbar, locals were lively and welcoming. Meal was lovely. A nice asortment for continetal breakfast that was in the room and included in the cost. Third time ihave stayed here and would stay again.

Whilst my room was spacious it is dated, mattress clearly needs to be replaced, chairs looked dirty but were actually faded and bathroom had a guest - spider and it was clear it’s been there for some time. What is classed as breakfast included was pathetic. Customer service was bland and rude most of the time. I was there for a 21st and interaction with staff in lead up to this event was nothing short of disappointing. Could never get a straight answer on function food and what this venue classes as “platters” is disgraceful esp when you see the pricing. Overpriced and whilst some food had flavours the meatballs were full of breadcrumbs - inedible, pizzas are just garlic bread topped with other ingredients and squid overcooked. Staff on the bar were also letting other people charge to bar tab who were not authorised. Overall experience was lack lustre and I certainly wouldn’t be booking an event there.

Arrived shortly after 4:30pm and checked ok, very lovely girl checked us in. Poor / Lack of directions or map to get to our room. Once we found our room first thing was our door was propped open with a chair from the room. I assume from cleaning. But seeing that we were needing to be at engagement party by 5:30pm we just needed to drop our stuff and get changed. Little did we realise there was no comforters on the bed just thin blankets, no extra blankets anywhere in the room. Wake the next morning to realise there was no towels or soap to wash our hands with nothing. Very disappointing couldn’t shower next day. So room wasn’t finished being cleaned or forgotten to be finished the day before. Waiting to check bank statement that we weren’t charged from the mini bar as we didn’t touch it but who knows if it was re stocked prior. Very disappointed in our stay.

Wasn't impressed with rude staff , gardener using blower and getting dust all over nearly polished car, cleaned my room and told cleaners they didn't need to do much as I cleaned up behind myself . I got a rude look and no thank you. Had to bleach the spa bath and shower upon arrival before using.

Poor condition dirty and the continental breakfast was disgusting never going back.

The staff were rude. The room was disgusting and had water leaks, the staff didn't even care. absolutely appalling

It began with confusion over booking Staff seemed to struggle with booking system Room in dot points 1. Mould in bottom of shower 2. No where to hang clothers where the space was provided there were only 4 coat hangers provided 3. Little bench space == suit cases had to be unpacked either from the floor or the bed 4. no plug in wash basin 5. difficulty in filling kettle as space in basin to reach tap was too small for their large kettle 6. We arrived a day earlier than expected and accepted their offer of a cheaper room for the days we were there @ $20 per night less than those we originally booked An unforseen consequence had noisy patrons to gaming / dining, unable to park outside the room due to patrons parking in spaces I assume were for motels guests 7. Bar fridge located at floor level which meant to gain proper access one had to kneel to get things out [both my partner and I are in out 70's] 8. We were required to pay a $200 bond refundable on room being checked for damage by cleaning staff plus $40 [$20 per night saved by not staying in the orginally booked room] Therfore refund should be bond plus 2 nights saved equals $240 BUT was told when door passes were handed back prior to departure the $40 was not refundable due to a commission to be paid to Expedia [the booking agent] This I dispute -- I dont pay the commission they do -- thats not my problem Property damage on arrival shower exhaust fan not working window near door catch missing Wont be staying there again

Room was pretty good, pillows were hard, bed itself was fine, sheets were washed and clean, surrounding area is not the best, smokers everywhere, lights on at night all around not bad

Room didn't have block out curtains. It was like daytime during the middle of the night. Spa not ideal for showers due to uneven floor.

Heater in the room was noisy and the blinds didnt do a good job of keeping the light out in the morning

Large room, however the shower being in the spa bath was inconvenient and hard to get in and out of.

We stayed there on a Saturday night. The guy at the front desk and the staff at the restaurant next to the hotel were all very friendly and helpful.

The cost was affordable for the area. It was also pretty close to shopping facilities. Was disappointed that we had to wait 20min for a room to be clean after check in time, but sometimes this happens due to busy schedules.

I have stayed here before & will stay again. The room is nice & big, the shower room is big enough for two people showing together. Also for me a great location

The roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding was cold. The pudding was miniscule. The beef was the tail end of one joint and the first end of the next. It tried to make up for quality with quantity and failed
